Harjandi fusses around you, straightening masks and clucking encouragingly, "You'll do well, I'm sure... Very good... Yes, yes.. Well, don't you look grand... I'm so glad you came..."

A gong sounds and she steps over to large double doors. As she opens them, Harjandi speaks more seriously again, "Remember, this is important, keep your masks on and complete the battle, win or lose." Then she flashes a smile, "And try to enjoy yourselves."

A roar erupts as you emerge into the dazzling light of day. As your eyes adjust to what is actually rather thin light you see hundreds upon hundreds of wayangs sit in the stands of this large arena, many of them solemnly waving black pennants.
A number of low walls and raised platforms are scattered across the dusty arena floor. The air is charged with an electric undercurrent of excitement.

Your opponents already stand, unarmed, at the other end of the arena.

Rather than an empty space, the arena contains four tall pillars, four low walls that can be used for cover and two 5ft tall raised wooden platforms.

Khoda:
As you enter a flash of insight shoots across your mind, you feel touched by Bu Lo Dama and realise that to truly re-enact the battle you must embrace his cautious and defensive ways. Fight defensively for at least 1 round while threatened by a foe.

Lydia:
As you enter a flash of insight shoots across your mind, you feel touched by Ilyamakano and realise that to truly re-enact the battle you must embrace his supportive nature. Perform the aid another action at least once.

Okaze:
As you enter a flash of insight shoots across your mind, you feel touched by Lai Ligau and realise that to truly re-enact the battle you must embrace her agile, mobile nature successfully use Acrobatics to tumble through a threatened square at least once (or unsuccessfully attempt Acrobatics checks to tumble through a threatened square at least three times).

Eka:
As you enter a flash of insight shoots across your mind, you feel Nobali Hohachi and realise that to truly re-enact the battle you embrace her brash, lightning strikes must charge an enemy.

Yulau:
As you enter a flash of insight shoots across your mind, you feel touched by Tiqa Vastrokardoyo and realise that to truly re-enact the battle you must embrace her tactical approach to combat gain cover from an attack from one of the low walls or gain a bonus from fighting from higher ground.

Miseria:
As you enter a flash of insight shoots across your mind, you feel touched by Whaoxi Sennen and realise that to truly re-enact the battle you must embrace his erratic, surprising approach to combat successfully use Bluff to feint against an opponent at least once,(or unsuccessfully attempt Bluff checks to feint at least three times).

Miseria holds a finger to her lips and looks out around the crowd and them moves quickly on her toes like she is trying to be sneaky. Of course her armor isn't really fooling anyone and she is making plenty of noise and she decides to peel off from the group to one side.

I am going to have to get off to really show off acrobatics. This should be interesting but I have to prove myself.

I should emphasise, all of these brawlers are using lethal force and they seem determined to beat you. This is not what you were led to expect by Harjandi and Mayor Farzhan.
