Male Greek

Zephyr is going to reactivate his wind barrier to protect himself from harm. Because its area of effect, it shpuld be able to protect Teruo and any other nearby flyers as well.

Male Greek

"Hurricane Fist!" Zephyr punches the air in front of him. The dust particles in the air are forcible drawn into a ball of compressed wind. It launches toward one of the Mecha.

DC 21 Dodge
I think I did this right.

Initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20

Male Greek

"Let's go Teruo. We can't be the last in." Zephyr keeps his wimd barrier up and charges down towards the opening.

Male Greek

Zephyr takes off with Teruo and heads straight for the pillar of light at full speed.

Flying-Speed 7

Male Greek

"Yeah, but just in case. Stay close." Zephyr steps to within a few feet of Teruo. The air begins to gust around them and they become encircled by a tornado filled with the dust and small debris of the blasted wasteland. "I can keep us both protected from any surprises. It's the least I can do since I'll be slowing you down." When Teruo is ready, Zephyr will take off to the air with him.

Male Greek

I'm okay entering through the East side.

Male Greek

I'm with Nishiwaki Teruo.

Male Greek

Zephyr stares over the destroyed landscape and whistles. "There's something you don't see everday. I guess that light is where we need to get to."

Male Greek

Zephyr is careful to take good notes. While not dumb, he doesn't consider himself smart enoufh to know everythimg with studying. And of the class, he seems the most engaged in the lessons.

The next day, he looks over his costume before putting on the blue, white, and gray costume. The loose fit, cape, and wig fit together in a billowing mass once the young superhuman gets the winds raging.

"A speed trial? I was hoping for a bit more than just another race." Zephyr's impatience and eagerness for a life of action is beginning to show through.

Male Greek

Can I get a quick rundown of how combat works?

Male Greek

Sounds good.

Male Greek

Zephyr doesn't need much in the way of acceleration.
Zephyr propels himself forward using the full power of the winds around him, leaving a cloud of dirt and grit behind him. Thanks to the short distance, he is able to momentarily out speed Teruo. Afterwards, he approaches his winged rival. "That was a good race. I know that you would beat me in and kind of distance race though."

Male Greek

"My partner is Teruo." Zephyr takes up his position at the starting line, wrapping the air around him as he does so. A vortex of dust swirls into a miniature cycle that envelopes his lower half, and his feet hover above the earth. The thought of cheating crosses his mind, but he dismisses the notion just a quickly.

Male Greek

"Absolutely."
He takes his place next to Teruo at the start line."You want to give the word go?

Male Greek

"So it's distance that counts? Great." Zephyr smiles and wraps a cocoon of wind around himself. He takes to the skies far above the school. He holds the ball in his palm as it becomes encircled by a more focused version of the same powerful gales that make up his named Hurricane Fist. The ball begins to levitate. Zephyr pushes his hand forward and the ball is launched at speeds matching the strongest hurricane level winds.

Male Greek

Zephyr is one of the last to change. When he hears the other students talking about their powers, he decides to chime in a bit.
"I can control the wind. I can use it to create hurricanes and tornadoes, but I haven't gotten the hang of tuning it down yet. Small breezes and stuff are harder to make. I can use it to fly though."

Male Greek

"Are the gym uniforms our costumes?

Male Greek

"In that case, I need to change my name," Zephyr says when Mr. Frank says to put his preferred name on the seat list. He finds the person who currently has it and crosses his birth name off.

Male Greek

Zephyr signs as well, using his birth name instead of his moniker.

Male Greek

Zephyr heads in and also takes a seat by a window, much preferring to be outdoors than in a classroom.

Male Greek

Zephyr circles above the school at top speed to slow his descent. As he reaches the ground, a miniature gust kicks up the dust around him. The back of his denim jacket flies up a bit when he lands. The boy is taller than most, and thin too, but he carries himself with confidence and a beaming smile. He keeps his white hair short and spiked. He immediately notices the kid that outraced him in the skies.

"Hey. Nice to see you here. I wanted to say hi up there, but you know, wind."

Male Greek

Sorry I wasn't able to post the last couple of days. This weekend started off kinda suckish.

Anyway, Zephyr's costume is not particularly practical. It consists of an insulated material that fits him loosely instead of snug. He's not a fan of the skin-tight appearance of most other heroes. Anyway, the full body costume is sky blue with white highlights around the shoulders, hands, and legs. A grey tornado makes up the chest emblem. He has a cap mask with a built in wig of long white hair. Finally, a long cape completes the outfit. The main function of the costume is to have a billowing, commanding presence when he makes use of his wind abilities.

His heroic icons are the old mythological heroes of his homeland, Greece. As for modern day icons, it would probably a collective group of heroes who call themselves the Lords Of Thunder. Naturally, they do as much showboating as actual crime fighting.

I did a small update to my profile to add in some backstory. May add more as time goes on.

How would you like us to set up the area under the alias name where people usually put the ac, hp, saves and other stuff like that?
