Supply Delivery: You come across a wagon loaded with supplies for the celebrations.

You can stall oncoming guards with a successful Handle Animal or wild empathy check to panic the draft animals, a successful Disable Device check to unhinge the wagon and send it rolling down the street, or successful Strength check to throw the supplies everywhere.

Having no way to gently move the horses around, Desynthia uses a more straightforward approach, using her spear to poke the mount, just like spurs would do

Keynala is just short of having the strength to push a crate off the cart. An Aid would make it a success.

The horses aren’t startled by Desynthia’s spear. Guess they have all sorts of things knocking against the cart during the day.

You can cast the Bull’s Strength on someone else (I will even allow you to do it on Keynala) or do the Strength check. You only have a full round action to do whatever mischief you are doing before you need to continue running.

With a boost from Korgaar, Theron is also able to make the climb. Evidently it is just the first few feet that are a real hurdle!

Honestly, it is the sort of thing I would seriously consider giving Infamy for in Starfinder or Pathfinder Second Edition.
Citizens are required to attend the Loyalty Day celebrations.
There are plenty of corrupt and evil people here, but there are also people just trying to live their lives.

The Red Reverend causes a stir with one of his blessings. One of the acolytes starts to thank him for the blessing, only to be slapped on the back of the head by one of the priests. “Do you really want to be ghoul food, fool?!?

The interrogator and other law enforcers make it through the parade and up to the supply delivery. It is good that you have so much chais happening around the service.

Street Performance: The fugitives pass a street-side band that has gathered a crowd by playing Chelish anthems.

Your group can crash the performance with a successful Perform check, a successful Dexterity check to weave through the crowd, or by casting any illusion spell of 1st-level or higher. These actions stir the audience into a disorderly mass that clogs the avenue.

Pretty sure Red would be spending all my AcP on Infamy reductions in a system that used it. He doesn't even rise to the level of antihero.

Nala would complain of several things (bad rolls, bad skill options, not enough fish dishes, etc…) if she weren’t trying to avoid being caught, tortured and executed.
