Pervir Eir |
Seeing the rat heading for exit, Pervir squeals. "Let them go!" for fear that if they continue to attack them, they will retaliate.
GM Valen |
Left unpursued, the pair of scrap rats flee out the front door of the plant.
COMBAT OVER
With the plant cleared of any threats and pests, the party is free to train and restore the reactor to functioning capacity.
Flushing the magical energy from the reactor requires a successful Mysticism check (DC 14) or successful Computers or Engineering check (DC 17).
The four parts that need replacing are as follows: the reactor oil, some heavy‑duty wiring, a control rod, and a replacement control module.
We are very close to concluding. Please confirm that the information for your chronicle sheets is correct.

Looks like there's two problem to fix here TD says with confidence, we got to purge the reactor of that voodoo that gardener introduced, and we need some spare parts for the reactor. There's a control rod here, but we also need some heavy duty coil wire, some oil ran out and the control module needs to be replaced.
I'm guessing the oil is on the floor in the entrance hall. We could tip out a flower bucket and gather it in there? Did we find the other parts, or should we order them over the infosphere?
Pervir Eir |
Info looks good.
"I will come with you." Pervir tells the raxalite. "Let's collect those oil, but let's look around for some containers."
GM Valen |
The four parts that need replacing are as follows: reactor oil (Entry Way; suitable containers can be found in Room 5), heavy‑duty wiring (Room 2), control rod [ooc](Room 4), and replacement control module (Room 5).
Once these conditions are met, the reactor automatically restarts and resumes functionality.
With the reactor restarted, the mission is complete and the party is free to return to Kirslin.
"The grid is showing that you were successful," Kirslin says when she first greets you. "Well done. I have two hundred credits for each of you."
"While you were at Station Green, there began circulating rumors of glitch gremlins or other fey being involved in the ongoing issues," she continues. "What have you to report?"
Volitare Fugax |
Volitaire tells the whole story about the hesper and it wanting to turn Station Green into .... well .... a green place. They also relay the hesper's requests.
And I intend to help them they say.
Pervir Eir |
"We met a certain fey named Qhibell. She told us that she has long been bonded to Station Green’s reactor, helping to boost the plant’s efficiency. Recently, however, she realized Station Green’s power was being used to speed the destruction of formerly untouched natural land to build new developments." Pervir shares. "We discussed diplomatically what are the implications of her actions and we told her what we and her can do so both can have a win-win, as they say. Fortunately for us, she listened and made a compromise with us." she concludes with a smile of satisfaction.
GM Valen |
Kirslin agrees to the hesper’s terms as presented by the party and vows to turn the eco‑conscious regulations to the city’s advantage, increasing Thamal’s appeal as a destination.
"A job well done. Easily worth the 200 credits for each of you." Kirslin adds before bidding you all farewell.
