"No, they have the magic window to get me past the wall so we go with them. Once we get outside, go to height and scout. I wan't to know whats on the other side of the wall."
Then she picks up her things and heads out after the others
There appears to be no safe exit at this point. Everyone make a Perception check.
Rixis flicks his ears at the fly that seems to be following him everywhere.
Anybody who got above a 15 on their perception check found a trap door under some equipment.
Rixis nods and shambles over. The dark below! Escape awaits!" rather than help he just watches... like he didn't care that the woman was doing all the work.
Calls back the little dragon then moves done boxes.
"Posible way our."
Haashen "puts on the breaks" and skids to a halt, turns around, and sprints back towards the equipment room. As he runs he gabs Shinyai's hand spinning her around and says "Come on little fox, they spoke of a trap door."
Shinyai is spun around by Haashen's tight grab stating "OK, ok I heard them, but it's not worth loosing an arm over."
Checks the wrap door for traps then pops it open. If picked she will pick it.
Then send g the small dragon in front she heads down
As you exit through the trapdoor, you enter a dark, cold tunnel. You can't see unless you have darkvision.
Those of you who have darkvision: The room is made of the same grey stone bricks from earlier, but now they look more worn down, and moss is growing everywhere.
Haashen drops through the trapdoor into the darkness. "Looking" around he states "Well I can't work like this, I'm going to run into a wall at this rate." He reaches into his backpack rummaging around for a second before pulling a few things out and crouching down to the ground. There is the sound of stone scraping on metal and a few bright flashes until a fire bursts to life, as he raises it up the hall is eliminated with flowing flame light. He looks at Shinyai and says "I know it isn't very 'stealthy', but this way I won't run you over."
Shinyai gives Haashen a sideways glance and replies "With your heavy steps there's no way you could ever get close enough to me to run me over. Now give me that." With that she grabs the torch right out of Haashen's hand and starts to walk down the passage.
Rixis holds up a hand and spits some vile words, a light appears he looks back at the others and sneers.
"Come on this way, this leads to the outer wall"
She says taking the lead, while checking as best she can fro traps.
You pass through the passage unharmed, and exit just outside of the walls.
Upon exiting the passage Haashen looks around at the rest of the group. "Now what? I'm not from around these parts so I don't really have anywhere to go in particular."
Shinyai looks at Haashen with a questioning look on her face. "If your not from Talingarde how did you get sent to Branderscar Prison?"
Haashen smiles as if laughing at a joke that only he could hear. "Oh, you know how it goes. You drift into a town, have a few drinks at the local tavern, get into an argument with a local, fists start to fly, you start getting excited, and the place goes up in flames killing everyone inside. You know that old story. But I could really use a bite to eat because that prison food was horrible."
