I'm debating rewriting Grams' history and making her a champion*. I know in 1e you could just do that automatically with a first-level character, but I think we need the boon to do it in 2e? (I have it, so either way, that's fine, I guess.)

* I think that makes sense for her, and I have another character I want to build who makes most sense as a fighter, and seems silly with such a new game to have two fighters when there are other classes I haven't played yet.

Grams would make a fantastic Champion, and you are still first level. Go for it.

I think we still get free rebuilds at 1st level in PFS2e.

Something BIG just dropped for me as a freelance opportunity. I'm super excited. It's the biggest project* I have been given so far, and it has a deadline around Thanksgiving.

So... there's going to be a change in plan. I'll finish up this adventure, and then I'm going to propose that we all switch over to Jacob's Lions of Katapesh for the gameday. Once I get past the beginning of December, I'll happily pick you guys up again. But I am going to need to clear out bandwidth during the Gameday somehow.

This project is going to be too big for me to half-ass.

Are there limitations as to which skills we can and cannot use for day jobs?

Typically, you can only use Crafting, Lore or Performance for the Earn Income activity, though there may be feats that allow other options.

Crafting (trained): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18

Lore, Absalom: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Iqu rolled her day job already. She got a 17.

Herbalism Lore: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19

If this was our roll from before, I got a 15 for Legal Lore income. :)

FYI, I'll be out of town, and probably not posting Tuesday-Saturday (just in case something comes up).

They are the new quests, designed only to be be playable at a certain level. All bounties will be repeatable, but the first set is designed around Level 1. At the moment, only bounties 1-3 have been announced. The first two were written by Michael Sayre and Thurston Hillman.

It is my hope that at some point they will introduce bounties at Level 3 as well. That will make them easier to fit into a character's development. When Jacob does his bounty for us, our characters in this game will be sadly out of range. But hey... I have two more Level one characters in the GM Baby stage, just waiting to become written up!
