Hey, in the yo-yo-ing, I must have gotten my info turned around - am I exactly at 0 hp right now? By my calculations, I thought I would have been lower.

I assumed healing before entering the siege castle and then 9 additional temp hitpoints from one of the boons. So by my calculations that is exactly on 0 now (if I got it wrong, let's still assume exactly 0 anyway)

Cool, I support that.
Aurus draws and drinks the stashed potion of Cure Serious Wounds that has been riding in his pocket.
Just gonna calculate in the -1 for strenuous activity while at 0 hp
Cure Serious Wounds: 3d8 + 5 - 1 ⇒ (7, 5, 6) + 5 - 1 = 22
The paladin grins cockily as his wounds heal up. "Looks like you shoulda packed a bigger halberd, goatbreath!" yells the paladin from the smoke.

Cloudia will retrieve the potion from Aurus and feed it to him.
"Aurus, wake up! We need you."

I was back up thanks to the healing aid token, Cloudia, so you should be able to take a turn doing something other than babysitting Aurus' stupid fool-hardy self :)

Due to the fact Aurus was still staggered it would officially take two rounds to heal up. One to retreive the potion and one to drink it. I'm happy to allow Cloudia to help, so you can do it in one.
Also, the -1 for strenuous activity while at 0 hp rule actually mentions that this doesn't happen when you heal up. (and if drinking a potion is strenuous by itself is also doubtful), so keep the hitpoint, you might need it later!

Not quite able to get into a flank, Aurus moves back into melee, drawing his flail as his greatsword is somewhere on the ground at the moment.
Power Attack, fighting defensively: 1d20 + 5 + 2 + 1 - 2 - 1 ⇒ (18) + 5 + 2 + 1 - 2 - 1 = 23
Damage: 1d10 + 4 + 2 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 4 + 2 + 3 = 16

[dice=Power Attack, fighting defensively]1d20 + 5 + 2 + 1 - 2 - 1
[dice=Damage]1d10 + 4 + 2 + 3
Aurus hits and finally takes the Schir down!
Aurus can I have a To Hit roll for the aid token?

Pathfinders pour through the broken gate into a sanctum teeming with fiends. In two towers that flank the large room, lesser demons furiously work levers and cranks to load ballistae of Abyssal steel and demon sinew to fire wicked bolts upon the charging Pathfinders. Atop a tall platform stands a demon much larger than any other, chanting and weaving dark energies to open what looks like an extradimensional portal.
Knowledges (planes)
Lukian: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
Aurus: 1d20 ⇒ 18
Lukian: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Aurus: 1d20 ⇒ 5
The large demon bears a glowing symbol on her chest, and Aurus realizes that the runes signify the demon’s obedience to an entity called Koth’Vaul.
Lukian identifies that the portal—if allowed to open fully—would not merely allow more demons to enter; it would also flood a large swath of the Cairnlands with unholy energy that could kill large numbers of Absalom’s defenders.

Any knowledge check? I think one of the full casters might be a better assist at that, but I can try to assist if that's allowed.
Cloudia

I vote ballistae. I think Cloudia could shoot a ballistae.

Your best possible knowledge is a +7, which gives a result of 17 with the roll you made, which gives a average result check to the group that receives the aid token (average is good enough at this point).

Well, outvoted then :) Guess Aurus is on "guard the ballistae" duty.
| GM Auke |
Cloudia
CMD: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
CMD: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22 for CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 on Cloudia
Aurus
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8 on Aurus
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 on Cloudia
Assuming Cloudia and Aurus want to arrive fully healed up, and Mao and Lukian want to arrive as soon as possible (with bless and bless weapon running).
Bless (party) is running for 1 more round.
Bless Weapon (Mao) is running for 6 more rounds.

Cloudia flat out runs to the unoccupied ballistae
Provided there is not rough terrain in the way. If there is then I'll have to adjust her actions and only move her as far as to a position behind the pillar. I drew a line to show her path of movement.

Sorry for being unclear, but there are enemies (and other pathfinders) there as well. Also the ballista are on a platform that's 20 feet high... The ballista to the right is the one your superiors pointed to. (Also: firing a ballista is a 4 person 3 round job.)

Aurus double-moves, sticking to the wall to get cover from any potential ballista-bolt attacks: he seems to have lost the taste for giant arrows after the minotaur warleader fight.

Again, it's the right side of the map you are heading to. The left has been assigned to another team.
Cloudia

OH well. I had hoped to use the thing against the enemy. Looks like a no finesse duke out instead.
Cloudia moves up behind the pillar and casts bless again, hoping this battle is the last one.

Both Cambions shoot at Lukian
To Hit: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24 Threat
To Hit: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18 Confirms
for damage: 3d8 + 6 ⇒ (3, 4, 1) + 6 = 14
To Hit: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23 Hits for damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
Lukian is hit twice and loses almost all his temporary hitpoints!
Party is up!

Cloudia watches from behind the column as her friends, once again, are torn into by demonic attacks. Seeing Mao take significant damage and in the place to do something about it, she uses her heavenly fire ability to restore some of the damage he took then moves up to the next column.
To Hit Heavenly Fire: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 - 4 = 9 (not sure if this is needed on a friendly character)
healing: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Heavenly Fire
If not in base to base contact I wouldn't ask for an attack roll, so now I'd ask for one. The -4 penalty (which is normally not hitting your friend while targetting an enemy) doesn't apply IMHO (as the enemy would actually be damaged instead of healed). Also IMHO the target can forego any dodge AC. Also bless is running. anyway:
Cloudia uses her heavenly light to heal Mao.
