Balooo's many wounds stitch themselves up a little as he gets to work healing himself with his wand.

Then the Man-Bear tries to rake Ironwhip's eyes.

If that beats his CMD he is blinded for 1 round +1 for every 5 that I beat his CMD and takes 8 damage. He also has to make a Fort save DC21 or be staggered as well for 1 round. He can take a move action to remove either condition but he has to removed the staggered condition 1st. Current HP is 66/119.
