Hmm, I would've thought Inquisitors would be Skill, not Divine. Especially with Magus being Melee.
As the conversation continues, Anna bends down and whispers something into Krol's ear, then flashes him a smile. Krol: Being completely honest, "You do look cute disguised as a child."
I did an ogre mage once, classed as a fighter. Table-top game for a homebrew evil campaign in 3.5. I specialized in cooking of all things (including people of course, but never ogres; that would be cannibalism and I wasn't a savage). We ended up in Krynn (long story), and disguised as a human I opened up a soup kitchen for the homeless on the city's money. I would then recruit the homeless in fight to the death fights, the survivors becoming my personal little army. Of course the amount of homeless decreased so it benefited the city in it's own way, and my little group of soldiers became enforcerers for the groups underground syndicate thingy. I really didn't pay much attention to the politicing part of things in that campaign, but I had fun with what I did do.

"Perhaps you should at least attempt to hide your weapons on your persons, and possibly baggy clothes to hide any armor. Less suspicious that way. We also must consider some of the townsfolk may have betrayed you. Well us I would say."
Just giving you a heads-up that at the end of this month (July 31), I'll be leaving town for two weeks for work. I don't know the status of an available internet connection while I'll be gone, or how much free time I'll have, but I'll post as able. After that, I'll only be back for a day before heading to Gencon afterwards, getting back home late the 19th. So between those two dates I'll be sporadic at best, possibly unavailable. Sorry for any inconveniences this may impose.
"I see. I, I will help too, then. I owe you for saving me, and I would like to help others who have suffered the same fate. Though I'm not sure how helpful I will be."
"It sounds simple when you say it as such, but the fact of the matter is, it will be difficult to accomplish. Are you all so willing to risk your lives to free this city?" Anna seems conflicted by the proposition.
"My stepfather would've said, 'if you don't like the sword or the spear, forge an axe'. If the choices available aren't to your liking, make a new choice." Anna quickly closes back up, offering just a small opinion.
It's a holiday we're open, so I'll be at work too (but only a short day).
"It would be a pleasure to join you. I have much to discuss with, actually, I don't believe I have your name, master gnome?"
"Very interesting." She turns to Ava for a moment. "I am curious as to the relationship you share. It doesn't seem so..." Anna pales slightly before continuing. "Anyway, I'm curious to know more."
Anna replies, at first hesitant, but quickly regains her composure, talking about a subject she knows. "I do indeed. My own knowledge of such Conjurations is fairly average. I practice the arts with a focus on strengthening that which already exists, or altering it's form. I'd be most interested in chatting for awhile." DM: Just dawned on me, do I have any of my equipment (Spell Component Pouch and Spellbook in particular)?
Whisper:
"All right, I'll begin the spell, you talk it up. Anna walks over to the guards and begins uttering an incantation. Her hands begin to glow a light red color, which she uses to make waves in the air as she goes to each one in turn, placing a hand upon each of their chests in turn, spreading a feeling of warmth through them. After she has done the same with each, she turns back to Genisen, "The Geas is complete."
Anna moves over to Genisen "I may have another solution..." with that she whispers into his ear. Whisper to Genisen: "I could use a simple spell to give the illusion that I have placed a Geas on them to do no harm, if one of you could help me stage it up."
"No, no, not what I meant. Please, keep your robe, it will be fine." She looks at the gathered assemblage. "So, what are your plans from here, with so many? I'm afraid I'm not from this town."
Having watched the exchange from the back with much interest, Anna finally comes forward, "I just wanted to say thank you for the rescue. My name is Anna. I, I'm not sure what I can do to help, but I would at least like to offer whatever help I can. Beyond mending a few clothes, that is."
Aiding as many of the woman as she can, Anna follows behind the group, allowing the others to orate while doing her best to keep the girls in order, watching for any dangers that may try to sneak upon them. [spoiler=Perception]1d20+2[/dice]

Pointed out by one of her rescuers, Anna hesitantly steps forward. "I can try, if you like." The pebble she cast the Light spell on still in hand, she renews the spell and passes it along to another. "Is there something specific you need me to do? I'm afraid I don't have much experience with this kind of thing. I know, maybe this..." She goes to the next woman in line, using her magic to help mend and clean the clothing they have been given.
+1 bluff here, so not it! Well, unless they consider me attractive, then it's +2.
In disbelief at the rescue, Anna stays in the back as the others are evacuated. Not sure how to best help, she does the only thing she can think of and summons a small sphere of light to brighten the room.
Anna sits in the cell she found herself in, sitting on the ground, back to the wall, hugging her legs close. Hearing the door open, not sure what to expect, she waits to see what her captors plan, doing her best to hide amongst the ohters.
I like how the Paladin is playing bad cop! Also just piping in I have been paying attention and all, in case anyone was wondering.

Hello. I spoke (okay, PM'd) with DM Nick and Durnak and it looks like we're gonna make one big happy family now. I hope no one minds! So how doyou want to work this out, DM Nick? Just let me know.
I was kinda waiting for Malcom and Shael since they were the established characters, felt it was better to let them set the tone of things. I'll see about getting a post up here shortly.
I'm playing in a Pathfinder version of that every other Tuesday (though I've had to miss a couple for work related reasons).
I can change my character if it would help things as well. Just let me know if there's another role that needs to be filled. Didn't get very far in the RP before.

Annastriana here for another go around.
Taking in the brawl in progress, Anna at first isn't certain what to do. She recalled the words of Trib from back in Redmount. "If you can avoid the fight, do it." But Ingrid had already ran in. Not sure what else to do, Anna decided to help her new friend. Charging her hand with magic, she releases it as a hard slap to one of the others, staying behind the cover of the doorway. "I, uh, think we're allies." She calls out to the nearest members of the group they've decided to back.
Anna relates the story of what happened with the slavers and how her stepfather died to Ingrid, happy just to have someone else to speak to. "....and I ended up here, not really anywhere else to go. I suppose I could go back to Redmount, but I'm afraid they'll simply try something else." Anna waits for Ingrid's reaction to her tale.
At first confused by the dwarven woman's statement, realization dawns on Anna. She wipes away the tears before responding, "He wasn't killed her, further south. It's a long story. By the way, my name is Annastriana, but you can call me Anna for short. I don't believe I caught yours?"
Anna smiles, though the tears continue. "No, it's not that. My father, he was, he was killed recently. I...came this way to escape the ones who did it." Tears in her eyes, Anna suddenly starts. "You're not a, um, a bounty hunter or anything, are you?" A claustrophobic feeling grips Anna, knowing if she is after her, there's little chance of her getting away.
"Thank you," Anna accepts the drink, not quite sure what to expect. "I'm afraid that is not the case though. I just came into town myself." Anna begins to subconcsiously rub her wrists. "I'm, uh, actually kind of looking for work myself. I haven't had much experience, um, looking for work before. You, uh, you see, my stepfather is, uh, he's..." Tears start to well up in Anna's eyes, finding it difficult to continue.
"I was raised in Redmount, my stepfather a smith. I never picked up the smith trade itself, but I did learn a few things." The conversation taking a familiar tone, Anna becomes more relaxed, though she does seem to be holding back. "So what type of smithing do you specialize in? I would love to see some of your work."
Annastriana stands about average heighth for an elf (5'11") with long white hair and fairly pale complexion (though she's darkened abit having been outside more recently). Her clothing at present is well traveled, wearing a dark hooded cloak that's a little big for her. Her wrists show signs of bruising, though she keeps her traveling gloves on to help hide them. While a shy person, having been alone on the road so long and hearing Ingrid talk about such a familiar topic compels her to seek at least some companionship in another professional. And besides, it's possible she'd need to find some type of work eventually, and the other 'professions' a pretty young lady could do well at were not to her liking. Anna moves over to the bar near the dwarven woman, under the pretense of ordering another drink (her first not finished), "So, um, I hear you're looking into smelting. If you'd, um, want to talk abit, I know abit about the business." Her nervousness is quite plain.
Seeing her new friend start to bolt at the sound of trouble, Anna takes off after her, trying to keep her hood pulled down. "It seems trouble is everywhere."
That sounds perfectly fine by me.
DM-Salsa & Ingrid: Should Ingrid and I start off knowing each other? I didn't infer that initially but believe that may have been your intention.
