The sheet only shows the XP and Fame that you gained. The white sections are things I would be simply relaying from you - you'd tell me what to put on those sheets. You can also fill those in yourself.
By strict rules, I'm supposed to fill it in for you. I'm also supposed to watch you buy items (and mark it down on your Chronicle) and basically you can't do anything outside of the scenario.
The vast majority of GMs don't do it, and rely on people not being jerks by cheating. This gives you the freedom to look through the boon list to see if anything is worth buying, or to look through items / consumable list to decide what you want to buy.
Also, as a first level character, you have unlimited rebuilds, so you can change anything about your character, and may have to alter your Chronicles.
I'm happy to do as little or as much as you want. (A) I can fill out the Chronicle per strict rules (meaning you'd have to decide on your purchases right now), (B) I can fill out the totals to help you keep track (meaning you'd know the total gold you earned but have to keep track of how much you spent), or (C) I can leave it as is (which admittedly is the least work for me but most work for you).
I'm also happy to talk through your character if you'd like advice om what to buy and/or boons to buy, if you're lost. Fair warning, though - my characters are typically underpowered because I'm not very good at optimization.

hahah we are similar. I create for role playing not roll playing. if he comes out effective thats a plus. Dorian is a revamped AD&D character and Im building him how he was in that game.

I am aiming to GM two games during the Outpost convention. I don't know why it hasn't been announced yet, but it usually starts mid-August. I may try to squeeze in another before Outpost but it may be a Level 3-6 scenario.
