Valtyra's pellets of magic and Sek's second blow leave the leader clearly injured, but not badly.

Djorn steps up to get a clear shot (assuming Devil does not provide cover to the thug in yellow.)
"I might feel bad about this, but I think I'm doing you a favor," he says, as his hands fly to the quiver on his back and he flings a javelin and a dart with the same fluid motion that drew them.

oops, sorry I missed the reach weapon, Talea. Yes, yellow provokes, and you take him down before he can injure Zeldana.
Talea's attack of opportunity brings down yellow.
I'll redirect Djorn's attack to red, the leader, since yellow was actually down before his turn.
Djorn's javelin attack further injures the leader (red), who slumps unconscious on the ground as Talea whacks her with a hammer.

The last thug falls, leaving only the woman from the party, and the thug in the other room. However, you hear sounds of the goblins in that room, putting down the thug.

For a moment Voices is confused upon seeing the woman from the party among the expected slavers. Then he seems to figure out who the oppositions is. You bad persson. You fake good persson. That bad and bad. Voices stomps over and swings his bigger club at the woman from the party.

The woman crumples under Voices' blow. The goblins rush in from the next room and tie her up and stabilize her, for they want her as evidence to free Zig. Then they begin to search the room for evidence, showing you everything they find. They (and you, if you assist) find detailed documents on the table that prove his wrongdoing. They include financial records and lists of people to have his thugs harass. There are also receipts and small bags of coins. One of the receipts is written out to Vinius Borr (since it's been months, that's the name of the woman you just captured) for 'special services rendered at Roderus retirement party.' Some of the receipts are for the purchase of alchemical ingredients.
These ingredients, if combined, would make a fast-acting poisonous concoction whose symptoms are identical to those displayed by the bards Kaba, Kora, and Kitt at Roderus’s retirement party.
It's awkward, but I'll stop here in the middle of the wrap-up post to give you a chance to make the above check, and also to react to what has happened.

Weren't there supposed to be some slaves here that we were going to free? Or am I remembering incorrectly.

"Always nice to work with people who know their business," Djorn comments as the group takes down the opposition within seconds. He retrieves his weapons and listens in to what the others find, though he has little to add in this situation.
"And I'm starting to like goblins more and more," he says as the little green humanoids pile into the room and prove that they know their business as well.
"I'd say that we have the evidence we need both to prove who should be the new Venture Captain and that Zig is innocent."

Valtyra listens politely as the others discuss the making of poison and pats one of the goblins lovingly on the head in a gesture of thanks as they come into the room.
"I do believe we are done here. Lets get going before anyone comes by to question what happened."

The goblins help you gather up the prisoners and evidence and head back to the lodge to meet with Roderus, except for a few who gently lead the freed slaves somewhere to be taken care of. Roderus's eyes go wide at the evidence of Phlegos's wrongdoing. Wulessa is called in, and she is also shocked at how far into villainy Phlegos had descended. Phlegos flees the city in disgrace, permanently removed from the Pathfinder Society. Zig is quickly freed. "What are these goblins who helped you?" Wulessa asks.

Djorn does what he can to get the guard dogs to follow him. He may be able to give one of them a home, though he hopes that someone at the lodge will take charge of the other. It doesn't seem right to just leave them wandering alone.
Handle Animal (Heel): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
He is quite pleased to see Zig release and will give the little goblin a friendly cuff on the shoulder when he sees him.
"I don't know what they call themselves, but their leader is a goblin named Yigrig Moneymaker. His headquarters is in a shop in the Lower City. There were at least a dozen goblins like Zig who seemed to be more interested in integrating into society than their usual kind," Djorn explains.

Wulessa does indeed make contact with Yigrig. In thanks for rescuing his son and helping him make new contacts, Yigrig sends you a chime of opening, with a note that he hopes it will solve some of your problems like it did his. Roderus is able to retire in peace, knowing the Pathfinders of Katapesh are in good hands.
That's the end. Thanks for playing, everyone. Chronicles and reporting will hopefully be done later this evening.
