There are a few ways to get to where you need to go to register a character, and here's one:
Find your "My Account" button at the top of the page and mouse over it to bring up the menu. It should give you the following options in a column: "Order History/Digital Content/Private Messages/Organized Play/My Profile/Account Settings/Sign Out (your name)."
Mouse down and click "Account Settings." Note that you'll have to log in to verify who you are, even if you're already logged in.
It's been long enough since I had to do this that I don't know if you have to do anything special to register. If you do, it'll be in the Organized Play section of your account settings page; for me, that's in the left column about halfway down the page. Once you've registered, click the header on the Organized Play section.
That should take you to a page where there's a set of buttons for registering a new character--PF1e, PF adventure card, PF1e Core, Starfinder, and PF2e. Clicking the Starfinder button should bring up an edit page where you can create a character profile.

@Aramesh, one point to clarify. You have to register yourself as a Player in Org Play, and then register your characters individually amongst the systems (PF1, PF2, and SFS). To register as a Player, you need an Org Play number which a GM or Venture Officer can (or did) give you. Do you have that or do I need to get you an Org Play number?
As an example, Barat's player in the post above reported his SFS number as "108452-706." The 108452 part is azjauthor's Org Play number and carries across all three Paizo systems. The 706 part is for the Starfinder character that's getting credit for this game.
PF1 characters start at -1, SFS starts at -701, and PF2 starts at -2001.

You would have to give me one. I sadly admit I am pretty ignorant on any of the online society stuff. But I am definitely trying to get started.
And i will be posting soon. My life kind of had another small upheaval happen so it has been crazy since Friday.
But really all I am going to do is Get'Em the closest car. I am not even sure I am going to fire. Lol

Granted, this was over nine years ago, but I'm pretty sure I got my Org Play number without intervention of a VC or GM. That was before we had online VCs, though.

I dl'ed a set of Org Play numbers, and they each have a "Confirmation Code." To avoid the chance of it getting hacked or scraped, I'll PM the info to Darkeus in Discord.
Signing up new players is so much easier at cons or game stores, or even over voice in a VTT. It's so much harder to ask just the right question or ask just the right follow-up in a forum.
No worries, sending it shortly.

Thanks for playing! Feel free to RP any over in Gameplay. I’ll get it reported and send chronicles this evening.

Thank you as well. I know I messaged you but had a lot of fun. Thanks for the opportunity to play! If I have any issues registering i will let you know on Discord. Thanks to all the players too!

I haven't done the reporting or chronicles as promised. Turns out because this is part of a special event for Double AcP Weekend, I have to report everyone together.
I just need one last thing from Aramesh (a faction for his -701) and I'll get it done.

Aramesh - If you need to know the different factions in Starfinder Society, they are listed here. The main functional purpose is they give you access to different boons (which you can find here). I would avoid Second Seekers on your first character, because that faction has three varieties and is a little more complex.

Thanks. I will get on that tonight. Today was a horrible morning so hopefully my night is better. I just got up a little bit ago so I will check those out and choose tonight.

Reported!
Let me know if there's any problems with them. I'll give everyone time to get theirs, then close this campaign sometime over the weekend.
Thanks for a good game. That was only my 3rd SFS GM run, so I appreciate your patience with me.
Happy Holidays to those that celebrate, wherever in the world you find yourself.
