@GM: That's the hope. The shattered psyche curse is kind of strong, but it was the one that make the most sense for what he is. The Shabti, as "soul clones" of sorts, carry a lot from their creators too. I prefer to keep his creator, that "wizard", as a secret; however, I guess as the game progress (much further down the road), it would be cool if he started to get some glimpses/memories or the man (or woman) and then start putting the whole thing together in his strange, multifaceted brain :)

Annurian was silent most of the time, limiting himself to some humble smiles to his companions from time to time. The shapeshifter was feeling more comfortable in walking around in his natural form, and felt as if it was starting to upset less the people. He was, however, particularly interested in checking on the group they brought with them. He was sure they couldn't trust in anyone, maybe with the exception of the awkward leader of them. Yet, he tried to take small groups on hunting parties with him, with the hopes of creating some loyalty. After some time, when the main group was finally ready to depart, Annurian woke up early to prepare. He packed the saddles on the mare carefully, and for times he let his eyes wander around. They were going on new explorations, finally - and, hopefully, they'd come back to an even more prosper outpost. I'm good to travel as Andreas suggested. I'm trying to build up the "General" side of Annurian as I said before. I never played this AP before, so I don't know exactly how such roles are "built with time" - I'm basically winging it with the hope that I'm doing fine! I also don't know if it's a matter of planning downtime or making rolls. The way I see it, maybe we could actually starting making some "actual" soldiers :)
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
So guys, on the kingdom roles - what’s each one going for? Annurian is particularly trying for a militaristic General vibe. Maybe even trying to start training the commonfolk and the recently recruited lowlife to form small platoons :) at least that’s my idea if we have some downtime, to try to go hunt with small groups and train them to start creating a sense of “camaraderie” that later on can bring the needed loyalty.

Annurian goes back to his horse and follow the others, keeping acute eyes on the "prisoners". He didn't trust easy, and wondered if any of those would still try something on the way (or even at Oleg's, after they left). Yet, perhaps, maybe they could train the lowlifes and give them a purpose. Was it the beginning of a small army? Leveling up Annurian.

Annurian approaches the bandits from behind Andreas. As he collects weapons, the look in the intimidating shapeshifter is not the most friendly; his tusks are prominent, as if ready to chomp someone's head off. You really should be much, much more careful who you shoot at with your fling small arrows next time! Not every lord would be as kind to let you keep your empty balloony heads attached! Intimidate: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19 Extra +2 if it counts for demoralizing. The wereboar-kin doesn't say anything else, though; he lets Andreas do the interview at this point. He crosses his arms in a fairly threatening way and keeps his gaze at the noble-looking leader.

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 = 14 Even Annurian - usually terrible to read people - can see right through the lie. He pulls his horse forward until getting fairly close to the men with the bow - around 30 feet. He stays quiet with a stern look, waiting for Andreas to say something - or for them to drop their weapons and surrender as Gird suggested. Intimidate: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8 Aid another; another +2 for demoralize
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
Stealth: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (4) - 1 = 3 You know I'm not the most stealthy around, Andreas. - says Annurian in a friendly tone, clanking his armor as he tries to hide behind a bush - Just try to imagine me ambushing anyone. He then scratches his hairy back for long moments before speaking again. Either way... If you're feeling confident then yes, I'm all for attacking and reducing the number of bandits. Especially such a small group as it seems, if we find a careful way of dispatching them.
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22 Guys, stop! - Annurian speaks, immediately signalizing for people to hide - Over there! Around six hundred feet, I believe, it's a group of men on foot, moving north. Bandits, probably. Come, hide. The skinwalker lowered his entire upper body, then approached Rillka to point at the map. We probably need to recalculate our path. Since they seem to be going North, we can push more East like Gird brought up. I think we would be better closing this curve and heading back to Oleg's direction, via this area here... - he points with long nails - ... That we didn't explore yet.

Hey guys! Not sure if anyone is up for some pirating on the Shackles, but there's an open recruitment collecting applications for Skull & Shackles and I'm helping the GM :)
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
Honey, huh? - says the Skinwalker, starting to get seasoned as a hunter - I bet our bear friend would love to see it too. I mean, assuming he already ate all the dozens of pounds of rations he stole from us. He doesn't approach much, but tries to examine the best possible from a "safe" distance - he would hate to have yet another story of fleeing, especially from bees. Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28 What do you guys think? Should we get closer? - he finally completes - Or just leave it alone for now? And I just wasted a natural 20 to inspect a beehive. Gotta love my luck!
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
No reason for you to stay behind, Rillka! Come, let’s go! Annurian was brave, but far from stupid. He withdraws with the others but keeping and eye on the halfling to make sure she’d come with them. We *could* have tried fighting. It’s probably a tough fight but not that impossible, especially with more people dishing damage, healing and casting spells. However, with most of the party already retreating, it’d be pointless for me to try. And deadly!
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
Why isn't Andreas awake? He was on the same shift as Rillka... Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25 Do I wake up? If Annurian wakes up: The skinwalker wakes up, confused with what's happening. Hearing the halfling's screams of warning, he stands up pulling his longsword and growls menacing towards the animal, showing his gore with bestiality.

Considering active+inactive player, daylight, darkvision and arcane spells, my recommendation is: First: Annurian + Dart
@corsario, you might have to bot Andreas and/or Dart if something happens on the specific watch and they're not around to post.

Annurian sees the fort from a distance, and signs the others. As silently as he can be, he motions his hands and speaks. It looks like we found the Stag's Lord Fort, folks. - he states the obvious - We should probably prepare a lot more before advancing. Now we charted our way here, it's the time to angle and go for the next point. I don't want to stick around for too long and risk being captured by a regiment of bandits. He points another direction, right after that signing the Halfling to pull back the map. Following our plan, now it's time to ride Northwest for some miles, parallel to the Thorn. Once we move about the same distance we took to get here, we go back Northeast towards Oleg's and close the triangle.
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
Annurian taps gently at the map, and he speaks pointing back at the horses. Let's keep riding downstream Shrike, on the shores, to the southwest. I'd like to establish a circle perimeter near Oleg's, so this way we're closing a good triangle, assuming it keeps going towards the Thorn. - he says, then continuing - When we close the triangle or if we find out the river has a different way, then I say we hit Oleg's and establish a small trail on the closest path to the river and start building a boat.
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
No idea... - says Annurian, looking clueless - I understand more of the arcane arts than big animals. The bloodrager scratches his fur for moments. At least I would say, 'let's not cross this river here'... If it's something that was in the river as well. For now, I say we continue our journey.
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
No tails, dear... At least, I never saw. Fairly hairy down there! - Annurian replies, smiling - And I can probably smell truffles. I hope. Nah, never could, but that would be good! He finally moves towards, looking at Gird. I say we continue exploring down the river. It feels like a good way to focus our path - and we can expand from there.
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
Annurian approaches, now with his belly full and cleaner. As the shapeshifter walks near the other, his features slowly take the boar shape he was more comfortable with. Yes, explore! How I miss it. - he speaks calmly between the tusks - Please, don’t let the appearances startle you.
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
Annurian was already sat by the table, ready to eat, when the commotion started. The bloodrager stood up and approached with his usual presence. As he got close to the Druid and the new self proclaimed noble, he sniffed prominently - making his nostrils almost look like a snout. We got enough trouble on the recent times, and trust is hard to be earned. - he said - But willing bodies should be welcomed, and they might deserve the benefit of doubt. Maybe. Sometimes we end up trusting the least common of folks...
Male Shabti Unchained Summoner (Soulbound)
Annurian approached the outpost with his usual fast pace. Visibly tired and dirty, the bloodrager was using his Human shape - not particularly friendly looking either, with long black hair and rough features, unshaven and somewhat scarred. From afar he could see some known faces - and seeing that Andreas was talking to some strangers, he elected to approach Gird. It looks like the past months were quite nicer to you than to me, Inquisitor. - he spoke in his low tone, yet friendly, and then turned to Oleg - I hope I’m still welcome to a warm soup and bed, Oleg. I see your place thrives even more nowadays. I’ll be by my computer next Wednesday and will update the sheet.
