I've replaced you on the map in taking your maximal move after your long jump. Happy to discuss it further on the Discussion thread. Fanya, your sprite does NOT get a critical hit.
The alchemist looks as if he's ready to collapse, but somehow remains on his feet! The wyrm spits out the wood and metal splinters of Fjorn's ruined buckler as it faces down the incoming invaders. The ranger leaps over the area of the floor where Fjorn slipped and almost fell, but Athelsted rushes headlong across the slippery area!

Fjorn skates across the icy patch, hoping his feet hold underneath him.

The alchemist-with-a-death-wish skids and skitters but stays upright, racing at the wyrm and unleashing a mighty swing. It misses by a hair's breadth.
I'll await to see if there is a Hero Point for Fjorn. To my records, he has none available at present. I'll give it twelve hours from this post; that should be enough time.

The wyrm ducks under Fjorn's vicious swing, shaking its head in disbelief at the bloody and ragged Ulfen's tenacity.

The wyrm bites a ragged chunk out of Fjorn's chest, but misses with the killing slash of its claw. The sage creature chooses to escape from its hemmed-in position, again relying on its scales on the icy walls to deflect detection.
Stealth Check: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (9) + 12 = 21 The creature is now hidden, though you may attempt to perceive it on your turn. Fanya and Vexacion do not have a line of sight on it, so it is unobserved to them.

Fjorn's blood loss is evident as he fecklessly swings his axe nowhere near the wyrm, then swings it again, clanging it into the ground between his feet. The wyrm pays him little mind, racing towards the kobold priest.

The wyrm pauses, deciding upon its next move. Ultimately, its wrath at the intrusion of the kobolds into his lair overwhelms his strategic stealth.

Nearly dropping his axe (Praying his ancestors saw that not!), Fjorn sluggishly slumps to the other side of the wyrm, smiling yet!, now flanking with an unknown ally, blood dripping into his eyes obscuring his (already dilated!) vision. He hefts his weapon once more with feeling!
"Dragon! There is Nowhere to R...." He can't even force out the final word of his Taunt!

The alchemist slides into the wall of the ice cavern.

Fjorn, you slip and slide and get back on your feet. You get off one attack.
Fjorn gets up, bracing himself again on the ice cavern wall. He lets go to swing his axe clumsily, barely grabbing onto the wall again to prevent a further spill after failing to connect. Darel's bear charges through the icy patch at Darel's command. It, like everyone else, slips and slides.
Da Bear Reflex Save, Four Limbs: 1d20 + 5 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 5 + 4 = 23 SUCCESS!
Da Bear's claws dig into the ice, keeping the ursine ally alight and on target. Its timing couldn't be better as Darel swings his scythe down on the tatzylwyrm, opening up the creature's belly. As it roars, Da Bear tastes vengeance, falling on the foe and ending it with a vicious shake of its jaws.
Athelsted heals Vexacion. The kobold wakes up sprayed in tatzylwyrm blood. Looking around at his battered, panting, and absolutely spent colleagues, Vexacion almost misses the bleeding, gasping wyrm guttering its last breaths just beside him. He catches the wyrm's eye, dilated and panicked, as he breathes his last.
COMBAT END!
The team figure out how to affix the tatzylwyrm corpse to their dog sleds in a way that doesn't spook their dog teams - mainly by sitting Da Bear in front of the corpse on the sled. With the sun quickly descending towards the horizon, the adventurers find some way to pile onto the sleighs and head back to Aaminiut.
Arriving back in town as the first torches are being lit to hold the encroaching evening at bay, the bloodied Pathfinders find Bjorn the Blade awaiting for them at the village notice board. He laughs uproariously as he sees them come along with the tatzylwyrm.
"Is that our beastie?" he bellows, a twinkle in his eye.

Fjorn turns to Darel and says "Nice Sh..." and abruptly passes out...

Bjorn the Blade picks up and jingles a sack at his feet. "As promised - your reward. And the goodwill of the town. Thanks for returning my dog teams and sleds in one piece."
And with that, Bjorn moves to collect his property from you. Our camera view swings away from adventuring party and up to the multitude of stars winking into view above.
