Checking our party composition, do we need an alternative? I have a Lore Oracle in tier as well if the divine casting would be better.

Have two workarounds for tower being down at moment, working on repair and/or replace, looks like 2, 3 weeks to be back to close to normal. Meantime am here.

Do we have a time constraint? Does it make sense to pair off or each search an area (not too far from each other)?

And it's interesting to see strength affecting reroll opportunity. How many books can you lift in 10 minutes? Oh, you're strong? You can go through more so have a higher chance of selecting the best options. Cool mechanic.

We are supposed to limit how long we are in the tapestry, so being fast is a good thing. Maybe once we have traps cleared from a couple areas we can split up into teams.

Here is the problem I'm running into with posting:

We were told some information by the GM.

We were then told that we didn't have access to the info after we responded to it.

We came up with a reasonable work-around to have that information that fit the narrative.

However, there hasn't been a response from half the party.

In addition, Ikilwa has had a very bad experience with "Disguise as 'x'" recently, so much so that there was a near-complete mission failure due to it.

Unfortunately, they have not had a chance to retrain or pick up the skill, and it's really not in their personality as they're pretty straight-forward about things.

Apologies on not posting a response, there are probably a couple of ways or party resources that might help with this encounter, but I haven't been able to figure them out myself based on the above.

Apologies as well.

Kimiya will likely bomb a disguise check. I've been trying to think of a way around that. I don't think Diplo/Intimidate is an option, nor is non-lethal which is where this build shines.

Do we have grease and go on the offensive?

If you botch the disguise roll then the statue will attack but if you do nothing then the statue will attack. I will continue in the morning with initiative or you just give it a try. ;-)

Having run this, I was trying not to metagame the scene. Normally Disguise is a secret roll, but I'll just put it here.

Ezren is a cranky old mage that can give Aram Zey what for. I'd say either him or Quinn.

Given that work is eating my soul, I'd probably not be ideal to run the pregen.

I think you notice that you need skills. ;-) But you knew that before so taking someone like Enora or someone else that has all knowledges could help.

Please decide and make the rolls for the pregen as well.
