Can it be a medicine or nature roll (+7)? Her Forest Lore has a pretty low bonus(+3).

Unless you have a feat that lets you earn income with medicine, it's gotta be with Lore.

Earn Income Rules

Forest Lore: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Going to assume you'll use a hero point here: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
