My monk is still more mobile. Being able to DD and move 90ft per round is nice. The only time the fighter and the monk can have equal movement is if the fight requires flying, but not so much flying that DD would be useful.
I'm sorry, you keep citing this, and I keep shaking my head. The ability to dimension door into melee with an enemy is a huge liability, not some massive mobility enhancing ability. It's worse than charging even, since instead of trading 1 attack for an enemy's full attack you are trading zero attacks for an enemy's full attack to the face.

Flying creature attacks party expecting arrows and spells.

Instead he gets a monk right next to him. Now the flying creature has to avoid the monk, trade full attacks with the monk, or focus the rest of the party while taking full-attacks.

I don't make the charge comparison because my monk charges faster on land than the fighter and at equal speed in the air. Regardless, if a charge would do the job, I wouldn't be using DD.

If it's really that much of an issue I can DD just out of reach+10ft from the creature.

or the creature simply takes a withdraw action and leaves the monk floating there.

Interesting Rynjin. What book/s is that stuff culled from? Are there mechanical stats/templates for example: gnoll tieflings and half-orc aasimars?
No. According to RAW, a character with pretty much any amount of celestial/fiendish blood is considered an aasimar/tiefling and replaces their normal racial stats with the aasimar/tiefling stats. There are variations for aasimars and tieflings, but they are based on what type of celestial/fiend they descend from rather than what their base race is.

although size modifiers still apply. This came from the blood of angels/fiends set of books.

Dont forget 1 level of brother of the seal for awesome blow.

TO BE FAIR, the other races have a hard time keeping it in their pants too. Aasimar/Tieflings of non-human races and things like "Dragon/Undead Crossblooded Gnomes" (*shudders*) proves that.

In 3.5 I played a half farspawn/half troll/gnome fighter...pleasant dreams thinking how that came about.

It must suck to be a Golorian Human. I mean think about it. Every time the world needs saving, not only does a group of heroes have to come along to save it. But why is the warpriest even there?

[theory]

Because nobody in the history of ever fell for the 'if you want to play a non LG holy warrior, play a cleric.' (Especially after they stripped heavy armor proficiency from it and nuked the warrior priest class replacement from the original Campaign Setting.) I suspect this 'warpriest' (which will hopefully get a better name, like Templar or Crusader or Champion or *something*) will be the long-lost CG, NG, LE, NE, CN, LN, etc. 'holy warrior' option.

Nope. Skill prerequisites prevent that.

How about this, rather than have runite default to a free +2, have it grant a virtual +1 bonus for every +2 enhancement bonuses the weapon possesses?

Owen from super genius games wrote the feat, and he mentioned in another thread that he didn't even know about the wild bloodlines when he wrote it. he said he'd be ok with it, but the sylvan one is definitely an issue.

Is there anything that actually requires "spontaneous" casting? Because the Dragon Disciple (for example) says cast "without preparation", for which an SLA pretty obviously qualifies.

A monk might be able to use it. A ranger as well. And it is quite a lot more useful than the "agile" enhancement, considering the bonuses for spell casting. It could allow a low-strength monk/ranger quite easily. All in all I'd agree that it's overpowered for a cleric (they get enough cool toys already). But this could be really cool on a monk.

Then again, this seems to be a port from 3.5 that hasn't been retouched (thus balance issues). Wouldn't be surprised if it's considered overpowered in many circles. In the end, it's your fiat. There's this thread that tries a few ideas to rebalance it:

http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2oxy0?Balancing-guided-weapon-for-pathfinder#1

Edit: Double ninja'd on the monk comment

A port from 3.5? Has it been reprinted in a book after Paizo started the PF ruleset?

lol, I forgot I did that.

Also, you normally miss out on either your 3rd level or 9th level power, this gets you both.

well you can take improved twice but...yeah not that worth it. It should be noted that, as written, if you improve your effective sorcerer level for the mythic version (such as robes of arcane heritage) you can not only get the capstone ability, but you might be able to get it early. Edit: wait a minute, scratch the early access part, i dont think i am remembering the robes correctly.

I do like the sturdy scout types, it just makes sense.

williamoak wrote:
Yeah, that sense motive could be useful. Still, I'd have to find a social-centric (maybe political?) campaign to play it in. Tricking people by day, poisoning them by night. What fun! Still, the eldritch heritage choice would be between the level 3 skill and the level 9 one, so I'd have no choice to get silver tongue.

that's why I recommended hide aura, as it's a nice compliment to the 1st level silver tongue ability. Reading minds is useful, but circumventable(...that's not a real word) enough with skill investment and silvered tongue to not be necessary.

a sturdy stealth character, nice...maybe hide aura as the improved selection? Between silver tongue and maxing out bluff and diplomacy, she shouldn't have to much of a problem getting people to spill the beans. maybe throw a skill focus (sense motive) somewhere in there.

what if it removed these prereqs?

An interesting idea, but I'm not sure if any of the PCs intend to pick up Craft Magic Arms and Armor. If they don't, It'd only be useful for figuring out which NPCs can enchant equipment, and I'm not sure how I'm going to do that just yet. Also, it's a higher level material, so I don't think finding capable enchanters would be a problem once runite...

that would depend on the character and the enchantment in question. Armor less so, but getting say a flame weapon early might be cool.

war means destruction or defeat, whereas destruction is a more clearly defined result. hmmm, I guess you could define war as destruction with purpose. That would fit with the lore provided. I never got the impression that he valued destruction on it's own merits from your description.
