Raktar Garnok
Say, if I have ghost touch going on my weapon can I crit and sneak attack a ghost?
Indeed you can.
An incorporeal creature is immune to critical hits and precision-based damage (such as sneak attack damage) unless the attacks are made using a weapon with the ghost touch special weapon quality.

I do yes, ok so I will make 1 acid and 1 fire
"Now we have to walk all the way back up there?" Figgy complains. "Springy can you fly me up?"{/b] The small robot looks at his master then flies just out of Figgy's reach hovering there.
[b]"I see how it is, next time you need something don't ask me then." Figgy turns to the party [b]"SO just Mr. Ghost left?"{/b]

F22. Fifth-Floor Atrium
This wide, curved hall ends in a metal hatch to the northwest. A large slate board covered with neat lettering hangs on the east wall. A flight of stairs to the east leads up, while another flight to the south leads down. The door to the southern stairwell appears to have been burrowed or chewed through.
You have come up the south stairs and are in room F22
New map up top for the 5th level. And the black board is up top as well.
What are you doing now?
Raktar Garnok
"Sounds like the nightmares are going to keep coming," Raktar says resignedly as he looks over the board, and then down to the mangled hole in the door that leads upwards. "Shall we check the hatch out?" he suggests.
Figgy Greasefitter
"Lab Zero sounds like if someone lost their mind or forgot things they can easily recall them. We have been in all those labs?" Figgy asks/questions. "There is a door up a head." Figgy says cautiously moving forward.
Perception traps: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (19) + 14 = 33

Korvan Vosh
Korvan stands by, greatsword in hand, while the others decide the next room to tackle.
Dilana Hemlock
Dilana heads back as you move up and you see her writing on the outside of the door in charcole. If anyone were to go back and check she wrote a simple message. Property of Dilana's Crew. Knock loudly. Clearly she wants to keep the tower.
As they move up she follows but those in front can hear her occasional speaking to Lancelot. "yes yes, I have something for the ghost. No, not a present, you know that. Lightning!"
Raktar Garnok
"Seems odd," says Raktar when the door refuses to open. "Does it open from this side?" he asks, having never seen Figgy and Olimpia fail to open something. "Maybe it's magic in some way?"
Dilana Hemlock
+18 Spelcraft so auto pass
Dialan looks over the door and gives a long sigh before whisper to Lancelot for a moment.
"Magic, clearly. There are spells but I don't have them. One of you strong folks could go through it maybe but that is about it."
Figgy Greasefitter
"That makes sense, I don't have magic like that to dispel this door." Figgy says checking over his gear again while he waits for the larger folk to "kick the door down"
Korvan Vosh
Korvan moves to the door, glancing back at his companions to make sure they are ready. "If it's magically locked, I'm not sure how much good this will do."
Strength (Currently 23 from Bull's Strength): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Korvan staggers back a bit as the magically held door refuses to budge.
Even raging, the best I can manage would be a 28, which would only bust down a good door if arcane locked. (DC 23 for a simple door). What kind of door am I trying here?
Olimpia Beta II
Frustrated by the magic Olimpia watches the stronger people attack the door. If you can't force it then cut it down. she suggests and offers her adamantine blade for that purpose.
Korvan Vosh
If we're going the "chop the door down" route, Korvan averages 26 damage per strike (2 attacks per round) when power attacking at his current strength with is Adamantine Greatsword - if you are wanting to consider how many rounds it will take to break down the door.
GM_DBH
The Choking Tower itself is 60 feet across and 220 feet high.
Its walls, floors, stairs, and ceilings are made of expertly fitted stone. Most of the interior walls are also reinforced stone, but some walls are made of metal.
Doors are shaped like elongated rectangles with rounded edges-each is an airtight iron hatch opened by turning a central wheel present
on both sides of the door except where indicated.
Opening such a door is a full-round action. A door without a wheel can
be opened only by force (hardness 10, hp 60, break DC 28).
Ceilings within the Choking Tower are 20 feet high, except where indicated otherwise in the text. Continual flame spells cast upon the ceiling in the rooms and halls provide illumination throughout the tower.
So it takes you 2 rounds to smash the door down.
F23. Master Bedroom
This large chamber appears to be a combination of bedroom and study. A large window to the northwest, fitted with sturdy metal slats, lets in light and air, while elaborate tapestries depicting gloomy landscapes and gothic architecture adorn the walls.
A large bed sits in the room, its fine coverings frayed and dusty.
A small desk against the southwest wall is bare, while doors provide several exits-although no handle adorns the door to the northwest. Instead of a handle or knob, it bears a small plate of coppery metal.
What are you doing now?
Raktar Garnok
Raktar stands well back while Korvan hacks the door down, his chainsaw no match for the adamantine sword and Korvan's raw power. As the metal chunks clang to the floor he raises his chainsaw and steps into the room. "Let's have a quick look round," he suggests, moving over to the desk to search for anything of importance.

Olimpia you note that the northern door radiates magic. Marked with the yellow sun.
As you carefully look around the undead Wizard materializes out of the walls to the north and hissing with rage flings a firebell at you.
Everyone but Raktar make a DC17 Reflex save please.
Damage Fireball: 10d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 4, 4, 2, 1, 2, 2, 1, 3) = 26 What crap damage! :(

Raktar Garnok
Raktar feels heat wash over him as he looks through the desk and he quickly stands to see the aftermath of a ball of fire in the northern part of the room. As the smoke clears he sees the ghostly form of Xoud hovering the window. "XOUD!" he roars, pointing at the apparition, before using his magic to call upon Brigh for strength and guidance. "Lady of logic, forge us as your weapons," he mutters as a bright flash of silver blows away the remaining smoke. He raises his chainsaw and calmly walks forward, ready to take on the mad ghost.

Hmm. I somehow missed the initial ghost appearing and fireballing post and those that followed it - all the posts from yesterday. They did not show up until now. ??? And does her 46 perception note anything? Anyway, here is the reflex save I owe:
Reflex: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (11) + 15 = 26
Somehow sensing the incoming ball of flame Olimpia site steps it, avoiding its damage completely. Seeing the ghost, if only for a moment, she calls upon her arcane training and enchants her blade with the ability to hurt incorporeal creatures before then moving to a spot where she can conceal herself.
Stealth: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (4) + 18 = 22
Dilana Hemlock
I assume I cannot see enough for ear piercing scream of lightning.
"We need to get him out of this fog. If I can see him I can hurt him, badly."
She steps up between Figgy and Korvan, staying just outside the fog, and calls forth a jet of flame from her hands. Maybe this will burn off the fog.
Burning Hands: 5d4 ⇒ (1, 1, 4, 1, 1) = 8 DC17 Ref
My thought is I can angle this to miss my teammates and at least clip the ghost. Not sure if you would rule that it will help with the mist, for Obscuring Mist it would I think.
Korvan Vosh
Fort Save DC 17: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20 Hooray!
With Xoud surrounded by the cloud, Korvan readies himself for when he can see the spectral wizard again.
Readied Raging, Reckless Abandon, Power Attack +1 Adamantine Greatsword: 1d20 + 19 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 19 + 2 = 34 (bull's strength)
Damage: 2d6 + 19 + 3 ⇒ (1, 2) + 19 + 3 = 25 (increase from two handed attack and bull's strength)
AC Currently 25 (shield)

Don't forget the potions I gave you
Figgy pulls out a bomb quick mixing it, "I cannot really see him, I am going to try anyway!" Figgy lobs the bomb at where he things the ghost would be.

50% miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 30
If I miss he has to make a DC 19 reflex save or take 10 fire dmg
Raktar Garnok
Raktar feels his health and energy sapped as though he was in the throes of a fever as the spell rips through him. With Xoud hidden in a cloud of grey mist Raktar decides that strengthening his party is the better option and so a flash of silver light bursts through the room, spreading speed and adaptability into his friends.

Sorry Raktar, the Irradiate spell he threw at you two has a DC17 save, which makes it medium radiation damage. I rolled for high, which as a 10th level Wizard he should be doing. However the book states it's medium so. Con damage Raktar & Korvan: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Raktar you take 4 con damage. Korvan you saved so you take 2 con damage.
Figgy hears his bomb hit something and detonate with a satisfying explosion. This starts the cloud thinning.
Xoud stays in his life sapping cloud, you hear him casting another spell.
Mirror image.
Images: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 Woot! :)
As the cloud fades you can now see 8 of the hateful ghost!
Everyone may now act.
Sorry for the gap. Nothing worse than having to pause in the middle of a fight.
Figgy Greasefitter
Figgy pulls another Bomb, mixing it quickly he throws it at the ghost.
Bomb vs touch: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 145d6 + 5 ⇒ (2, 2, 1, 6, 1) + 5 = 17
Miss chance 51+: 1d100 ⇒ 96
If I miss he has to make a DC 19 reflex save or take 10 fire dmg, the AoE dmg should get rid of the copies as well if they are just magical
"I can burn the fog away with my fire bombs" Figgy says.
Dilana Hemlock
'Be better if I could see this thing."
With little else to do, as she cannot see Dilana again calls forth fire into the same area a before.
Burning Hands: 5d4 ⇒ (3, 3, 4, 2, 2) = 14 DC17 Ref
"I know I can take care of it in the open."
Olimpia Beta II
So, now I am confused. I believe the fog is gone but you guys are posting like its still there. GM_DBH stated "As the cloud fades you can now see 8 of the hateful ghost!" There should be no miss chance. Right?
GM_DBH
Ref save vs bomb: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Ref save vs Burning hands: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Just to make it clear, the mist has been removed by Figgy. You can see Xoud clearly, and his mirror images. Which have just been removed as well. I'll get you Figgy, and your little clockwork friend!
Olimpia, Raktar and Korvan to act.
Raktar Garnok
Thanks for the clarifications GM.
As the ghost wizard appears from inside his cloud he is briefly protected by a number of illusory duplicates before a burst of fire from Figgy and Dilana clears the way for Raktar. Still feeling unwell, but clear in his objective, he steps forward towards Xoud and swings his chainsaw towards the mad ghost's body.
I'll take the +2 bonus on attack rolls and +2 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves this round. Move Action to move 15ft, which gets me +1 to hit from my Dance of the Blades revelation (which I keep forgetting), Standard Action to attack Xoud.

Melee Damage (+1 earthbreaker): 4d6+16 (+6 Str, +2 enhancement, +1 bull's strength, +6 Power Attack, +1 prayer)
Dilana Hemlock
Well I missed that. I guess next turn will be better.
Korvan Vosh
Finally able to get at Xoud, Korvan moves in, hacking away at the ghost.
Raging, Reckless Abandon, Power Attack +1 Adamantine Greatsword: 1d20 + 19 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 19 + 2 = 29 (bull's strength)
Damage: 2d6 + 19 + 3 ⇒ (3, 6) + 19 + 3 = 31 (bull's strength)
Raging, Reckless Abandon, Power Attack +1 Adamantine Greatsword: 1d20 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 11 + 2 = 24 (bull's strength)
Damage: 2d6 + 19 + 3 ⇒ (2, 1) + 19 + 3 = 25 (bull's strength)
Olimpia Beta II
Time to play. Olimpia says as she darts in, strikes and darts back out. Her blade bites deeply into the ghost, its imbued powers allowing to to hit and strike true.
+2 cold iron ghost Touch wakizashi: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (12) + 16 = 281d8 + 8 + 4d4 ⇒ (3) + 8 + (2, 3, 3, 1) = 20
Debilitating Injury: Bewildered -2/-4 (Ex) Foe who takes sneak attack damage takes -2 AC penalty for 1 rd. And -4 to AC verses Olimpia. So, in effect, everyone gets +2 to hit the ghost next round and I get +4.
