Alright, while you all check in over the next few hours I'll be at work. I'll get the Campaign Info tab done tonight and we can start the game in just a few days once I can get things lined up better in real life.
While checking in, try to work out a way that you all know each other. Doesn't have to be much more than "met on the road into town" but it's better than "So you all meet in a tavern."
Hi there! Lylt is a local, so she could know anyone anywhere. She's not particularly sociable, though. If she's met you, it's probably through her much-more-sociable mother.
Lia's a local as well, and she's been a regular at Seven Maidens' festivals. Odds are, other locals would at least recognize her from those appearances.
She's quite a sociable sort, always happy to chat up new arrivals--especially if she thinks they're cute. :)

Bump isn't a local obviously, but he already left the Kokiri Forest for some years, so he might have already known some of the locals already in his quests for adventure. He's always smiling and friendly, a genuinely goodhearted creature like most Kokiris.
Hrm, perhaps Sania befriends someone on her way to the tavern or where ever after meeting with Daviren Hosk and obtaining her shiny new warhorse? Speaking of which, I should probably add those to my list of stuffs.

Celarouba is traveling to town almost straight off her time from the desert, so if anyone else is from out of town, they may have met on the road on the way in.
It's possible that Sania and Celarouba met on the road. Sania did come from Castle City, so the route is fairly close I would suppose.
That works fine by me! We don't all have to know each other, but some connections certainly are nice.
It looks like we're just waiting on our Deku to check in. Should someone PM him to let him know he was selected?
It sounds like a good idea. Besides, Bump was used to climb the Great Deku Tree anyway :D
Lylt almost certainly met Lia at a festival, or at the Rusty Dragon. In fact, she could have seen Bump and Bonsai there if they've been in town a bit, but probably hasn't introduced herself.
I think Sania and Cela might have been in town for...a week, maybe two? Enough for people to at least know their faces.
I'd say about a week. She's never been outside of Castle City before, so she's checking out a few things before having to go back to Castle City.

I know we've been quiet for a week, waiting for our GM to deal with personal issues. I just wanted to pipe up real quick, let folks know that I am indeed still here, still watching, and still ready whenever we're all good to go.
I also want to give full disclosure: I've run the Rise of the Runelords AP for an in-person group, about two years ago, up through the fourth module, though I've read them all. That said, I'm able to keep OOC knowledge from interfering with IC actions. I also suspect that there will be enough changes between the two that it shouldn't be as much of an issue as normal.
Here's hoping everything works out in the end...
I'm sure everything will be fine. I was in a couple games with the GM a while back, and he's very good about letting people know what's going on with him. Just be patient and the game will be off again before you know it!
I didn't have any worries about the GM - I've seen that he's been running quite a few games and generally has his stuff together. Just didn't want to fall off the radar!
I learned a lot over the last few days. Most of it not good. Important life lesson though: Always have a Last Will and Testament.

Noticed I didn't have my heavy steel shield on my equipment list (weird), and apparently had the longsword as 1d10. Maybe I was originally going to use a bastard sword but forgot to fix it. *shrug*
So, a little off-topic, but I just purchased the DLC for MarioKart 8 that has Link and his Master Cycle... Holy cow that thing looks awesome! Blue bike Hylian Shields on either side of the gas tank, stylized horse head front fender and horse tail rear fender with a Hylian Shield design covering the quad exhaust, and Triforce themed tires... Riding that (as Link, of course) through the Hyrule Castle course while listening to the course's Zelda Theme song was amazing. All of the coins on the level were Rupees instead, as well.

Makes me want to have some kind of knight/cavalier on a motorcycle in either a modern or post apoc game... heh.

Speaking of rupees... should we change our 'gold' to rupees?
For simplicity sake we'd use the normal 1/10/100/100 setup (the Zelda denominations can be troublesome in a PnP/PbP game).
Green = 1 copper piece
Blue = 1 silver piece
Red = 1 gold piece
Purple = 1 platinum piece
I was wondering how the exchange was going to work on the rupee system!
So, we'd have gr, br, rr (or just R?) and pr? I think I could work with that.
Also, here is a picture of my LoZ tattoo I got finished a couple months back. It looks a bit better now, without the red skin and blood and such.
Nice. I'd get the Hylian Symbol (bird and TriForce) but my wife'd kill me.
It was my reward to myself for finishing nursing school. It was kind of symbolic - Link starts out with nothing but a shield and ends up saving the kingdom, and I kind of took inspiration from that.
I think we're just waiting on our GM now.
I'll likely be MIA for the next several days. My grandfather's probably got one to two days to live, and I'll be pretty distracted after that.
