In the third age Shylar is going to swoop in and obliterate us all with balance. Ruining all of our plans. Just like a lord of balance should. Actually, that sounds awesome. Maybe give him more time. I know you have said that you have PMed him. Maybe give him a count down PM.
Considering he hasn't posted at all since the gameplay or discussion threads were set up I don't think he is going to appear now. But I am happy that 9/10 are active, unfortunately there are many people around who express great interest during recruitment then vanish once things get going.
Something real might have come up. So, maybe cut his time down below 24 hours. Like 12 hours. On account that he barely slipped in his resume and barely posted before that.

If he appears he character will be there. Until then lets assume that he lost interest between submitting his idea and the campaign starting and keep things moving with the game.
By the way guys, totally just trying to play the power broker with Kelnet. She's definitely the you ask me for something, you owe me a favor kind of personality. If you really want a 10 deity pantheon then maybe you could recruit one more person. A oantheon of 9 is pretty good though.

Minimum five turns, Between 5 and 10 a majority vote moves on to next age. After ten turns even one player wanting to move on will make it happen.

The game needs to keep moving, thus the 24 hr window. So far we are doing about a turn a week, which seems like a decent pace.

This is their character sheet. Swapped 4 RP out of human to create them. Dropped the Skilled racial trait and dropped Language down to Standard to free up 5 RP which I used on Natural Armor, Stubbord, Skill Training, and either Craftsman or Relentless.

I think I've built a good race for PC fighters, clerics, monks, and even druids. Cha based classes would be harder to pull of but I think that fits them well. They're kinda dwarevey but I think I gave them their own flavour.
Humans don't exist in the world yet, how can you create a sub-race of them?

Wait a couple turns and you will be able to create the race. I am giving the Primal a bit more time to get established as the "elder" race.
Or you could create a sub-race of primal if you want.

I think it will be better to stay in Age 1 longer.
We still have a lot to do with the landscape and that becomes much more difficult in later ages.
@Shelayyen:
Commanding an Avatar to do something does not allow you to do an action cheaper. They are, mechanically, for using additional actions on your turn ie. Commanding two cities in one turn.
In general fluff for the setting, how are we handling Palidans? At they going to be typical paragons of Law and Good, or just perfect examples of their God's teachings? Also, my Avatar is a palidin for however much it's worth.
