I love your interaction.
Night as restful, and the next morning, Iulia directs the crew to follow Anatoly, a rather large Half Orc Man with a smile that matches his tusks, wide and gleeming. Anatoly leads them down to the peer, puts them in a boat, and ships out.
Alright fresh meat, let's get to rowing!
As they row, Anatoly jokes and laughs the whole way. Soon enough, they come into a beautiful cove, and there the Magpie Princess lays moored. As the come aside the ship, Anatoly calls up.
RIGGER ANATOLY ASKIN PERMISSION TO BOARD!
A well-built Osirian with an immaculately kept beard, and a frown to match Anatoly's smile leans over.
PERMISSION TO BRING ABOARD ANATOLY! GET THEM UP HERE!
Soon enough, the team climbs aboard the Magpie Princess. While it is in the middle of repairs, anyone with even a passing knowledge of the sea can tell it is a fine vessel. Anatoly and the man talk for a bit before he turns to the team.
My Name is Horemheb, First Mate of the Magpie Princess. If the captain is not here, you answer to me. For today, we will start simple. You will be on guard duty. The captain feels after your swift efforts with the Masthead, you should be rewarded, and so while the rest of us work, you will keep the ship safe.
You get the strong feeling that Horemheb has strong feelings about that, but would never contradict his captain.
Familiarize yourself with the ship and do some cleanup. There is sawdust everywhere, and sawdust is a fire hazard.
He sighs.
We should not be long, so stay out of trouble, and out of the captain's quarters. You don't belong where locked doors are, so don't go there. Other than that... enjoy your guard duty.
With that, he and Anatoly go over the side to begin paddling their way towards the shore, Anatoly giving a shrug and a fairwell wave as he goes over.

Setare only nods to the first mate and immediately starts cleaning...
In the team she opens up a little bit.
”I ... I am kind of con... concerned about the mo... moral compass of the... these sailors we .... we befriended. In ... in the Society I trust tha... that we all ... ehhh ... all work to... towards the grea... greater good but ... but... we work for these sai ... sailors for ... for what reason??“ she asks a little innocently but also concerned.
Socraties

Socraties will also get to work cleaning, and will use his compsognathus familiar to reach into any tight places. He will try to get a nice look around the ship to get an idea of the layout, the bunks, food stores defenses and other things of the sort as he cleans, but is respectful of the request to keep out of trouble and anywhere he finds locked.
My dear, saying the society is working toward the greater good is like saying an famous art collector is works for the greater good, they may both be preserving history and throw their influence/power/money behind causes that would keep from their own ruin, but they are not just healing the sick, feeding the poor, and rescuing kittens from trees for the good of the suffering. At best the moral compass is slightly north of lateral.
These fellows here are just looking out for themselves while avoiding being committed to other places or people they may need to protect and don't care about others opinion of them in the mean time. At worst their morale compass is only slightly south of lateral.
I used to be a bit more like you, but pain and time has made me a bit bitter and worried more about myself, that is why I am here for the gold now.
Coatl
Coatl leans against Setare', putting his arm around her shoulder and smiling.
"For treasure! That why we ran crazy race and had to beat up guys in bar." Coatl's gold tooth glints again.
"Think of all the people you can help with the treasure we gonna find. All we gotta do is keep Magpie Princess and crew safe. Lots of people with good hearts in society, but still lots of people with selfish, black hearts too. Everything is balanced. Always balanced, even if some don't want it balanced. Nature finds a way."
"Funny thing though." Coatl steps away from the ifrit's side and saunters over to the railing. "First Mate say he in charge when captain is gone. Who in charge when he gone too?"
After a few moments of introspection, Coatl shrugs his shoulders. "Patzmiqui and I gonna tour the ship. Get to know her a little bit. Then keep our eyes peeled for bad guys who think they can attack ship while captain and first mate gone."
Ortun
As Ortun approaches the Magpie Princesses those close to him can hear a sharp intake of breathe. "That is truly a magnificent ship. Worthy of a great name and deeds to go with it."
Ortun enjoys the ride out as much the climb aboard the great ship. As First Mate Horemheb speaks, Ortun can peg this man right away. "This is not one to cross." he whispers to Setare.
Once the ship is theirs, Ortun leans his longspear against the mast and tours the ship like the others. On his walk he looks for likely attacks knowing that he will just probably pass the time trowing bones and chatting with his new friends.
"Best you listen to me Coatl, for both our sakes."
Profession (sailor) for any insight on the ship: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22
GM_Starson
Ortun is able to suss out that while the ship is old, it is well made, with strong hulls and plenty of rigging and space to do the job. It would take something impressive to damage it at all, and the fact that most of the repair work seems to be to outriggings and not to the hull itself speaks to that.
A few hours seem to go by without much muss or fuss. After to long however, the crew hears a voice call out in Polyglot, then in common HALLOO? from off the starboard side of the ship. As the team looks over the railing, they see a woman about 15 feet down to the water and about 30 feet out. She is an incredibly old woman, hunched over and wrapped in several sunbleached shawls.
Halloo dearies! I'm sorry, but I'm lost! Could you spare a old woman directions to Lilywhite!

Ortun
I am a bit confused. I thought that we are moored and not tied up to a pier. Is this woman in a boat or something?
Ortun walks to the railing of the Magpie Princesses. Leaving over he sees the woman bobbing along. "Aye, you're in Lilywhite. Just a short row to shore." he yells down.
GM_Starson
You are moored, yes.
As Ortun looks over, he sees a tiny old crone in a tiny old boat.
Are you sure sonny? She calls, rowing in close to the boat, shouting up again.
Which direction? Oh to be old is bad enough, but old and lost! I don't suppose you'd perhaps let a old woman come aboard and rest!
Socrates thinks that she seems like other sweet old ladies he's known over the years. Why be suspicious?
Coatl
"No!" Coatl shouts, countermanding Setare right away.
"Not our boat, we can't give permission." Coatl's scowl covers his face. Patzmiqui begins to slither up behind him, climbing the druid's back and putting his massive snake head on Coatl's shoulder.
The druid stares down at the old woman. "You do not have permission to board ship." he re-states.
"Direction is easy. Go toward shore. It not far. You don't belong in this cove."
