"Yep," Malyoxa says half-heartedly.

Rajni looks at her a little curiously, "What's wrong?"
Malyoxa shakes her head. "I'm just thinking of personal things rather than what I should be thinking about."

Rajni sighs and pulls her legs up on the couch. Wrapping her arms around her legs, she lays her head on her knees and tilts her head to look at Malyoxa for a moment.
After a few seconds she says, "Ya know...it is okay to think about yourself sometimes. You are your own person with thoughts and feelings of your own, and you have every right to them. I know there's a lot of stuff going on right now, a lot of it is over my head honestly.....but.....it's okay to want and need things for yourself too. Know what I mean?"
"We should go when we've finished," Laenid replies. "We don't all need to get sick in the cold, night air."
"Good point." Hitome says as she finishes her meal
"I understand what you're saying," Malyoxa says. "But I need to think about my responsibilities first before I think about what I want."
She kind of shrugs, "I get that, and I appreciate how loyal you are to Toni and your responsibilities to her as well as the others.....but....I think you can have a balance of both. Just....don't be so quick to deny yourself something if it makes you happy, just because of your duty. There can be room for both....eh...you know, then again...I'm barely out of my adolescent stage, so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. I just think that if something....or someone, is important to you....that nothing can get in the way of that. You can be responsible, and happy at the same time. There's no law against it." She says, hoping that she wasn't crossing some kind of line. It's not like she's had that much experience in life. Her life basically started when she was dumped in the ocean outside of Valwick...it began here with people who actually cared about her, so maybe she wasn't as experienced in life stuff as some people, but she knew that denying one's own needs could lead to other problems.
Malyoxa sighs. "Let's not talk about it anymore. I'm going to check on Toni."
The drow gets off the couch and heads to the back.
Rajni shrugs, "Fine, if she needs more juice it's in the cold box."
Laenid gathers the dishes and washes them while Jin gets some food together for Toni.
While Laenid cleans up, Jin gets a bowl of soup ready for Toni and finds a way to cover it so it doesn't get cold. She also puts together a little plate of cheese, fruit, and a couple pieces of bread.
As Laenid is finishing up the dishes, Jin gets her warm things back on and gets ready to leave the house.
Laenid finishes up and gets her warm outfit on. "I'm ready when you are."
Jin looks up and smiles at Laenid before looking at Hitome as she finishes getting ready, "Alright, I think I have everything." She hands the bundle of fresh cut bread to Hitome, "Here, you carry this for me so I don't spill the soup please?" She asks as they prepare to leave the house.
As they get ready to go she says, "Alright, let's go pay Ms. Toni a visit and take her some yummy soup."
Leaving the house she waits for Laenid to lock the door before heading to the Tailor Shop.
Getting to the shop she knocks on the door.
Rajni hears a knock at the door.
Rajni shakes her head at the Drow and gets up from the couch, "I'll get it."
Going to the door she opens it, "Oh, hello. If you're here to see Toni, she's not feeling well at the moment." She says, stepping back so that they can come in out of the cold.
Stepping forward, Jin almost forgets that she's in her natural form. Moving up to the fletchling she gives her a smile, "We know she's not feeling well. I made some chicken vegetable soup and fresh bread....I thought we'd bring some to Toni. Maybe it would make her feel better?" She explains, holding the warm bowl of soup in her arms.
Rajni looks from the talking fox that she assumed was Jin, considering whom she was with, to thed others. Closing the door behind them she says, "Oh...I see, well...that's very nice of you. She's in her bedroom in the back, I'll get a lap tray for you to put the food on and you can take it to her." Going to the kitchen she gets a tray and spoon for the soup along with a napkin back out to them.
"If you'll follow me, I'll take you to her room." Rajni has them follow her to Toni's room and knocks lightly on the door.
Malyoxa opens the door and looks at the assembled group. "Go on in. She's awake. I'm going to get her some juice."
Jin gives Malyoxa a smile, "Okay, thanks."
Going inside the room she has Rajni set the tray on the little bedside table so she could set it for Toni, "It was so cold out today that I decided to make some chicken and vegetable soup with bread. I heard you weren't feeling well and thought I would bring you some. I wrapped it up really well so it would stay warm on the way over. hope you like it." She says while uncovering the soup and setting the bowl on the tray with a couple pieces of fresh bread and the spoon and napkin that Rajni had supplied.
She waits for Toni to sit up a little bit in the bed before placing the tray carefully on her lap, "How are you feeling?"
"I've felt better," Toni replies.
She nods, "I understand, we're sorry you're not feeling well. Hopefully the soup will help make you feel a little better. It can be hard sometimes to listen to our bodies and do what's best for them, especially when we feel so much weight on our shoulders."
Toni takes a whiff of the soup before tasting it. "It's our responsibility to do our job as Summoners and I guess, as the Szef, I want to make sure that you're able to do that."
She nods, "Yes ma'am, I understand that....but, it's also your job to take care of yourself as well. When the time comes, we'll do what we must...but I want to make sure you're okay first."

Malyoxa brings Toni a glass of juice before smiling at Hitome as she leaves the room.
"I'll be fine," Toni says. "Maybe not today, but at some point soon."
She nods, "We'll do everything in our power to help too. Is there anything we can do for you that would make things a little less stressful, or something that might help you feel a little better. I mean...I don't know. I just remember when I was sick on the way over here, it helped having someone that could help me feel better." She says with a smile over at her midwife. "While we may not be able to really do anything to help your illness go away faster, if there is anything we can do to help in any way, don't hesitate to let us know okay?"
Toni nods. "I appreciate the soup, Jin. I'll let you know if there's anything else."
She nods and gives her arm a comforting pat, "Okay, you just get some rest and feel better okay? We'll just check in on ya later, like tomorrow or something."
"Okay," Toni says, eating a bit of the soup. "Thanks again and have a good night."
"You too Ms. Toni, see you later." Jin says before leaving her room with Laenid and Hitome.
Once out of the room she says, "Well, she seems able to eat so...as long as she gets some rest she should be fine in a day orf two. As long as she doesn't develop a fever or anything."
Laenid nods. "Hopefully it doesn't get that bad."
"I don't think it will. Besides, as long as she takes care of herself and rests, she should be just fine. I mean, she didn't look flushed or anything. I can only imagine what I looked like on that boat....but she doesn't look near that bad." She says on their way back to the front of the house/shop.
Before leaving the room she says, "I'll be in the kitchen if you need anything okay?"
"Okay."
"I'm sorry if you're feeling fussed over, or a little overwhelmed by everyone....I'm guessing they don't like seeing you feel unwell anymore than I do. I'll come back in a little bit for the tray and dishes. Just take your time." Rajni says as she heads back to the door.
Hitome smiles back at Malyoxa, before turning back to study Toni's symptoms.

Hitome determines there isn't anything she can do for Toni.
Looking at Hitome she asks, "Were you ready to go home, or did you want to stay here for a little while to....well, I mean it's up to you. You can stay here and try to help out Toni and Malyoxa in case they need anything if you wanted to. I think Neenee and I will head back home though. It's too cold to be wandering around town, and I'm feeling like sitting in front of a fire for a little bit." She says, before looking up at Laenid and smiling.
Laenid returns the smile.
"Go ahead, I'll see if Maloxya needs anything, then maybe take a walk before I head home." Hitome says with a smile, after coming to the conclusion that what Toni needed most was rest.
Coming back to the living room and seeing some of the others getting ready to leave, Rajni approaches Jin. Extending a handc she says, "Thank you for stopping by and checking on her, and for the soup. It was very thoughtful of you, and I appreciate it."
Taking Rajni's hand, she gives it a firm, yet gentle shake. Giving the young woman a reassuring smile she replies, "It was our honor to stop by. Toni is one of us as well as our leader, and we try to take care of each other. I promise you, we won't take her anywhere until she is over her illness. I'm sure with plenty of rest, fluids, and a good friend looking out for her, Toni will be better in no time. We'll stop by tomorrow sometime and see how she's feeling. You have a good night Ms. Rajni."
Turning back toward Laenid she holds out her hand, "Let's go home Neenee."
Laenid takes Jin's hand. "See you later, Hitome."
Jim looks between Malyoxa and Hitome and smiles, "Yep, see you later. Enjoy your....walk." She says, trying not to giggle as she opens the door for her and Laenid.
"How are you holding up?" Hitome asks, approaching Malyoxa after Laenid and Jin head out.
Malyoxa shrugs. "It's not dire...so I'm alright. Though I do have to deal with everyone fussing about it which is about as much fun for me as it is for Toni."
Once they return home, Laenid lights a fire in the fireplace. "Do you want anything, love?"
She frowns slightly, not liking the nickname much.
Jin sits down on the couch and looks up at Laenid, noting the slight frown on her face. Shaking her head she says, "Not really, just you. That's all I really need. Is something wrong?"
