Can anyone cast Heal spells? If anyone can cast Heal spells from a scroll, she takes a Heal Scroll (R3). If not, then she takes a Moderate Healing Potion.

She also purchases an additional Moderate Healing Potion (50gp) and 2 Insight Coffees (40gp each; 1 Vanilla, 1 Mocha); 130gp used.

Just report it. A similar thing happened last year with me -- I got flattened by a flu. Fi just told me to report it and finish the game. It's kind of the same situation with our 06-12. Doubt we can get combat done in time. The game's reported since you've all hit the bullet points.
