@Marisa; You are not stuck though. Brachus currently excludes an aura which prevents you from having the grappled condition. I'd still advice moving out of the black tentacles area since I can't keep this up for ever, but for now you are fine

I have no idea where the invis one was before he went invis but I'm guessing he didn't start with a potion in his hand before repelling down a rope so he can't have taken more then a 5ft step..so I should be able to sort of estimate where he could be and try to avoid on AOO for casting a spell..going to assume L9 sort of works and then casts a spell at one of the assailants (casting hold person at L3, DC 19 will save or held) concentration check in case I get hit by the invis one: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (9) + 17 = 26
