Ogren
I'm heading out to work soon so I'm going to post my round 3 actions.
Assuming that Bill doesn't have anything else in his hand as a move action Ogren picks up the club that Bill dropped on the floor. If Bill does have something in his hand that he can attack Ogren with he doesn't pick it up.
Ogren again attacks using non-lethal damage attempting to knock out Bill.
to hit: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Corpus thank-you for helping us with Bill I'm not sure what's wrong with him but we will find out together
The BGGM
The BGGM
Carnadine
huh? I posted. It's a ready action dependent on the guard's action.
The BGGM
I promise I'm absolutely paying attention. However, I've never had a player, much less two, delay an entire round, not acting at all beyond free actions, just to end up in effectively in the same initiative order as before. I won't question it again.
Round 2 recap:
A clever ruse by Ogren goads Corpus into attacking him in the hopes of convincing Billius that Corpus is being unreasonable while getting an attack in himself.
A charmed Billius takes the bait, chastising his friend and attacking him though he misses.
Corpus, furious and frustrated by this turn of events, manages to fumble his club and drops it.
Keres makes an impassioned plea for Billius to join forces with her and give her the signal horn in order to keep it from an obviously crazed Corpus.
Eldros, Carnadine and Paimon bide their time, watching Corpus and Billius closely.
Dr Zaul continues his efforts to free Grumblejack unabated
Round 3:
Group 1: Ogren and Eldros
Ogren takes another shot at Corpus in the hopes of disabling him, but fails.
Eldros, you're up
Eldros Matzaki
Eldros snickers as the uncharmed guard drops his club, the fool having done the wizard's work for him. He remains watchful for more guards to arrive, but hurling acid into the melee would be ineffective and he would not use his more powerful, finite spells on a battle that seemed so one-sided. He continues to bide his time, hoping that between the three grown men they can subdue the remaining guard.
Delay to other group.
The BGGM
Corpus's eyes rapidly dart between his friend, his enemies and his fallen truncheon. He takes a deep breath to calm himself and puts a hand on Billius's shoulder, I don't know what that witch has done to you, but I need you with me. This stops now! Realizing how utterly alone he is, Corpus decides on a desperate ploy. Drawing his longsword, he rushes at Keres.
Billius, paralyzed by indecision, does nothing. action held
Corpus attacks: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
let's find out if Keres is dying or not, shall we? Ogren, Carnadine, attacks of opportunity, if you please.
The BGGM
Eldros is exactly right, and don't be too hard on poor old Bill. He thinks you're just the bee's knees (I assume that's a common enough expression in New Zealand) but he IS lawful good and it's hard to completely disregard how likely this is to be an escape attempt. Besides, I'd feel just awful if Corps was corpsified and the pc's didn't have a direct hand in it... also, maybe I want to kill you just a little. ;]
Carnadine
Round 3
"No, don't kill her!" Carnadine shouts stabbing the guard as he passes by but fails to connect with such a small blade.
AOO: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7 Crappy rolls continue. Bye Keres.
Carnadine follows after him. "What have you done?" Carnadine knifes him in the back. Again his chainmail blocks the small blade.
Move action
attaack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12 Crappy rolls continue. Bye everyone.
Paimon the Fool
Paimon, sensing things are starting to turn against them, decides to neutralize the threat of the horn. He reaches out and snatches for it while Bill is distracted.
if I'm not engaged in combat with Bill, then a steal attempt should use my Sleight of Hand (+8) instead of my CMB (+4), either way, here goes nothing. I'm going to err on the side CMB and add that to my roll, but if I can use Sleight of hand I will use that instead.
Steal Attempt: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
The BGGM
Corpus runs at Keres, dodging blows from both Ogren and Carnadine, stabbing her in the gut with a powerful thrust. Keres crumples to the floor as Corpus pulls his weapon free [ooc you can keep your initial stabilize check result[/ooc].
A shocked Carnadine rushes after him but too late and misses with a second thrust of his dagger.
Billius shakes his head in confusion, but quickly comes to his senses. As he reaches for the horn at his belt a quick thinking Paimon snatches it away. He instead firms his grip upon his club, held so loosely and casually before now, and lashes out at the thief.
Bill attacks Paimon: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
but misses as he's still recovering from his confusion
Eldros still has a held action and Zaul needs to make a DD check with a +4 bonus for having worked on it so long
Eldros Matzaki
Eldros steps away from the violent guard, wincing as Keres sinks to the floor. Perhaps he had underestimated the guards, or overestimated his companions. Regardless, the situation was dire, now.
He retrieves a piece of butter from the pouch, chanting for a few moments before the area underneath the guard turns slick, threatening to topple him.
5 ft step to K4, Cast Grease on M4-N5, Guard must make Reflex Save DC 16 or fall prone.
Paimon the Fool
"Separate them!" Paimon says in a harsh stage whisper. He then tucks the horn behind his back with one hand and pull his dagger out with the other, waiting for Ogren to move between Bill and Corpus.
Going to ready an action to attack Billius. Will wait for Ogren to get into flanking with me and then execute.
Dagger Attack: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 4 + 2 = 15
Damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Keres Miyaro
Are there any healing potions in that veil? I can heal myself as soon as I regain consciousness, but am trying to think of a way to get conscious without resting (which just brings a second group of guards in and we end up back where we started) but short of healing I don't think there is anything. You guys might have to escape without me or something.
EDIT
Charm Person has a duration of 1 hr/lvl, why is Billius now not charmed, just because I cannot actually give him orders doesn't mean he still doesn't view me as an ally.

Round 3 recap:
Ogren takes another swing at Corpus but misses.
Corpus, desperate and alone, dodges away from Ogren and Carnadine and impales Keres with his longsword, nearly killing her, in a futile attempt to break her spell on Billius.
Paimon, unsure of the repercussions of Keres being unconscious, steals the signal horn from Billius's belt. continue acting in PC combat group 2
Billius, enraged by his friend's ludicrous violence, attacks him but misses.
Carnadine also attempts to fell corpus and also fails
Eldros, suddenly aware of his precarious position, steps away from the homicidal guard and casts a spell making the floor beneath Corpus's feet too slick to stand on and he falls to the floor. Eldros, you're now acting in PC combat group 2
Zaul's disable device: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (17) + 13 = 30
Zaul manages to unlock Grumblejack's cell return to acting in PC combat group 1
--------------------------------
begin round four
Ogren and Zaul, you're up
Zaul, the Plague Doctor
With the sudden chink in the door, Zaul smiles. "Well, Grumblejack..." he says as he pulls the door out. "You're by all accounts free." he points out as he turns around and reaches into the tiny pouch on his clothes and sort of mixes a bomb as he walks slowly towards the rest of the group. "Now... where to cherry pick."
He looks at the group with a bit of a grin.
"Carnadine, I grow weary of this combat and I expected it to be over much faster. Would you care to take a quick lunge back?" he asks, tossing the small container up in the air a few times as he looks on.
Delay action till Carnadine moves so I can throw this monster.
Carnadine
Round 4
With a short prayer to the Lord of Darkness, Carnadine attempts to get past the chainmail and drops the dagger. Are You Forsaking me, too! He tests his faith.
attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 Crappy rolls continue
He steps back and picks up the guard's discarded club.
5=ft step back
Move action to grab club on the ground
Zaul, the Plague Doctor
Bomb Ahoy: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8 Minimum damage is 6
Seeing the 2 of the soldiers right beside each other, Zaul smiles before he throws the container square at the man's chest. "A little cupric for you...!" is all he says as it lands. The explosions, despite it's landing, is a black and green mist. "Seems I'm short a few contents." he claims.
Alchemist bombs deal their lowest possible damage upon a miss, but I frankly don't believe that does. And if it does hit him, then the guy to his right takes 6 as well.
The BGGM
Carnadine, that's an attack and two movements, I'm afraid the club stays on the ground for now, not to mention you're not meant to act until after the guards, but we'll fudge that for now.
Zaul, bombs throws are ranged touch attacks, and that attack would hit a prone Corpus even if it wasn't edit:except that I've just noticed from you wording that you targeted Billius in order to spare Keres further damage, but you still hit him and Corpus still goes down, but unfortunately that put Carnadine in range of splash damage
Corpus crumples to the ground and Billius screams as he feels his skin burn. unfortunately, this attack by one of Keres's allies finally frees him from the effects of her enchantment. He looks down at his fallen friend... Corpus?... Mitra save me, they'll pay for this.
edit:Carnadine also gets burned in the explosion for 6 damage
still serving group 1, Ogren's up
The BGGM
The BGGM
Carnadine
Reflex DC 15: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (16) + 0 = 16 3 damage
I was prepared to soak the bomb damage, because I'm playing that I've never seen the range of alchemist bombs. Zaul told him to take a step back, so he did. Also, I put the 5-foot rules in Discussion. I believe what Carnadine was legit as per RAW. Except the out of turn aspect, which I'm still obviously still confused about. Cheers
Ogren
Ogren takes a 5ft step forward and says to Bill.
I'm sorry we had to do that to your friend but you saw what happened to Keres we couldn't just let him kill us could we? I'm sure he needs some help
Ogren readies an action to attack the guard as soon as someone gets in position to flank
