Nodding she makes a place for them at the table and brings them each a bowl, plate and utensils to eat with. Giving Dau an encouraging smile she says, "Well, we're happy to meet you Dau. Please, have a seat at our table and help yourselves to whatever you like. There's plenty for everyone. Can I get you two anything to drink? We have water, milk, juice, tea, or coffee. The coffee will take just a minute though to make if you'd like that." Looking over at Theon and her husband she asks, "Did you two get anything to drink?"
"Juice would be nice, Miss Arista," Dau says softly.
"I'll take some coffee," Pandi says. She then looks at Theon. "Are you new to town as well?"

Theon looks at Pandi, his cheeks darkening slightly. "Ah...um...yes. I'm Arista's brother. I just arrived yesterday."
He then turns to Arista. "I'll have some coffee too, Ari."

Alethiro chuckles to himself. Seraphises seem to have quite an attraction to elves.
He smiles at his wife. "Just some tea for me, love."
Pandi smiles. "That's wonderful! It's always nice to have family close by. I...kinda forgot about mine."
Dau seems strangely relieved by the banter between Theon and Pandi. She starts serving herself some food as they talk.
Theon appears genuinely concerned. "If you don't mind me asking, any particular reason why?"
"Oh, that's a long story. I won't bother you with it," Pandi says. "Just after I was turned into a ghoul and back, I've had some gaps in my memory. I don't recall much about my life before I joined the Green Circle. Most of my memories are about Sienna..."
"I...I have a similar issue," Theon says. "But let's not bore everyone with that."

Pandi smiles. "If you have some time later, we can both bore each other with some stories. Sound good? I don't want this food to get cold."

The glow in Theon's cheek deepens. "Um...yeah. That sounds...good. Really."

Pandi grins. It had been quite a long time since someone looked at her that way and it was quite welcome...even if Theon was a man.
Arista nods and starts the water for the tea, gets the coffee going, and pours some juice for herself and Dau. Listening to Pandi and Theon's exchange, she gets a little smile on her face. Maybe it wouldn't take so long to get him used to people again after all. Just one thing at a time though. First, breakfast. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be so rude and not introduce everyone."
Taking the juice to the table she puts a hand on Alley's shoulder as she tilts her head to the side slightly, "Everyone go ahead and dig in. The coffee and tea will be ready in but a moment."
Arista also gets a glass of water for herself and Pandi, she needed to remember to stay hydrated. Especially with how busy today was going to be.
As soon as everything is ready, she takes a cup of coffee to Theon and Pandi, and brings her husbands tea to him, already fixed the way he liked it.
Sitting down next to him she gives his cheek a kiss, "Good morning love."
"And a good morning to you too," Alethiro says, giving Arista a peck on the cheek.
"I'm sorry I didn't say it sooner. I was a bit preoccupied." Giving him a smile as she sits in front of her meal, she starts with the cereal.
Pandi sips her coffee before turning her attention to Arista. "So the pipes at the lighthouse are frozen...I was wondering if Dau and I could use your facilities to get cleaned up and such. I'm sure guard duty has been cancelled, though I'll go check on that."
She pauses and takes a bite of food. "Besides, I thought Dau could use a different sort of company besides me. I've been..."
"Crazy," Dau says bluntly.
Giving Pandi an understanding smile she nods and chuckles at Dau's observation, "Life out there on the island kinda gettin' to you huh? It's okay, you don't have to explain. I told you....if it's too much to be stuck out there, you don't have to stay out there....but for now, I'll be happy to help in any way that I can. I'll see if I can't do something to help with your pipes. I haven't really asked for my spells yet today....so maybe there's something I can do to help with that. You and Dau are more than welcome to use my home for whatever you need. After breakfast, I'll see if I can get those pipes thawed out...though we might need to wrap something around them to keep them from freezing again. I don't think that lighthouse was built with this type of winter in mind. It never used to get like this here, it's really really weird." She says thoughtfully between bites of her cereal, "Maybe Barclay might have some ideas of how we can better "winterize" your home. I don't want you guys freezing out there."
Just then, Celine comes running into the kitchen with her puppy. Looking at the two new ladies she waves, "Hi...." Turning to her mommy she says, "Honey go outside mommy. Need to go potty. I told you."
Arista sighs inwardly as the puppy whines. She couldn't be upset with Celine interrupting her breakfast when she was doing what she was told. Getting up from her chair she says, "I'm sorry, will you excuse me for a moment please?"
Going to Celine she rubs her head as they head into the living room and the front door, "Thank you for coming and getting me Celine, that was a very good job you did of telling me that Honey had to go potty. Why don't you go potty while I let her out okay? I don't want you by the door, it's cold."
Celine nods and runs off to the bathroom as Arista holds the door open just enough for the puppy to run outside and do her business before running back into the house. Arista gets a towel from the bathroom and dries off the puppy as Celine finishes up in the bathroom. Giving her daughter a hug she says, "Very good job Celine, I like how you washed and dried your hands when you were done. Can you please play with Honey in the living room while mommy finishes her breakfast?"
As Arista heads back to the kitchen, Celine follows her mommy.
As mommy sits back down at the table, Celine goes to her side and puts her head in her lap. Letting out a pitiful little sigh she says, "Bored mommy. Want outside, want to play. Want to see Hjorr."
Giving her family and guests an apologetic look, she rubs Celine's back with one hand while using the other to try and eat her breakfast before it got any colder. Finishing her cereal and eggs at least she finally says, "No Celine. It's too cold to go play outside. Hjorr's daddy is keeping him inside as well. We just bought you some new toys in Lysse, so you're going to have to keep yourself entertained today."
As Celine starts to whine, Arista gently puts a finger under her chin and lifts her head so she can look Celine in the eyes, "Этого достаточно, Селин. The tone of finality in her voice tells Celine as well as the others that she's had enough and she means business.
Celine gets very quiet as she listens to her mommy. Sniffling she nods while puffing out her lower lip, "Come on Honey." She says in a pouty voice before heading to her room. Something in Mommy's tone told her not to push it.
Letting out a little sigh she says, "I'm so sorry about that. Can I get anyone anything else? Some more tea or coffee perhaps?" All traces of the tone that was in her voice a moment ago are gone as she sees to her family and friends needs.
Dau shakes her head. "No, thank you. I'm alright for now."
Dillon brings Rajni's tea to her along with some sugar, lemon and honey. "Here you are."
Pandi finishes her cup of coffee. "I'll take some more coffee, thanks. Seems like you have your hands full. I wasn't coming over to see if you'd fix the problem, but I'd rather not spend the day stinking up the town. A lot of Michael's inventions aren't...common. I doubt a lot of people know how to fix it or keep it running without issues."
She then glances at Dau. "I haven't been dealing well with Sienna getting married and all. It's like I've hit a dead end and...well, starting over isn't easy. I'm not saying that I need time, I've had plenty of that. Life just passed me by...and I couldn't do anything about it."
"And you don't want to waste any more of your life as it is," Alethiro says, knowingly.
"On the nosey."
Dau looks to Arista. "I don't mind being at the lighthouse. It's quite suitable for me, being near water. Though it is nice to get out and visit with others."
Dillon brings Rajni's tea to her along with some sugar, lemon and honey. "Here you are."
Taking the tea from him she adds a little sugar, a good amount of honey, as well as a few drops of lemon. Stirring it up she sips on it slowly, "Mmmmm....that's perfect. Thank you love."
Pandi finishes her cup of coffee. "I'll take some more coffee, thanks. Seems like you have your hands full. Nodding at Dau, Arista gives Pandi a smile, gets the coffee pot and refills Pandi's coffee cup while making a dismissive noise, "Eh...when don't I have my hands full? I know you weren't coming over her to ask me to fix it, but I'd like to help if I can." She then sighs, "Unfortunately, I've wracked my brain trying to think of a spell I could use to unfreeze them....but I just don't know any spells like that." She pauses for a moment to put some honey on a biscuit, "I'm sorry....I don't know why I always try to solve everyone's problems. I guess maybe put some wood in your stove and just keep the fireplace going to heat the house a little more until they melt? Or maybe you can find someone that can heat the pipes for you and melt the frozen places? There has to be something someone can do to help fix it." She says, almost to herself as she nibbles on the biscuit while in thought.
Looking from Theon to Pandi she nods, "It's okay....I understand what you mean. Sometimes it's a little much...waking up in a place that's familiar...yet so different than you left it. You just feel like something is always....missing."
Dau looks to Arista. "I don't mind being at the lighthouse. It's quite suitable for me, being near water. Though it is nice to get out and visit with others."
Giving Dau and Pandi a smile she says, "I always have time for friends who want to come visit. I can't wait for Barron Trepphorn to get here...hopefully with some teachers so that we can open that day care soon. I love my daughter....but she just needs to be somewhere else for a while sometimes. Know what I mean? Plus I think she really needs to socialize with other children her own age more. Since stuff is frozen up at your place right now, would you like to stay or come back later to have lunch with us around two o'clock or so? We're having a bunch of people over anyways, two more won't hurt. Ylrhea was gonna come over later this morning to help me get it ready....I hope she can make it in this snow....I wonder....hopefully by this afternoon some of this will be a little more manageable. I'm gonna cook a lot of food regardless. Roasted chicken and vegetables, barbequed boar ribs and slaw....it's gonna be delicious." She says with a smile and a look from her brother to Pandi.
"You're welcome," Dillon says. "Are you heading back home after you warm up?"
There is another knock at Arista's door, this time the front one.

"I guess I can use some socialization too," Theon says. "Before all our family shows up."
Pandi finishes her breakfast. "I'm game. Let me get a bath first and go check in with Lovecraft, then I'll be back. Mind hanging out here, Dau?"
Taking the coffee pot back to the stove, she hurries to the front door and opens it, "Oh Rhea, come in come in." She says while quickly moving back to get out of the way so her friend can come in out of the snow, "I was just wondering if you were gonna be able to make it with all that going on outside. I'm really glad you did. Is it still coming down out there?" She asks as her friend comes inside the warm house, and she quickly shuts the door to keep the cold out.
"Not at all," Dau says. "We might have to wait for the weather to get a little better before we worry about the pipes. And I'd rather not go around town while it's this miserable."
Ylrhea shakes the snow out of her hair. "Yup. I brought some stuff: corn, potatoes, some other vegetables and spices. Y'know, just in case you needed some extra things. Sounds like you have a bit of company already."
She nods, "Yeah, Theon is here of course. We were just finishing up breakfast. I kinda got a late start this morning. Pandi came over with someone who is new to town. Her name is Dau and she's staying with Pandi at the lighthouse. Their pipes are frozen so I told them they could use our bathroom and stuff. They're staying for lunch as well. Thanks for bringing all those. I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna be able to get out to the market this morning, even if they were open...so we're feeding about eighteen people with what we have in the house. Which is totally fine, I always buy more than what we need with all the family around these days ya know. Here, come on into the kitchen with me and we'll put those things up. Would you like something hot to drink? I still have some coffee that I just made a little bit ago, or I could make you some hot tea." Arista says as she takes the bag from Rhea and heads to the kitchen.
Ylrhea waves to everyone in the kitchen. "I'll take some tea. Coffee makes me too jittery."
"If you have a moment, Arista," Pandi says, picking up the backpack Dau set down. "Could you show me where things are in your bathroom? As well as where your bathroom is."
"You're welcome," Dillon says. "Are you heading back home after you warm up?"
Taking another sip she nods, "Yeah, mama would worry about me if I didn't." Setting the cup down for a moment she turns her body to face him and puts a hand on his cheek, "After their reception tomorrow though....I'm all yours. At least for the night." She says with a giggle as she picks the cup back up and continues to drink the warm contents.
Going into the kitchen she introduces Ylrhea to her brother and Dau before putting the water on the stove for her tea.
Giving Pandi a nod she excuses herself for a moment, "Of course, our bathroom is right over here off of the living area. Everything you need is in this linen closet next to bathroom. Just make yourself at home okay, and know that you can always come to me if you or Dau need anything." She says, giving her friend a warm smile.

Pandi grins. "I know. That's why I came over."
Dillon smiles and gives Rajni a kiss on the cheek. "Just be careful heading back."
She gives Pandi a hug, "I'm glad you did. So....I don't recall seeing Dau at all before. Do you know where she came from or anything? I don't ever recall seeing any gillmen around these parts before. I mean...you know...just curious as usual."
