Haste, Barkskin This crown is super duper. I'll grab it and wear it. Or I can hand it to another. I like my helm, but this crown really is legendary.
Atium is fine with regrouping.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium looks up into the sky. His shieldmate blats into the air and takes on the large dragon. He is land locked at this time, and there's an enemy right next to him. Shield-mate, you go and drive off that dragon. Keep it away from the rest of our people. Thinking that smashing this creature in front of him will be easy and almost rote; Atium asks a question from a LONG time ago.
Atium walks up and swings on this Gallowdead. Haste, Barkskin Good destruction Aishe! You have made the number of targets easier for me to count!
Atium moves toward the enemy. The oath-hammer wielded in both hands as he double moves to get in position and rage.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium tries to remove himself from the worms mouth. He slips on the slick tongue, belly flops on the soft cushion of it's inner mouth, and actually slides half way down it's gullet.
He waits for Vinas to finish with the wand, and asks for it.

Haste, Barkskin Atium does NOT want to get eaten by this thing.
Atium has his oathhammer in hand. His raven brain mutters things in dwarven and his Oathhammer glows a florescent green. Inexplicably, this thing crawled up and is only feet, a scant 5 feet from him. So he steps forward and unloads blow after blow on this thing's carapace. attack: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (12) + 25 = 37 damage: 1d8 + 41 + 2d6 ⇒ (2) + 41 + (4, 2) = 49 Oath

Haste, Barkskin Atium shakes his head at being offered the shard.
Atium will see if Vinas takes it, and then maybe take it if he doesn't.Twink is right in that Atium is not thinking about dangers like the shield blowing up, he's thinking about worse stuff. Like an undead lich goddess having PMS.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium stares at the shaft of his warhammer. The head of the hammer having been clean shaved off by the nightwalker. You mistake us humans over and over again. Yes, you destroyed my hammer, but that was a mistake. I'm not useless without my weapon. I'm useless without the animal inside me. And you can't sunder *that* b!*!%. Haste, Barkskin In combat things happen fast. There's rarely time to take in all the effects.
The barbarian rushes forward.
As he gets close, his turtle jaws click and clack as they get in a pre-bite practice. bite1: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (16) + 19 = 35 damage: 1d4 + 18 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 18 + 6 = 27
@Gm - you get an AoO on me. Atium continues to use Pounce. He also activates raging brutality. Raging 10/37
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Once again, Atium sees an opportunity to unleash the beast inside him. He forgoes the warhammer once again, instead relying on his speed and ferocity. He sees the pack of paladins and charges into their midst. Which animal would be best without it's skin?
With the Turtle tail holding his warhammer in the ready, he mouth enlongates slightly like that of a snapping turtle and he bites, bites, bites at the horde of paladins. bite attack1: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (12) + 19 = 31 damage: 1d4 + 18 ⇒ (4) + 18 = 22

Haste, Barkskin Atium swivels his head, looking for high ranking paladins amongst the swarm of undead. He's looking to take the leadership out.
Delaying to see if this swarm is still alive.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium advances onto the profane paladins.
Atium steps forward and the monkeytail whipping his hammer into his hand and he swings it in five high arches. attack 1: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (6) + 23 = 29 damage: 1d8 + 29 ⇒ (8) + 29 = 37 No raging brutality. attack 2: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (9) + 18 = 27 damage: 1d8 + 29 ⇒ (2) + 29 = 31 attack 3: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (12) + 13 = 25 damage: 1d8 + 29 ⇒ (2) + 29 = 31 attack 4: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9 damage: 1d8 + 29 ⇒ (5) + 29 = 34 attack Haste: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (16) + 23 = 39 damage: 1d8 + 29 ⇒ (7) + 29 = 36 One of the reasons Ulfen brother Aishe is so good. Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium, with his monkey tail still holding his Oath-Hammer, uses his taloned hands to cup over his mouth and yell -
I wonder if a huge thing like that falls in the forest.... does The Tyrant hear it fall?
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Coming close to the battle field, Atium activates his belt to create a monkey tail. The tail whips around and holds his Oath hammer behind the large barbarian.

Haste, Barkskin Vanyan wrote: Though he is one to mock (in brotherly fun) the frozen skulled barbarian @Vanyan - Same internal thoughts from Atium back at his teammates. He enjoys his nicknames and ribbing. Atium asks the various "worldbreakers" to help fill one of his three Warhammers with a potent spell. He also refrains from drinking that evening or partying much. This might raise an eyebrow amongst his friends.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium doesn't need anything from the treasure sheet.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Still looking quizzically, Atium moves towards a one on one conversation with Tessenarin.
You sure were right to tell me to treat you guys better or leave the party.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Twink wrote: ”You okay, Atium? You were…uh…different,” To which Atium has a confused look on his face. I..uhh.. I feel like something wierd happened to me Twink. But, I bet you'd wondering if I have my animal mojo. That I still have. I also have my desire to follow you all into the jaws of the beast. With my shieldmate next to me and my Ulfen brothers, I think we are close to putting a whooping on Th Tyrant. Right?he looks like he's still taking stock on himself and what happened to him/his feelings.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Talking with one of the high ranking people.
Atium is ready to go it alone. He looks around to prep some hard tack to chew on and a couple wineskins and waterskins to prep on his person.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium is disappointed that the circles don't lead anywhere he wants to go.
Atium convinces himself that he'll join these people - even though he doesn't trust them or want to work with them anymore. He just doesn't have too many choices and this is the path of least resistance. *********
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium smiles as he hears Tessenarin give a quick summary of what he was thinking happened. That smile includes some rancid pork tendons dangling from his teeth. One discolored tendon is wedged between a set of his crooked teeth, and his tongue is currently trying to dislodge the annoyance before he takes more bites of his ham flank.
Part of him wants to check out the other areas of this keep. He knows there's a 'dead-un' named Zain down here and he promised a ghost corpse he'd bring that body up top to bury. With that said, he could just walk into one of the other two side circles with carvings and go somewhere totally different than Absalom, the Whispering Tyrant, and Lastwall.
He continues to sit, eat, and get the diseased and stringy meat out unstuck from his teeth.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium has listened to all the items unfold. He walks in and sits at the table.
If given even a sense that it's safe to eat the food, he grabs a leg from the spit roasted hog and pulls it off and takes a bit.
Atium is just trying to understand, he doesn't feel like the bozo's he was walking with (sorry, the Curse is speaking) understand how petty people and God's can be. The Daughter's Story makes a ton of sense.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin I think with the curse and the recent oath, I'm moving Atium a bit on the alignment scale. From Chaotic good to at least chaotic neutral.
It's probably moot as we are at the near end of the book/story... but I always like to keep "in the character".
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium, in a surly mood, says a couple oaths.
A nice Magic item and all those craft skills go poof.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Well, Well, Well. The answers to my questions about Orcs and Dwarves can be had right here. I knew Tessinarin was just going to spout pig slop. I get to hear from dear dead dwarves the real story.
Atium wants to add that he's wondering if it's the same thing as when a viking drops soap in an Ulfen Bathhouse. He'll keep that question quiet right now, maybe asking if the dwarves are a-holes.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Nice apology Vanyan. It would have worked wonders except the curse forces me to react differently than I'd have Atium normally do. Great dialogue Vanyan. You get an OOC +1 Atium replies to the others -His reply decidedly NOT using the nicknames he has given to his companions these past few months. Nicknames that are horribly offensive (like Twinkletoes), but have morphed into a way for Atium to show he really likes and cares about his comrades. Using first names instead of nicknames is actually a sign of how foreign they now feel to him. Vanyan, you say you are sorry, but it seems like it's empty words to me. You are just patting me on the head like some puppy you don't want chewing on high, hard boots or on archery bracers.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin The sudden visual of the main Dwarf just throwing how his mining equipment sends a powerful shock into Atium. He exclaims the nly thing he knows that's Dwarvish!

Haste, Barkskin Atium pauses a bit when requested to bash the stone/skull.
I hope it's cool. I hope you gave it a name that has some badass behind it. Not some soft southerner names, Like Wawawa Kiss or Flower Cutter.
Spell Effects: Human 16 Barbarian/ 1 Cleric
Haste, Barkskin Atium sees the spray of colors and stops short.
Atium doesn't attack, as there is no sport or honor or Ulfen-ness in attacking an incapacitated enemy. One looks to sort of be okay, but he looks and sees if it will surrender.

Haste, Barkskin Quote: "Atium smells like poop." Atium looks into the room and squints at the smaller writing. Whether he is able to read of not, he long ago knew two things. Number one, what his name looks like when written. Number two, all the ways to write down bad words and anything related to toilet humor. Poop is one that sounds like it's written. You know, Twink, that poop is something some of my animal totems use to claim land. Their space is marked by scent, and where they poop is where they are.He doesn't look offended, at Vanyan's scrawl. *************************** As the fight gets started, Atium looks upon the enemy.
