Tessara loads a salt shot alchemical cartridge in her blunderbuss and moves next to Rutvalf.

Cartridge, Salt Shot:
This mix of black powder and rock salt can only be loaded into a blunderbuss, a dragon pistol, or other scatter weapon. It deals nonlethal instead of lethal damage, and increases the misfire value by 1. You can only use it with a scatter weapon’s cone attack.

15-foot cone for salt shot already on map but I haven't shot yet due to standard action loading time.

Megari is invisible. You can fire into the square you last saw her in or pick a different square. Either way you do not get a reassuring sound that your arrow hit her.

The chosen ran off into the woods at the end of the first round. They did not appear to be in danger of death from their wounds. The perception check would have happened at the beginning of the fight, so if you want to alter your first round actions you may.

I was going by your description: just forget about it if it slows down the game. I don't really know what you meant by "upper right corner of map". If the noise happened more than 35 feet away from Tess I would have done something else.

Sorry for the delay the last few days. Several things have kept me tied up. Now on to the shrine.

As you travel toward the shrine, you attract the attention of some of the local wildlife. Unfortunately, the corrupted influence in the area has warped some of the nearby animals into abominations. Most of these creatures are unsettling but harmless, like squirrels with large, twitching eyeballs on their backs, but the larger of creatures could pose a serious threat. As you come into an intersection of the trail, a boar pops out from behind some bushes. This ill-tempered beast’s tiny, bloodshot eyes glare angrily above a mouth filled with sharp tusks. A horrid tentacle protrudes from the animal’s back.

And look at that no map needed

Rutvalf releases an arrow, hitting the boar squarely between the eyes, dropping it with one blow.

A rotting, tusk-gored corpse is clearly visible nearby. While most of this person’s possessions are broken or rotted, you can still find a wand of lesser restoration with 7 charges remaining on his belt.

Other signs of the corruption become apparent in the foliage. Trees sport strange growths, and dark viscous sap drips from the boughs above. Though these sights are unsettling they are otherwise harmless.

As you continue on, you emmerge out of the woods. The intermittent light of the roiling heavens briefly illuminates the shrine. The storm is centered directly above the grounds, but neither torch nor brazier illuminates the sacred site. A massive wooden arch stands in front of the steps leading up to the main shrine complex.

The main courtyard consists of a path lined with stones and flanked on either side by grass, trees, and small statues of celestial beings. Grass grows between paving stones, delicate paper doors show numerous holes, and rainwater has stained the once-white walls of the buildings a dingy gray. Mitoko is dismayed by the state of the shrine. The adherents from the Choosing ceremony are prostrated on the steps in front of the shrine.

Glancing down the path to the shrine, his eyes finally rest on those 'Chosen' and he snorts in disgust. "Fools come to sacrifice." He then sighs, "Yaiho suppose rescue." He hefts his maul and starts walking down the path toward the shrine.

As you come into the clearing you see the layout on Slide 5. Mitoko quickly briefs you on what each area is used for.

1. Purification Well Just past the stairs on the western side of the path is a round well with several metal cups on long sticks hanging from its edge. Traditionally, visitors to the shrine were expected to cleanse themselves here before entering the building.

2. Ritual Dance Stage A small staircase leads up to a raised wooden stage. The platform is covered by the same style of roof as the other buildings, with eaves that sweep out over the top of the walls.

3. Administrative Building:
3. Administrative Building This small, aged office building is where the residents of the shrine would conduct the day-to-day business of managing the compound.

4. Main Building:
4. Main Building This ornate, two-story building stands directly opposite the shrine’s entrance. Its elegantly sloped roof curves up to a soaring peak. The shrine’s keepers lived, worked, and
meditated within this building.

5. Celestial Shrine:
This area houses the largest statues honoring celestials. Here, the shrine’s keepers would make offerings to the statues and pray for protection.

As the adherents notice you arrive, they stand together and walk immediately toward the purification well.

this encounter is reflected better in a close up on slide 4. The adherent marked 1 reaches into the well, then remains still. We will proceed to initiative. Consider it 5 feet of movement to get on the edge of the map

Readied Action: if any move with hostility toward Drukpa or his friends he will attack with his bardiche (free action to bloodrage first); this may also give him a second attack as an AoO if they close with him, since he's using a reach weapon.

Readied attack:

mwk bardiche, bloodrage: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18
S dmg: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15

AoO if a foe moves adjacent:

mwk bardiche, bloodrage: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17
S dmg: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15

Edit: @GM, it looks like maybe while I was writing my post you edited yours to indicate that we should act in initiative order instead of just all Pathfinders being up? So let me know if you want to hold off on my turn for now or redo it when the time comes.

While approaching through the corn, Tessare whispers to the group:

"Let them come and don't go past Drukpa or step in front of my gun gentlemen... I'm preparing a surprise if they step forward..."

Tessari readies her arcane gun for incoming hostiles!

Tessaru readies her arcane gun to shoot a spell out if two or more adherents move within 15 feet of her. Both templates for 15-foot cones have been placed on the map for your convenience. The most likely option has already been oriented but there is a chance the enemies might not approach this way. Thus, the 15-foot distance is the trigger for the readied action so as to allow for flexibility when 1, 2, and 3 each move on their own turns.

Color Spray, Will save DC 16: if it goes off, visible glowing runes come to life on Tessaro's arcane gun.

DESCRIPTION
A vivid cone of clashing colors springs forth from your hand, causing creatures to become stunned, perhaps also blinded, and possibly knocking them unconscious. Each creature within the cone is affected according to its HD.
2 HD or less: The creature is unconscious, blinded, and stunned for 2d4 rounds, then blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, and then stunned for 1 round. (Only living creatures are knocked unconscious.)
3 or 4 HD: The creature is blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, then stunned for 1 round.
5 or more HD: The creature is stunned for 1 round.
Sightless creatures are not affected by color spray.
