Chatty bunch! Sorry, work swamped me for a bit. Read through all this (29 msgs!), but all looks good regarding character change and loot choices.
Valeria - there was already a concept of Party Loot on the sheet, although no column for the graphs, since that doesn't help me in keeping balance. But what you've done looks fine and if it helps you all keep track, no worries!
Rgarding relics, you are better spreading them out (when appropriate, you have to pick which item you are giving the boost), although just carrying it doesn't do you any good. The idea is that by using it, you are adding to its value and ongoing story which restores lost powers. But I do think Sara is a great choice for using it.

Based on the info I have, "a relic needs to be worn, held, or carried (as opposed to being stored in a bag of holding, for instance), and the PC carrying it must have been involved in the triumph in some way."
When a triumph occurs, all PCs carrying a relic get to apply that triumph to their relic provided it is 'worn, held, or carried,' i.e. you don't need to 'pick' which relic gets the triumph: they all get it. Triumphs occur only once or twice per AP book.

Each PC involved in achieving a triumph can apply that triumph to up to one of her carried relics, unlocking the next set of abilities for that item.

Yes that is correct. So if you have two relics on your person by RAW you must pick which one gets the Triumph. Previously I think we had handwaived it to: all relics in the party grow every time a triumph occurs (in order to allow multiple relics on one PC).
I'm fine if you want to spread the love. :)

I think so, but I'm going to wait for the results of my knowledge check. I want to know if this is a new law Count Lotheed put in place, or if this law has existed for some time.

Sara's a city girl so it is probably something she's not have had first had evidence of, even though she had heard about it. Plus she is about reform, so her outburst would still make a bit of sense.

Just checking with everyone on which name your character wishes to be addressed in this adventure.
For example, I would like to confirm that Eregos, while we are here in Merratt, wishes to be addressed as "Sir Kalegos Seldry" in front of other nobles and NPCs, and that in private, at the Betony Estate, we can still call him "Eregos"
For Valeria, it's simply 'Valeria' in private, and since she's posing as the noble in charge of the estate, in public it's 'Lady Valeria' or 'Milady'.

| Capricia Belacrest |

Originally, this character was brought over from one or more failed pirate campaigns. Her full name was Capricia Belacrest-Maxeme (the last part to strike fear into the hearts of those who'd heard of the Free Captains Maxeme, Capricia's semi-distant relatives on Little Oppara). The Maxeme family members left back in Taldor were accused of piracy and pretty much eliminated thanks to High Strategos Maxillar Pythareus. That's the reason she hates that man. The fact that someone from the previous table introduced her in-game with the traitorous Maxeme surname is why I eliminated it for this version of the character. :)
So "Capricia," "Lady Capricia," or "Lady Belacrest" are all fine.

How many weeks will the Mill, Farms, Pub projects take? we could start with Baron Okerra, saving Baroness Voinum until after the advanced farms are complete...

Ha! Wasn't expecting to get attacked by the General! Here are my assumptions:
Everyone has Water Breathing up. I have two of those memorized and a Haste for 3rd level (because I am never going without Haste). A bunch of Touch of the Sea memorized at 1st level. And my standard loadout for 2nd Level.

@Everyone: please also keep in mind, for the sake of Bimble's action economy, that Valeria purchased a potion of Touch of Sea for each of us, as well as 10 flotation devices (+1 to swim if you have one on you; maybe more if the GM allows multiple) and a scroll of water breathing (Bimble may or may not have used that scroll to acquire the spell into his Spellbook: his choice. Even if he purchased his 'own' scroll for that purpose, it wouldn't be 'bad' to have an extra water breathing scroll lying around for those moments the wizard did not memorize it).

Let us try to check on this game daily, especially when the GM puts an initiative tracker up. All it takes is a minute or two of our time. Thank you.
