Pike moves over to the first goblin, the one who stabbed him, and tries to stop its bleeding. "Gotta get some info" he grunts.

Heal to stabilize: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8

That can be your Round 3 action, Pike, but you've already acted this round, and things might change your choice of action...

Wisdom DC 10:

Say... does anyone speak Goblin? Most Goblins don't speak Common.

Sure thing!

Wisdom: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Pike has a little common sense to him but he's a bit pre-occupied by all the bleeding going on around here.

The battle passes so quickly that Kurai is left with little to do after he finishes off the first goblin. He sheepishly cleans and sheathes his blade. "Well. That went fast."

Round 3

Kurai finishes off the first goblin before Pike has a chance to stabilize her, but before the elderly human can object, a cry comes from behind him.

A goblin stands in the doorway of another doorway, brandishing her dogslicer menacingly. She begins singing in a rhythmic manner, and soon another few voices join hers. A second, male goblin with an enormously wide mouth rushes out of the door, cackling madly and aiming a firework at Pike. With a burst of light and heat, its projectile smacks him in the shoulder, searing his flesh and stinging him badly. It proves too much for him, and he collapses in a heap, his bardiche falling to the ground.

Desnan Candle, ranged touch attack: 1d20 + 3 - 4 ⇒ (13) + 3 - 4 = 12
One fire and one nonlethal damage to Pike, putting him at 0/12 again. Sorry man. EDIT: On the other hand, you now have nonlethal damage exceeding your current HP, so you're gonna fall unconscious after the attack anyways. Sorry.

The goblin in the doorway leaps down to the ground, charging towards Pike and grabbing a handful of his hair. With a malevolent giggle, she begins sawing off a hank of his hair, waving it about in her free hand.

Meanwhile, a third goblin, this one a male, wearing a ludicrous hat made of poorly welded horseshoes, has taken the fallen goblin's place in the doorway, and is laughing mockingly at Pike's unconscious state.

Everyone's up! I had to modify some things thanks to my own mistake on how nonlethal damage works, apologies for the inconvenience. I don't think it will change Lor-Sinn's action, however.

Tiefling Paladin (hospitaler) 1/Oracle of Life 3 | HP 38/38 | AC 19 T 13 FF 16 | F +6 R +4 W +3 | CMD: 17 | Resist cold/electricity/fire 5 | Init +3 Per -2 | Darkvision 60 ft.

Uh-oh. With Tai and Samton up on the wall, it was up to her to protect Pike, who looked in a really bad way, again. She forgot about Kurai, again.

"Surrender, you fools!" Lor-Sinn makes a last attempt to end the situation without any further bloodshed, but her hopes are slim as the little vile monsters do not seem to care about the deaths of their friends. Not for the first time, she wonders why are goblins so insane. The wondering doesn't stop her from trying to put an arrow through the chest of the one who had shot the firework at Pike.

Bow attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17 Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 4

"Now they come." Tai sounded frustrated on the lack predictiveness and the chaos. This was not the kind of duel that he was used to. He preferred rules to a fight.
He darted through the room towards the goblin that shot at Pike. Trying to slice yet another.
attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24

Pike groans on the ground. Not dying, but not feeling particularly well.

Combat Map

The wide-mouthed goblin finds his chest pierced with Lor-Sinn's arrow, gasping at the sudden shaft.

Meanwhile Tai sprints through the ramshackle hut, bursting through the doors to slash his katana through the goblin's neck. The green-skinned creature topples from the walkway to bleed out in the mud.

Goblin down and at -5 hp.

Samton was very distressed to see Pike hit the ground, but happily Lor-Sinn and Kurai rushed to the caravan guard's side immediately. While he wanted to do the same, the wizard's pragmatic side reminded him that there was little he could do for the old man right now. At worse he'd just get cut down himself and jeopardize everyone else. Yes, trust in the others was key.

So with this in mind Sam did what he could and once again enhanced Tai with a light touch to his back.

Moving up to Tai and using Augment again. Tai, that +2 to Dex will still be active into next round.

Combat Map

Kurai's swift blades flick out, the first one sinking deeply into the goblin's stomach, while the second one scores a deep gash on her neck, knocking her to the ground in a swiftly growing pool of blood.

I'm not sure where your math is coming from, Kurai, but it's not matching mine. Could you expand upon why you've got a +3 and +1 on your attacks and +1 on your damage rolls? Oh, right, your alternate trait!

Round 4

The horse-shoe helmed goblin, brandishing his dogslicer menacingly, leaps down the ladder and (still singing in that-somewhat horrible off-key voice of his), launches an attack on Kurai. Unfortunately, his enthusiasm is matched only with his lack of skill, and Kurai easily deflects the crudely forged piece of metal with his own shortswords.

Dogslicer, Charge: 1d20 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 1 + 2 = 8 Miss.

From the south, the group hears chattering and chanting as more goblins arrive, brandishing dogslicers and fireworks alike. One with enormous pustules rushes forwards to stand over the prone and bleeding form of Tai's previous victim, though he seems to have dashed there, and does not have time to attack Tai before he can react.

A second goblin, brandishing a set of fireworks, sings out a few lyrics as she rushes up to the walkway's edge, fumbling with its tube. Behind her, a third goblin seems to be holding back and watching his comrades - perhaps more intelligent than the average goblin, he seems content to stand back.

Everyone's up again!

Forgive me Shizuru. This is no fair battle. But it must be done. Tai kept on moving his sword in perfect swings. As the stream of goblins seemed to never end.
"Thanks, Sam. That feels amazing."

She had thought to be helpful and heroic and defend Sandpoint from the goblin menace. Well, she was doing that, but at the present it feels more like butchery than heroism as arrows and blades whistle through the marsh air and blood spatters the ground. The chanting gives everything a surreal air, and for a moment Lor-Sinn feels trapped in an unending nightmare, the goblins streaming forever out of their huts and forever getting slaughtered. But then one look at Pike hardens her resolve again; the goblins are a menace, incompetent and insane though they may be, and there is seemingly no reasoning with them. At least, not until a few more of them have died.

Nock, draw, release. Nock, draw, release.

Ridiculous as the goblins were, hollering and laughing even in death, Sam felt a wee bit silly himself. Here he was, woefully under-qualified adventurer, fighting the green menace in a genuine goblin fort, and all he could think to do was renewing the enhancement he'd smacked on Tai every few seconds. Tagging the paladin like this bizarrely reminded him of when the two had been children in Sandpoint playing the eponymous game.

"Tag, you're it," the wizard whispered under his breath as he once again applied the augmentation to Tai.

Just following along right behind Tai and renewing the enhancement on him for another round. For my own record keeping, Sam has now used three out of seven daily uses of Augment.

Correct. +4(DEX), +1(small size), -2(TWF)=+3 +1(Trait)

Kurai wastes no time turning and shifting around the try and split the goblin's attention. Moving 10 ft to set up a flank with Pike.

Pike's downed, so no flanking for you, sadly. But fortunately, it didn't mean much anyways.

Tai cuts down yet another goblin with a flash of his katana, the goblin's blood spraying up even as he gives his silent apologies to the Empress of Heaven. Stepping over the two prone, bleeding goblins is an easy task, and Sam swiftly follows behind him.

Meanwhile, Lor-Sinn's arrow strikes with deadly accuracy, dropping the horse-shoed goblin nearby to Pike and Kurai before the wayang has a chance to strike him down.

I'm gonna give Kurai a chance to change his actions before posting the goblins' turn, because his target's been downed by Lor-Sinn before he has a chance to attack it.

Pike dreams of impressing Koya with how soundly he defeated the goblins and how well he protected the younguns.

I guess I can do that.

After Lor Sinn fells the goblin next to him, Kurai turns and dashes to support Sam and Tai.

I'll move their way, but Tai's already killed the goblin there, I think, so no other actions this turn.
