The armored man at the table leaps up and screams
"Attack the intruders! CHANGE!"
He grabs something off his belt and hurls it
Touch ATK: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Tangkefoot bag on first person through the door
The six guards suddenly morph, the loose kilts they had been wearing ripping as their skin turns grey and a fin erupts from their back. Rows of sharp teeth emerge as their faces elongate. The party faces six humanoid sharks wielding tridents.

The merchant-looking fellow heads towards the back of the room behind the advancing wereshark guards. The other fellow wearing House Akkavin colors begins an incantation

Magnus Darkenstar |

Whoops! Magnus wanted to fight, and I almost made him miss it! ;P
Hot on Felicia's heels, Magnus dashes forward. "Scuze' me shark-bait, I've got a date with yon caster!" The elf razzes as he assumes a traditional fencing stance with his hands help up and empty.
Getting a closer look at the approaching shark-guard, he makes an ugly face. "I say Old Salt, it might be time for you to retire. Looks like your getting a little long in the tooth! HAH!"
In an eyeblink, Magnus draws his rapier in a move called 'unfolding the fan' and lunges at the nearest were shark with a hasty chant,...
...,then the magic kicks in, and the Magus blurs into motion, PAST the were shark, leaving a rainbow of images in and around his buddies, ending next to the chanter wearing the House Akkavin colors. The line of rainbow images catches up to Magnus, leaving the (hopefully) surprised caster standing next to the dashing dandy.
"Nuh-Ah-Ah!" Magnus chastises the man, waving his sword in a 'no-no' gesture. "You didn't say 'Magnus May I'?" And thrusts his blade at he man,...
Sword is magic +1, Move action- enter room, Free action- Draw rapier (quick draw), Swift action-1 point to enchant additional +2(+3 total), Standard Action- Cast Bladed Dash (30' movement, no AoO's, free attack at end with Int bonus to hit, must end in free square.)
Rapier strike! (+1 Rapier, +2 Enhancement, +7 base, and +3 SPell/incident bonus= +13) 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (18) + 13 = 311d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Oh! Crit Confirm? (X2 dmg?) 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (11) + 13 = 24

Just Iz and maybe Kessel
The room erupts in a confused tangle of fighting
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22
Magnus' attack throws the caster off his invoking. His spell energy fades

Kessel Cobey |

This spell causes tall grass, weeds, and other plants to wrap around creatures in the area of effect or those that enter the area. Creatures that fail their save gain the entangled condition. Creatures that make their save can move as normal, but those that remain in the area must save again at the end of your turn. Creatures that move into the area must save immediately. Those that fail must end their movement and gain the entangled condition. Entangled creatures can attempt to break free as a move action, making a Strength or Escape Artist check. The DC for this check is equal to the DC of the spell. The entire area of effect is considered difficult terrain while the effect lasts.
If the plants in the area are covered in thorns, those in the area take 1 point of damage each time they fail a save against the entangle or fail a check made to break free. Other effects, depending on the local plants, might be possible at GM discretion.
Save DC is 14
Without a map all I can say is Kessel is trying to keep as many of those goons out of the initial fight as he can. He's trying to keep his fighters from getting swarmed.

Kessel Cobey |

Okay then, Kessel is targeting the wall at R9 and R10, with a 40ft radius spread that should hit all the unique guys, and two of the shark dudes that are near Felicia at the bottom of the map. I can't hit the one she's currently attacking, nor the other three at the top of the map. but I can attempt to entangle the better part of half the enemies in the room.

Dungeon Monkey |

Ugh. Apologies all around. I'm having a very hard time of things lately
The walls and floor erupt with grasping vines, as if the wood was returning to life
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 181d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 51d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 111d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 231d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
One of the man sharks becomes enmeshed in the vines as does the merchant-looking fellow.

Magnus Darkenstar |

"Now wait a minute! You stuttered! I heard you! Rules of interdimensional dynamics require you to re-start the incantation from the beginning or risk interspatial energetic feedback! That's as unsporting as using a claymore in a rapier duel!" Magnus sputters in rage.
I got confused. i thought he already failed that check? :/ Just let me know when it's Magnus turn again. He has a few tricks up his puffy sleeves. ;)

Magnus Darkenstar |

That it has my friend,, that it has. :) Reposting the relative part here,...
The room erupts in a confused tangle of fighting
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22
Magnus' attack throws the caster off his invoking. His spell energy fades
The total difference is only one point. Which makes all the difference in a save I guess! ;)

Magnus Darkenstar |

Lol! Or not. (If lack of stats makes him an easier target?) ;P I think it's just been a long week for everyone. (AT least me and you. But I'm willing to give the others the benefit of the doubt) ;)
If I'm reading your previous round/action list right, I think we're just waiting on Isk's action for this round? Then we can move onto the next? I just don't want to jump rounds, too easy to get confused. ;P

Izkrael |

Izkrael attacks the closest shark-man.
attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
damage: 1d10 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
(Izkrael's blade is not magical. sorry for my abscence, work is kicking my butt lately. And I will stick around as long as you need us to Pat, though I may temporarily get tied up at points also.)

OK. I am now working on setting up this cluster. I think Iz has to go. My windows update ate my Photoshop and I don't have the disk unpacked :/ We're going to have to wing this to get through. If I make a glaring error please point it out to me

Magnus Darkenstar |

Apologies, been busy, catching up! I have been re-reading some things, but I think this all works as I want it too. If not, just correct me! :)
Oh hey! Your shark fight link above still works for me!
Magnus grins, his rapier blade still pointing at the caster. He glances over at the were-sharks nearby.
"Hmph. That simply will never do. Excuse me, hold this for a moment will you?"
And quick as a flash, Magnus draws the shining longsword from where it hangs on his back and tosses it at the man.
But instead of falling, or sailing past the mage, the well-crafted longsword hangs in the air, lazily spinning.
"Oh dear, forgive my manners. Meet my magical sparring partner. He'll keep you company while I attend to your companions. THEN you and I can pick up where we left off, alright?" And the longsword suddenly begins moving with swift & deadly intent, slashing at the wizard,...
Free action, quick draw longsword. Swift action, activate Animate Weapon Arcana. (Includes designating target as free action, range of 100', etc),
Longsword attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 201d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
As the longsword menaces the mage, Magnus steps to the side to admire the action, holds up his now-empty left hand,... "Now you see me!" he crows, snaps his fingers, and Vanishes.
"And now you don't!" Comes the dandy's disembodied voice.
Standard action: cast Vanish
Concentration Check:vs DC17 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Followed by MOVE action to better position for color spraying the sharks next round! I'm thinking K,14?

Turning to look at the spell caster, Citlali extents a hand, gesturing with the other as she projectes the silence with which she has lived most of her life upon the wizard.
