I will use the aasimar race as a general base, angel kin. Saved me some work and covers most of it. Just gotta add wings and flight speed. Thinking about a set amount per day. Such as 2hr/ day per character level.
at last, the time has come. Ryazan melds rays of light together to form a bipedal figure, in much semblance to the humans, though slightly more slender, with longer ears and one large difference, his beings are all given wings, some will them to appear as that of a white bird, others, as pure shimmering light, while others adopt a more leathery type. He let's then decide their own. They also have hair of any colour, some red, some blue, even green. Though red is usully the most popular. He teaches them how to forge metal, and to wield blades and master the land. Then commands they take this knowledge and build a grand city. Centered on the edge of the plains, raising into the northern mountains fro. Where they shall spread and protect the land.

sorry, I am here, just college+ work takes up a lot of time, also have a game I am GMing that is quickly catching up with the amount of plot I had planned....
the last of my points will go into filling the northern part of the plains to border the mountain range- thing rolling hills.

As his avatar overlooks the land he has made. Ryazan sees an opportunity. He form a lake from the water at the end of the river and makes cool and sunny the last of the plains.
Man :/ two more turns and I would a had my race. Ah well.
At dawn. A radiant flash of light is seen atop sunrise peak. A bipedal form clad in armaments of light and fire with wings radiant as the dawn and a blade bright and hot as the sun is standing upon the peak. With his remaining power Ryazan will spend his last power to create a coral reef, beautiful and glistening in the sun, around the river mouth. So as to lessen the ravaging storms of the sea and make safe the edges of the river once again.

eh,it was my goal from the beginning. but had to make the plains first haha.
Ryazan will simply finish the plains, ending most of it in a rocky shore, but will raise the tallest of mountains upon the coast. a place for mine to seek wisdom and guidance, a throne among the stars forever in the radiance of the sun. A towering peak that shall line in with the sunrise if dawn, casting radiance and beauty to the plains below. This shall be my temple.
Ignoring the goingons and back-and-forths of the others, Ryazan Simple continues to extend the meadow plains I shall name them... the Sun Plains towards the east coast away from the mountains.
The race Ryazan created would be to his own liking, and his alone chance for corruption there cannot be. But for now, he will extend his will over the southeastern area, extending the plains as far across and south as possible, seeking to stretch just to the edge of the sea.
well, he intends for any race he creates to be justice and righteousness incarnate or, close to it. keepers of good/truth/justice/insert cliche goodygoody name here/ that keep the choatic/evil things at bay for others, and he doesn't want chances of that going wrong so.. he plans to take care of that himself, but for now, he will probably just continue forcing his will upon his little part of the world.
not to make myself a target, but, hey, I haven't been rolfstomped yet haha. Ryazan will also NOT be putting points into the race. He has his own agenda.
just to clarify, the plains would be farmable, just extremely fertile. haha.
