It works even if you touch for a touch spell, witch means it works even through steel armor.

It states that whenever anyone touches you, even to deliver a friendly touch spell, they are poisoned. Touch spells function through armor and ignore any armor bonus to ac.
It's worded that way for a reason, unless you think you should have to touch someone's skin to deliver harm or healing spells.

Flesh-warping isn't that easy.
One, you have to know it from somewhere. (The drow)
Two, you have to spend a ton of money on it.
Three, it's not vivisectionists who do it, it's anyone with brew potion and spell-casting or any type of alchemist.
It requires alchemy checks, requires the warped to go through massive con drain, and 90% of the time, if your aren't a professional, goes horribly, horribly wrong.
Even if done right, the pain is torturous.
Flesh crafting is easier, but still requires a feat and CL 10.
