Having moved up to the shadowy creatures when they appeared, Nako now swings down at the closer of the two. Attacking Yellow

Dakoyo gripped his staff and swung it had at the shadow creature. Unfortunately, he still had his needler in another hand, and as he tried to pass the staf around the pistol, the barrel, snagged and...well it didn't turn out well.

"Ouch These things bite hard! Take care of them, skitters, and I will keep working on these orbs!"

He scratches his head with one hand, puts one to his chin, points in each of the 3 directions with 3 others, while the remaining holds his pistol. "I don't think we should go down those until we look in there or there first. What do you think friends?"

The tiled walls of this room are colored a soothing sea-foam green. Three cushioned tables occupy the center of the room, each with a plethora of mechanical arms ending in various nozzles, manipulator digits, and other implements. A series of chairs runs along the starboard side of the room, with apertures in the wall behind them. The air is humid and smells of sandalwood.

On the middle table lies Nakonechkin being aggressively pummeled and kneaded by mechanical hands. Soft space-jazz plays through the speakers.

"Nakonechkin!" Quonx shouts. She runs up to the table and sets allsix hands to disabling it.

Quonx makes an attempt at disabling the massage table, but is unsuccessful. She cannot quite find the correct parts to disable. In the meantime the table to the aft makes a grab for her.

Bah, sorry all. I made a post and it seems to have been eaten. I dropped in to see why we had stalled.

Quasar’s light, that machine nearly massaged me to death! Thanks fuzzballs, you saved my tail. Nakonechkin snorts. We aren’t done here, though! If you’re up to it, you should head to the bridge and see if we still can’t bring this hunk of junk home. Trendsetter will probably fork over a sizeable chunk of credits to keep this quiet.

"Nope, no heartbeat. I think this one is beyond my ability to save."

He flashed an exaggerated wink at Nako, then moved aside for one of the more technically minded skitters to have at the lock.
