Haven't got any feedback on what kind of Sidekick I should go for, so I'm going to stat up two, to see how they turn out. First is my Light-Cyborg idea; he'll be my Ace pilot and chief mechanic. Second idea is a younger war orphan type, probably a Techno-Wizard, who will fill the same functions, but focus more on general support.

I believe equipment and money dice still Ace. Keep that in mind.
I did not realize that.....
Here's what I had, so an additional roll for each. :)
Starting Wealth (credits): 4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 1, 2) = 12 x100 = 1200 credits
Starting Wealth (valuables/gear): 2d4 ⇒ (3, 4) = 7 x500 = 3500 credits
Starting Wealth ace: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Starting gear ace: 1d4 ⇒ 3
So total is 1400 and 5000. :)
Disclaimer : I may certainly have counted wrong, or misinterpreted what you said in your PC description, if so please let me know...
Laird - I'm assuming that even tho you have your 4 MARS Edges listed as "unselected", your list of actual Edges includes those 4, plus the Human one?
Yeah, I need to update one last time, add the communicator and buy some more gear. :)

Everyone can go ahead and post in Gameplay and Discussion. It looks like we are close to having all of our builds done
As far as equipment goes, you should worry about what equipment is important for your character to function, or things that are important to your backstory. Things that are required for missions will be provided if they are available. Of course, we are not living in a post-scarcity economy, so some things may be limited.
I'm hoping to get going next week with our War Games. I'm thinking that the flavor for that is that we will be using powered down weapons, dummy warheads, limited energy lasers and particle beams, etc.
Rules wise, we will just play everything straight.
