Herman the Reclusive
Fortitude, Herbs: 1d20 + 3 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 3 + 4 = 18
Herman jumps back as the club hits his head, though there doesn’t seem to be any bruising from the impact. Stepping between the dwarf and the deer, he snaps his fingers and begins to gag as hundreds of spiders pour forth from his mouth. The arachnids hit the ground with dull plops, then swarm over the troglodytes to the south-east!
Flavor - damage only took out most of Herman’s temp hp.
A Summoned Monster
Swarm Fortitude: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
The spiders cover the troglodytes, biting with venomous fangs.
Swarm damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4
Red, Purple, and Teal each take 4 points of damage and need to make two DC 11 Fortitude saving throws - one against distraction, the other against poison.
GM PDK
Rhyna's herbs work their magic, and Herman's mouth remains minty fresh! he then return some of that freshness towards his stinky foes by vomiting forth a multitude of aromatic spiders upon the troglodytes! the vermin themselves appear unaffected by the stench! MINT DOES HAVE POWER!! ... ...was Barzillai Thrune on to something?!? <in Kintargo, one less revolutionary freedom-fighter goes for a drink that evening... he stares at the Temple of Asmodeus with utter despair, and decides to tidy up his house instead... THEN SHOWS UP EARLY FOR WORK THE NEXT MORNING!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!>

Luke eviscerates the trog northwest of him. It falls to the stones, lifeless. Luke then breathes in the stench fearlessly, and smiles. They call that stinky? I eat stinky for breakfast! think many troglodytes near Luke, as they somehow see a brother in this human for a split-second.

Grenwold Fort: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
Gren is sickened, so he drops his glaive, and adopts a defensive posture for himself, readying his shield, and then trying to strike the closest one.

Realizing that he and Ringo can't fight every enemy, and that being flanked would be very bad, he and Ringo step over slightly, and wordlessly.

Luke becomes sick to his stomach from the new stench coming from the west, but he still decimates one of the troglodytes advancing from the east. It falls to the stones, its thoracic cage opened wide.
The badger-mount nearly takes the head off of the trog that was attacking Luke from the west, but the reptilian warrior stands. Remember: sickened condition imposes -2 to dmg as well. Fizzle casts a spell at the trog leader, which triggers attacks from the leader's minions nearby!

On cover: Only at level 6 (when I get Improved Precise Shot). However, from where I was when I started shooting, the allies were not in my way (only now after my 5-foot-step). I added an arrow to show the 5-foot-step I did on the end of my turn.
On ki: Yes, I just spent 3 so far (2 extra ki arrows, and another 1 in barkskin). Zen Archers can be efficient at this low level, but they drop badly after 14 or so (so usually in my characters I start getting crowd control as well around level 11, plus ways to improve my melee with unarmed strike for "those situations").

Herman the Reclusive
Herman steps away from the troglodyte brutes, clutching his side. Spitting blood from his mouth, he points at the reptiles blocking the western passageway. "Get them," he hisses, and the spiders scurry to obey!
5 ft step and Standard to direct the swarm.
A Summoned Monster
The spiders scurry around the survivors, some of them startling Ringo as they walk over his hooves and crawl up his legs. But the deer is only a stopping point on the way to their true destination - the troglodytes!
Swarm damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6
Purple, Teal, and Blue need to make two DC 11 Fortitude saves against Distraction and Poison respectively.

Now that Gren and Ringo aren't completely surrounded, he breathes a little more easily. He switches Ringo's focus to improve his strength now, at the expense of his armor. Ringo swings and strikes out at the orange troglodyte.

Luke keeps his sword moving past the first trog and cleaves a second one with his mighty sword, exposing his flank. Blue dies; Luke AC 15
Fizzle moves the flaming sphere towards the trog threatening Arthur.

Please post as Biter or provide his stats under your alias; thx!
Herman sends his swarm upon the troglodytes to the west. They bite the reptilian warriors viciously, which - along with the commands of the robed trog behind them - spurs them to move forward and end the source of the verminous threat, angling forward towards Herman!

Large female, rage, charge: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26

She lands a devastating blow upon the elf's skull, sending Jestyn's thoughts spinning... blood flowing down over his eyes, and his ears ringing heavily, Jestyn's breath becomes labored, and all of his instincts tell him to make combat with this deadly reptilian female the last of his priorities at the moment...
Back in the meat cave, the trogs continue their relentless assaults on Luke and Arthur, and the three previously in the west passage finally emerge into the cave proper to attack Luke and Herman!

================
CONFIRM CRIT: Green claw vs. Arthur, flank: 1d20 - 3 + 2 ⇒ (17) - 3 + 2 = 16 Miss
One of the trogs clocks Herman across the head. He falls to the stones, bleeding. The trog tries to finish him off with a claw and a bite, but Herman's mage armor spell protects him, the spell still active as it can still cling to the life force still present in the witch's body.
A second trog arrives from the west passage, and tries to show his brother how to properly killing a witch, and brings his club down viciously on Herman's helpless form!
...to the amazement of both trogs, the mage armor spell still clings to the witch's helpless form... the rugged wilderness man is still alive!
The robed trog advances to the entrance of the cave, surveying the situation, and casts a spell at Dommer!
Will save at the beginning of your turn Dommer; result of Will save will determine what you can do this round. Hint: it's similar to what happened to Jestyn. Very similar.
The spider swarm holds its ground for a few more seconds, chews on the last remaining trog nearby, (who cannot stands the onslaught no more... it falls to the ground, screaming in agony!) then dissipates like wisps of smoke rising from the ground...

The DC is not 10. I'm quite sure. Please use discussion thread for issues or questions. I also think that looking up monster stats is an issue in itself in PFS play and would give you a friendly warning not to do this again. The proper way to gain monster knowledge is via knowledge checks. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

@Dommer: Will save passed - you may act normally
@Luke: attack missed so you don't get a cleave attack. Poison check: pass - cured from poison and no further effect.
Luke's eyesight grow dim for a second, but he steels himself against whatever bad trip about to occur from these frogs, and the malaise passes. However, the temporary discomfort is enough to make his miss his mark.
