For the sake of transparency, what are those waterspout rolls? Those results don't come anywhere close to hitting JR or Cynehelm even when flat-footed.

Those were ranged attack rolls with their waterspouts. I often list the damage in addition to the attack roll even if it missed because I copy-pasted the attack. Since the attacks didn't hit, no saves needed! Sorry for the confusion.
