Their AC is 18 as I put in by their initiative score so you know if you critically hit etc. So only the first attack lands.

Sazen moves back 25 feet so she won't be healing any bad guys and she casts Heal.

2 action version in a 30 foot emanation, should get Sool, Throkk and Emri, but won't get Morson.

I don't think anyone in range needs healing besides Throkk, but the 2 action version heals the most, so hopefully that will keep him going a bit longer.

Loot
The central table contains common alchemical items ready to be shipped. Chief among them is a small crate containing 6 vials of lesser alchemist’s fire and another with 4 lesser acid flasks. There is also a small, velvet-lined box containing a single dose of lesser stone body mutagen. A note on the table indicates these items are intended for an address in the Chelish capital of Egorian.

Sool moves into the room and looks over the laboratory with keen interest, and even makes a few notes on some of the tradecraft involved. He helps himself to a couple bottles of alchemist's fire and one bottle of the acid, carefully tucking them away in his pack.

"One might have guessed she'd have clientele in Cheliax." he says, brushing a long forefinger upon the address on the mutagen.

GM, do I see a stairway down off to the east?


Sool and likely other note a spiral staircase to the east descending downwards.

The spiral stairs from the laboratory descend fifty feet before ending in a narrow hallway. To one side, more stairs descend further to an iron door, while the hallway continues south to a simple wooden door. Along the wall is a carving of a small farming village surrounded by an immense graveyard.

Sazen rechecks the rooms to make sure they have looted the place thoroughly, and then goes down the stairs with the group.

Sool follows Sazen down the stairs and ends up standing before the carving. His lips tighten.

"A nasty dream." he murmurs and shakes his head. He moves to the next iron stairway and peers down to the iron door.

"I wonder..." he says to himself, cocking his head curiously.

On the new map, I believe I am standing beside the wooden door... that is where I am listening.


You're equidistant between the two. I've colour coded the rooms for clarity and given information as if she had listened at both doors without opening either.

Sazen goes down to the eastern iron door green room and hears faint laboured, gurgling from the other side of the door.

Sazen then goes south to the wooden door red room and hears bubbling of liquids and the ocassional clinking of glass or crystal as it gets moved around by someone in the room.

Sool nods his agreement to checking the southern wooden door. "It might be her. Or it might be that homunculus. And the door might be trapped like the room in the tower."

Morsun keeps his eyes peeled for any signs of traps, especially on the doors they're considering going through.

This large chamber contains an alchemical laboratory, but unlike
the one upstairs, it is clear that this is a laboratory for only one alchemist. Everything is meticulously cleaned and well organized. Two cauldrons bubble alongside a central table covered in alchemical equipment. The walls are lined with shelves that hold old books and orderly rows of glass bottles, each containing reagents and ingredients. Three pits, their contents hidden from view, fill one side of the room; nearby, a tall glass cylinder contains the blackened corpse of a dwarf surrounded by a swirling green mist.

Two of the alchemical constructs are in this room. They place their equipment down carefully and trudge towards you to bar entrance to the room.

I feel like we would have had a chance to move into the room somewhat if the constructs were putting their equipment down "carefully" and then they had to move across the room? I know that's not how a 3.x turn works, but still.

My action is dependent on Emri's.

Unable to tumble his way around the constructs, Morsun manages to barely squeeze past one to give people behind him room to attack.
Most creatures can't make AOOs and you'd just fail to get through, but I'm going to assume another tumble would get you through.

The central table contains common alchemical items ready to be shipped. Chief among them is a small crate containing 6 vials of lesser alchemist’s fire and another with 4 lesser acid flasks. There is also a small, velvet-lined box containing a single dose of lesser stone body mutagen. A note on the table indicates these items are intended for an address in the Chelish capital of Egorian.
