Laughed and enjoyed the joke that Kesari had played on the overly stuffy man. She had spent most of the six weeks out on deck, helping out, and looking at the different water currants. She also talked with some of the crew, but did keep a bit closer to the half-elf members, somewhat more comfortable with them than the others, if nothing else that they had some common interest. However, hearing the worry in the voice of the campaign leader was never a good thing, she stops and listens.

Bluff, ten to pretend otherwise: 10 + 7 = 17 Looks and grins widely, acting as if she had no idea who this person was. " I am Aleasia, it is a pleasure to share water with you. Perhaps we shall met the rest of the party and they be as friendly as you." Her greeting seemed to be a formal one, adding to the act they did not know each other. She was well rested from her nights stay, and was looking forward to continuing towards the colony.

Grins and nods. " I'll try to pick some up on the way to the inn then for you bossman." And then she moved quickly out the door, heading to the Shining Sea inn. After getting her room key, and settling her stuff in the room, she would hang out in the common area, listening to the tales of this new port.

Blinks, unsure how to answer that. She truthful had only her experience living in warmer waters, but nothing she would call tropical, and voices such. But on the final question posed to her, she states " If by small time fishing trips count, plenty. You must pack and hunt with the group, and position all best where they need to be. However, as far as something of what I assume this is, none really. I could understand what is needed, but having no local connections, I doubt I could organize one. Having a leader who knows what they are doing helps, I do know that." She awaits anything further, her nerves t making the cut obvious as her gills flair every few seconds.

Bows greatly to the old man, and starts into her small speech. " I am Aleasia. I hear the adventure will call for some underwater work. I happen to belong to a family of sea elves, if my gills are not clue enough. I feel that my ability to swim and breath underwater will aid any discovery needed, and I would like the chance to help settle the area, and give some of my people a new home to trade and live in. I can handle myself in a fight, and have trained in underwater fighting mostly."

Groans, as she is now stuck in another line. How many lines can there be?! I wish to travel, can they not just go ahead and pick me? She was getting impatient, as the life of a seafarer was just so close. A new colony, a new place for her people to settle... those thoughts kept her going.

Follows Kesaris lead, but tries to keep close to some of the elven folk, as if she was a bit xenophobic. No one would truly question it, as most knew of her kinds aversion to people.
However, she would feel she didnt get anything more the average local rumors and fishmongers tales.

Jumps up and rushes up the boards, helping along the others that she knew on sight, giving them a small nod, but also did the same to a few of the strangers, so it seemed like a polite nature of hers. Despite the other pathfinders knowing she was not that friendly.

Tries her best to not be insulted, but was happy she was picked. She was not however sure about the next interview, since after the group of friends she had passed with, those other new ones seemed fishy. And how could they really trust them, since they could not recongize them by sight? " What happens if we need to call for help of any kind? Or we can not make it back with our journals?"

The Test:
All the questions come fast and hard, catching her off guard somewhat. She stumbles over a few answers, mainly ones like how does she plan her time and such. However, she excels at the tropical one stating " I am an Aquatic Elf from around some tropical waters. My people have a rich history and knowledge base of it." After a bit and they reach the one about how does a good team work, she answers she pauses, before answering, " A good team is balanced, but each member know what their goal is. No one outshines the other unless that is the purpose of the team." After answering the final questions she would sigh softly, and thank them for their time. Goes back to the food hall, catching a good bit of the tropical juice they had. She felt she needed it after the ringer she had just been through.
F Aquatic Elf Rogue 1
Laughs softly at the two she knew, and shook her head " I think if we all get picked, it will be because we know someone on the inside a bit more than the others, would you not agree? I think our places are however much more needed where there is food and drink, as both are welcomed news at this point. I would enjoy some good water..."

Prologue: Yawns as she rolls out of bed. She stretches, brushing her sea colored hair back into a braid, before she gets dressed. Aleasia was prepared, excited for the chance to explore Azlanti, maybe even find some lost colonies. She lingers with her fingers in the water basin, excited for the chance to swim and be near cleaner waters. She left from her small enclave, wishing well to some of her fellow flatmates as she passed them by.

Rogue would make so much more sense. It would have to do with the fact I assisted him on the Selline river when young.
I'll finish making it gesalt if i'm picked. I'll go with Eando Kline however as the mentor who helped me become a rogue/ranger. This is the character I will be using. However since you graced us with a 25 point buy, i may go ranger, but either way, itll be an aquatic elf chronicler. everything else I'll shape up once picked. |
