Locus thanks the swarm on Red and releases them from their service. She turns to the oversized locust on her shoulder and casts a spell into Toop before commanding him to deliver it to Red.
Toop flies over Hobbs and lands atop the Red champion's head. Suddenly mushrooms begin to sprout from the warrior's head, spreading inexorably across their body.
Using Familiar Spell Delivery to ◆◆ cast mycological malady on Red. Toop remains in Red's space for now. Red needs a DC 25 Fortitude save. Locus remains concealed.

Kat's first arrow punches right through the spiritual shield, though in doing so it hurts her as well--and the cultist desperately blocks with some divine power of his own. The second arrow also hits him, and he isn't able to block it, but again defying the magical shield hurts her. Even missing hurts--the attempt is enough for the spell to affect her.

As the champion's blade arcs towards Toop, Locus snaps her fingers and the locust turns ghostly for just a moment. The blade passes (mostly) harmlessly through her familiar as he's pushed back towards her. A moment later, Kat unleashes a wave of healing. Toop turns to the monk and thanks her. In Common.
"Yes, thank you Kat," Locus repeats and commands Toop to return to her side. "We've never tried that maneuver before today. And I'm not sure I really like it," she says as she pats Toop on the head.
Turning her attention back to the cultists, she tries to spot them in the gloom. Picking out the one in the Green boots, she lets loose all the voices that are in her head all the time. She's not even sure who they are for the most part. Some are certainly the nearby swarms of insects, but many are in languages even she doesn't know, and in the voices of creatures not remotely human. Either way, Green gets to hear them. All of them.

She urges him to be careful, stay high and out of reach, and to come back quickly to make his report.

A man holding a whip shouts at a hulking demonic figure, and, grumbling, the demon slams a heavy bolder onto the top of an already substantial barricade.
It’s clear from the energy in this room that its residents are preparing to depart quickly. Cultists and demons scurry through the space, hurriedly blocking off exits to the west and south even as they shuffle supplies through another to the east. As they move, they cast nervous glances toward the growing barricade, as if expecting some new terror to burst through at any moment—or for something awful to conclude.
But they seem to be somewhat on guard, perhaps after hearing the sounds of fighting above. While they take no notice of Toop, it doesn't take very long at all for one of the cultists to notice the door that is ajar and yank it the rest of the way open.

Locus-22 senses magic in the area, and everyone can feel a sense of something ominous--the way that pebbles are dancing along the ground doesn't help. Whatever it is seems to become a little more intense as one of the demons moves to attack, as though it's stirred up by aggression.
There's a hazard, though it's caused by something happening elsewhere in the complex so it can't be damaged or Disabled here. The good news is the enemies aren't completely immune to it.
The demon, a horse-sized locust with a scorpion’s stinger and an almost-human face, is something none of the Pathfinders have ever seen. Its wings buzz as it moves towards the door and attempts to sting Ra'uf with its scorpion tail. When that doesn't work, it claws him instead.

Complying with her direction, Toop stays well out of the way of any hulking demon-bugs or cultists. And of Locus' spells. First she calls upon the nearby hill of carpenter ants to feast upon the cultist in the bright Red sash. Then the android girl gestures into the room from the corner of the doorway. A wave of gray mist formed of negative energy spills out from her outstretched hand, briefly taking the shape of a pack of giant preying mantises that set viciously on her foes.

It's not a direct hit, though the fumes still have some effect on the demon and the cultist behind it. The other one magically protects herself, glaring at Hobbs.
Neither cultist avoids the fireball. One of the demons easily does, ducking behind the wall. The other one... well, it doesn't seem badly hurt at all.
That's a miss, so just the splash damage. Red uses ↺ Selfish Shield which negates it, but Green and Blue take it.
And I think you can get Purple too, but it will have cover.

The injured cultists pauses momentarily to yank the arrow pinning him down, grimacing as he does so. He squeezes past the demons. Ra'uf is right in front of him, but he ignores him and has eyes only for Locus-22. "Is that supposed to be funny, you..." he pauses uncertainly, "Whatever you are!" He jabs her with his scythe, and his wrath seems to carry a little extra punch--or it would, if Ra'uf wasn't able to protect her. And then as her blood(-like substance?) is shed, she curses him. He starts bleeding rather more profusely himself.
