Male Elf Bard 1

"For once I'm inclined to agree with the priest, Goldoth. Maybe we should come back to bury these later?"

Male Elf Bard 1

Is the undead warrior armed? Also the DM didn't roll my initiative, so let's do that.

intiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15

Looks like I beat the warrior and Gyro.

Alitas immediately stumbles backwards away from the undead monsters, "Get away! Stay away! Break these decayed limbs that hold us from our destination. Return them to their rest."

moving 10 feet to the right, opposite the zombies, and beginning Inspire Courage. My turn was before Gyro's so add 1 to his attack and damage.

Male Elf Bard 1

"Oh lighten up Zimul, let the goblin be a goblin. And personally, I feel quite safe in here. Sure there were a few attacks, but nothing in this particular area. Are you trying to insult the fine capabilities of this establishment's owner? The protector of the great apple tree of greatness? How rude."

Male Elf Bard 1

"I'm a little curious, who else is in town that was around back then? Anyone else that might remember anything?"

Male Elf Bard 1

"Personally I would probably go with 'Insane Cultists we Shouldn't be Involved With.' But that's just me."

Male Elf Bard 1

"You know, I'm really curious here... Why exactly would we go poking around near a dragon's lair? I'm as adventurous as the next guy sure, but you can't go on adventure's from inside a dragon."

Male Elf Bard 1

Alitas initially cranes his neck around from the rear of the group to see what's going on, and immediately turns away to cover his mouth with a handkerchief. It appears he's on the verge of being violently ill, "I'm starting to think coming here was a bad idea. A very bad idea."

Male Elf Bard 1

"I think I've actually heard the name Thoon before. Must of been in some book or something. The name is somehow connected to Abberations. Which personally would incline me to stay far away from anyone shouting about it."

Male Elf Bard 1

Alitas continues peering down from his limited view at the top of the cliff.

"Everything is still looking good up here. Everything alright down there? I heard some noises. Scream once if you're fine, twice if you are in unspeakable agony."

Male Elf Bard 1

"Yes goblin, please lead the way. We'll watch your back. Make sure no meanies sneak up behind you."

Male Elf Bard 1

"Well, I have to say that was more excitement than I was hoping for when I came into town. I'm sorry you had to see that Goldoth."

Male Elf Bard 1

Alitas smirks at the cleric's chanting, and begins a speech of his own, "On a lark to fight the dark, the heroes forge ahead. When all is done and the fight is won, the heroes sleep abed."

Knowledge Dungeoneering: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19

Starting Inspire Courage: Everyone gets a +1 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +1 competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls.

Male Elf Bard 1

perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

Accidentally said perception instead of initiative. It's early for me.

Male Elf Bard 1

Alitas joins the group in peering down the hole, "Hey, if you really want to go down there, we'll be riiight behind you. Well, maybe 30 feet or so behind you. Just in case of a cave in or something.

Male Elf Bard 1

Alitas staggers into the common area, clearly only partially awake, but still with absolutely pristine hair and clothing.

He looks down at the oatmeal, clearly used to something slightly better. "Goldoth, have you eaten yet?"

Male Elf Bard 1

Alitas glances casually over to the lieutenant as he speaks, not even seeming to notice Goldoth.

"Missing people and a crazy woman? Quite a fascinating story. What did you say that woman's name was again? Putting a name to a character makes it far better at grabbing some potentially helpful attention."

Male Elf Bard 1

"I can personally confirm that this is some of the best cider I have ever tasted. In fact, I'd like another. I think my large companion has had enough for now though. I've never seen him actually drunk, and I don't think it sounds like such a great idea. My name's Alitas. I'm a traveling entertainer of sorts, if any of you are needing something of the type. That big pile of green is Goldoth. Cuts an imposing figure, but he looks a lot meaner than he is. Truthfully, I think he's too dumb to be mean."

Male Elf Bard 1

"Goldoth, you're learning already! You've figured out how to order a drink."

Alitas takes a seat next to the hulking orc, "I'll have some of that hard cider, he probably won't feel anything less than the strongest, foulest thing you have. So let's get him some."

Male Elf Bard 1

Alitas is just arriving at the very same tavern Tindertwig is hiding outside of after several days on the road. Despite that, he looks pristine and hardly even tired since the massive creature behind him appears to be carrying just about everything one might need for two travelers.

Male Elf Bard 1

Alitas recoils slightly at the spreading stench, "Now, that is a very fitting hat for you. Now we just need to find a troll to wear you, an ogre to wear the troll, and a giant to wear the ogre. Maybe next time though you'll pick a hat that doesn't move on it's own."

Alitas pulls out a small handkerchief and covers his nose with it for the duration of the Stinking Cloud.

Male Elf Bard 1

Alitas gives a resigned sigh as he acknowledges Goldoth, "Yes, the toad is very interesting. No, you can not have one. No one's afraid of an orc with a pet frog."

Male Elf Bard 1

With a respectable 16 AC and an outstanding 7 HP, here's Alitas! Please don't let the bad people touch me.

How typical, the bard is arriving at the last minute.

Alitas Laaset, Bard. Backup healer, utility caster, jack of all trades. Just don't expect him to win an arm wrestling competition.
