I think I want a second Continual Flame as backup in case the first one is dispelled.

Sadly you can only carry over one continual flame between scenarios.

Just as a reminder to everyone, if you want a continual flame, heightened to caster level 11, spell level 6, you can have it for 50gp.

I have 6 3rd level spell slots outside of my specialist slot so I can over us all. It does mea I have no hastes if a fight breaks out but given the judges here I think that is the last of our worries.

Whilst it is true that the magic of the sorceress Hao Jin is of the undisciplined and innate sort it cannot be denied that in her construction of the Tapestry she has demonstrated almost wizard like skills of arcane creation, manipulation and control of multiple facets of dimensional weaving. The Tapestry has remained a stable demiplane for multiple centuries, depsite extensive invasions, interruptions and interferences with its fabric by multiple different parties over time.

At this point Alonso launches into an explanation of planar cosmology, inter dimensional wave theory, the interaction between the river of souls and demi-planes when fragments of souls are divetted and how the stability of the Tapestry demonstrates a clear adherence to the laws of cosmic calculus, depsie Hao Jin being a sorceress. There are charts and diagrams and a giant white board showing his calculations created by means of a minor illusion spell (which he makes very clear so as not to cause any offence or breach of the rules). The whole presentation goes on and on and on. There may also be a test at the end of it all.

The following morning Alonso makes some preparations.

Casting mage armour and overland flight. As we arrive at the tribunal building he casts extended heroism on himself, Auriferous and Polanco and regular herosim on Sir Godfrey and Ragnar. As its a new day I am switching up my prepared spells to give out lots of heroisms. If anyone has a spare extend rod I will extend the other two as well.

As they float back towards the Ruby Phoenix Alonso barrages Eleven Sun Truth with questions, A tribunal you say, who are the judges, what are the charges, whon has the burden of proof, what is the standard of proof, what are the potential penalties if she is found guilty is there an appeal mechanism, who can speak on her behalf...

As they reach the Phoenix and hand over the engrams he assks,

Alonso glowers at Polanco, not that anyone can see him while invisible. This is a bad idea Polanco, if she wants in then it is for reasons which are damaging to us. Turn her over to the Axis authorities and we get access to the engram soon enough

He looks around for an Inevitable or similar who could be called on to arrest this criminal.

I am happy to have expended the glitterdust. In a real time game I would have probably asked Ragnar to delay to try and blind him to increase the chance of people hitting him.

Casting daylight on his clothing using my arcane bond. It shouldnt provoke as I am still invisibile. If he can somehow see me and I am in reach then I have 4 mirror images. I am lilely to move depending on where he is.

Before they enter the chamber Alonso makes some preparations, assuming the devil will need to be "persuaded" to leave.

Casting shield, activating wand of protection from evil and mirror image (1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4) and reactivating invisibility ring. I will skip mirror image and invisibility if it turns out to have true seeing.

Alonso goes wide eyed for a moment as he takes the engram. Oh my he mutters as he packs it away in hia handy haversack, almost absentmindedly.

As for the Aspis, they are a criminal orgganisation of merchants, slavers, blackmailers and worse. I believe it was they who first punched a hole into the Tapestry to use it as a means of travelling quickly to Varisia. They had allied themselves with some despicable servant of Lisalla.

Alonso nods, The Pathfinder Society currently owns an artifact crafted by Hao Jin. It is home to thousands of beings she collected during her time on Golarion. We are now responsible for thier safety but the demiplane they live in is collapsing. Hao Jin built this device, we believe she can help us reapir it or at least stabilise it long enough to get people out. If we are denied access to her then you are, in effect, condemning thousands of people of many different races to death.

He looks over to the Monitors. You say the matter between her and the Godmind is complete. Does that preclude you from telling us the subject matter of the dispute? Surely, for justice to be done, it must be seen to be done.
