The map at the top is updated. You can see the training room you just left, the passage on the left side, the room Jastrokan is headed to, and the fact the main passage continues.
Jastrokan silently slips into the narrow hall, looking and listening to what is transpiring within the room. He sees that the ceiling has partially collapsed here creating a two-story space to north while exposing the chamber above to the south. Rubble lies haphazardly about the place, with some other larger pieces serving as tabletops for crude alchemical apparatuses. Soot, scorch marks, and other chemical residues cover many of the chamber's walls and other surfaces. A sizable slab of jagged debris leans against the broken edge of the upper level's floor in the room's center. The upper level seems clear of wreckage and contains several wooden worktables. Opposite the entrance, a set of stone steps that once rose to the upper level are broken halfway up their length. A knotted rope hangs down near the stairs, and Jastrokan sees a goblin descending from above. The whole chamber smells of burning oil and acrid chemicals.
The goblin on the upper level is clearly in charge, shouting commands and insults, in Goblin, at his workers who slave away at the makeshift tables below. It seems they are brewing "burny stuff" and they call the goblin above, "fire-maker".
So far, the goblins do not notice Jastrokan but as Rosie tries to nudge in she slips on bit on loose debris, and a her boot creates a grinding sound that the goblins on the lower level notice. With a cry, they alert the others.
The ceiling in the north is about 22 ft high, while in the south it is merely 10 ft. That means the cliff wall between the two is roughly 12 ft high. Rubble benches provide cover for small creatures, including gnomes and goblins, you can see their outline on the map.

Toban follows his siblings into the room. He's shocked to see a goblin alchemy lab! He clutches his glaive ready to defend his kin!

Blue Goblin moves into a covered spot behind the stone slab table, grabs a gourd from there and launches it at Jastrokan. The grenade misses a direct strike, exploding next to the doorway, but some of it splashes on Jastrokan for 1 hp dmg.
The goblin atop the higher level downs an extract of some kind, then pulls up the knotted rope, making it harder for anyone to climb to his level.
Jastrokan takes 1hp fire dmg from splash. He, Rosie, and Narissiel are up now.

Laboratory - Round 1 - continued
Jastrokan returns the fire, throwing his own incendiary bomb at Green Goblin, again the throw is just short, and when it explodes, Narissiel and Jastrokan take some of the damage, along with Green Goblin.
Rosie hustles into the room, and tries scuttling up the bare cliff wall, but her fingers slip in the handholds and she cannot make any headway trying to get up the side.
Firing at Red Goblin, Narissiel is able to wing the goblin, hurting him, but not dropping him.
All three heroes gathered closely together is an inviting target and Red Goblin tosses his exploding gourd into the mass, aiming at Rosie primarily. The explosive hits the gnome, igniting her clothing and burning her.
Green Goblin also throws a grenade at Narissiel, then retreats behind the tabletop, getting the benefit of cover. The throw is short again, but Narissiel and Jastrokan get splashed again.
Sekell crowds into the room, firing at point-blank range at Green Goblin, hitting him squarely, and killing the small target.
Toban is up to end Round 1. Several hits that round, some from splashes. Jastrokan takes 2hp more from splash. Narissiel also takes 2 from splashes. Rosie takes 2 from direct hit, but is on fire and will take more damage next round unless she takes full-round action to put it out with a DC 15 Reflex.

Blue Goblin throws another incendiary at Narissiel which explodes atop the elf, dousing her with flaming liquid.
Yarak lobs a bomb down from above at Rosie but misses.

Laboratory - Round 2 - concluded
As the number of goblins thins, Jastrokan moves through the room, circling the fighters and heads towards the broken stone staircase.
Despite being covered with burning alchemist's fire, Rosie tries to keep climbing the sheer rock wall, and cannot get a good foothold. The flames extinguish but not before blistering and burning her skin.
Narissiel is also aflame, and despite her efforts to smother the oily flames, she is also burnt more before the fuel is spent.
Sekell fires is bow at the remaining Blue Goblin, trying to clear the floor before worrying about the high ground. He succeeds in only winging the last floor goblin, a little more than a scratch really.
Toban flings another glass bottle of acid at the same target. The vial shatters on impact with the goblin, covering him in bubbling and hissing acid, which mars its features and causes an ear-splitting shriek of pain.

Running and leaping, Jastrokan clears the space in the wall and lands on the upper platform, ready for some action.
Rosie, not on fire any longer, still cannot get enough hand or footholds in the cliff face to make any headway up the side.
Narissiel and Toban team up striking the remaining floor goblin from each side, and killing the unfortunate critter.
Sekell fires his bow at the bomb-tossing goblin up top.

With all his minions out of the fight, the goblin bomber looks around nervously. "Yarak make you all go BOOM!" he cries in a high-pitched squeak. He steps back from Jastrokan, and chucks another bomb aimed at Rosie who is wedged in the corner of the wall trying to climb. The bomb explodes just above Rosie, and she is thankful she hasn't climbed any higher as the debris rains down on her.

Narissiel doesn't feel so good... "Toban, I need healing!"
Then she calls out some advice to her companions. "We need to get up there and gang up on him! Jastrokan cannot fight alone!"
Using her tactician ability to grant everyone the Precise Strike teamwork feat for three rounds. Precise Strike: Whenever you and an ally who also has this feat are flanking the same the creature, you deal an additional 1d6 points of precision damage with each successful melee attack. This bonus damage stacks with other sources of precision damage, such as sneak attack. This bonus damage is not multiplied on a critical hit.
Then she readies an action to start moving up the steps as soon as Toban heals her. She will move to the space marked N once he heals her at all.

Jastrokan takes out one of his paintbrushes and stabs the goblin alchemist, hurting it just a bit but just missing poking one of his bulbous eyes out.
Rosie leaves off climbing and heads to the stairs, copying her brothers leap, she clears the space between steps easily, landing on the platform above.
Narissiel gives tactical advice to her teammates, allowing them to do extra damage should they flank the foe. Otherwise, she holds her position, waiting for Toban to come by and help heal her wounds which are significant.
Sekell peppers the alchemist with another arrow,shooting around the gnome artist with practiced ease.
Toban casts a healing spell on Narissiel, helping close some of her burns.
The elven warrior then moves towards the foot of the stairs.

Jastrokan jabs at the goblin bomber again with his paintbrush, but this time the goblin avoids the poke.
Narissiel tries to leap across the gap in the stairs, but she only barely makes it, hanging on to the far edge by just her fingertips.
Rosie rushes the alchemist and smashes him in his over-sized head with her fist. While she expects the blow to stun the goblin, she is pleasantly surprised when it knocks all the fight out of him, and he drops to the floor like a heavy sack, unconscious, ending the fight.

Narissiel needs a DC 15 Climb check to pull herself up to the higher level, or she can just drop to the floor without damage now that we are out of rounds.

The lower level has mainly junk but you find 2 completed gourds filled with the goblin-made alchemists's fire.
The upper level is where the valuable stuff is. A full alchemist's kit, 2 vials of acid, a bag of flash powder, 2 smokesticks, a canister of sneezing powder and a formula book are found among the alchemical apparatus and mess upstairs.
Also upstairs, a crude charcoal drawing is marked on the east wall. It seems to represent a rudimentary pictorial map of Magnimar with fire and smoke pouring from the buildings as well as numerous dead dogs, horses, and humans.

Narissiel collects the two gourds of alchemist's fire and hooks them onto her belt. Then she waits with her bow drawn for the others to finish exploring the upper lab.

Jastrokan looks at the art. "Uh... Is this what they want the world to look like? Hmm... I can do MUCH better than this!"
He pulls out his paints and paints a rough speed painting of a pleasant, happy, Magnimar overtop of the goblin drawings.

Rosie points at the lab stuff. "You grab that stuff Toban!" Then she takes the flask powder, sneezing powder, and smokesticks for herself.

Toban dutifully packs up the alchemist's lab (or if he can't fit it all, just some important looking parts the goblins will need to replace) and the formula book in his backpack.

Gathering up as much alchemical gear as they can find, the Pathfinders scour the room. Jastrokan paints his own version of Magnimar over the goblin artwork, and soon the group is ready to leave the room to continue exploring the tunnels of the Nightsoil Marauders.
There is still a narrow passage behind you on the east wall that you have not explored, or you can continue down the main tunnel which bends to the left after about 30' from the laboratory.

The narrow tunnel to the east turns to the north after about 20'. It stretches that direction for about 30' more before widening into a small room.
The corners of the room are filled with smelly bedding, moldy food, and all manner of unspeakable filth. There is a door in the north wall. Lying among the rubbish, trying their best to stay hidden underneath some pelts that looks suspiciously like dog fur, are a pair of nervous goblins.

Rosie goes really quiet... She watches the hiding goblins and waits to see what her big brother thinks they should do.
