I've decided we're using the "Missile Attacks on Targets in Melee" optional rule from p. 236 of the AFPT (which I'll also post in the Campaign Info tab):
The constant and unpredictable movement of characters in melee makes firing or throwing missile weapons at combatants an uncertain proposition.
When this happens, randomly determine which character in the melee is actually targeted by the missile attack before making the attack roll.
Typically, all characters involved in the melee have the same chance of being targeted, but especially large creatures may count as two or more characters.

Sorry I had a medical procedure last Friday but I'm here.
Hope you are doing/recovering okay. Thanks for letting us know.

Now that we are officially in a dungeon (Yes, a dungeon, as in Dungeons & Dragons™️!) I need a marching order from all you good people.
Single- and double-file, please.

Sorry -- a bit slow on the draw as my mother is in town this week.
I think I proposed a marching order earlier, but I'm not sure what people thought of it.
Anyway, here are some suggestions based on very little other than keeping the toughest fighters in front, the squishy people in the middle, and the middling fighters protecting the rear. I might be misreading some characters' abilities, though, so let me know if you think this should change.
