Which way are they headed DM? Back to Mos Eisely? I can comm my allies as to the direction teh rest are heading once I am clear on where that is!

HP 29/29 | Force 5 | F 14 R 19* W 14 Human Brash Pilot/Scoundrel 3

Getting sucked down by the draining water and being thrown onto the sandy ground in a rush was a new experience. Rufus gets up, coughing and sputtering as the baking Tatooine suns begin the drying process.

He holsters his blaster as he observes the plume of smoke. "Hopefully that's our boy Gotal. I think we've got a direction, other than this Arno person."

He'll look around quickly at the outbuildings surrounding the silo, to see if there are any forms of transportation available. If not, he'll begin a conservative trot in the direction of the wreck, thankful that his soaking will be a buffer against the desert heat for a short while.

Yes they were headed back to Mos Eisley the same directly that Rufus and Kagore are headed back. They will run right past the wreck you made :)

Kagor and Rufus make it to the wreck before Mos Eisley. The 2 drivers unfortunately did not survive the crash.

(Gotal do you stay at the wreck or continue to chase?)

Male HP 23/30 | R 13, F 12, W 15 | DT 12 | Per +9 | FP 4/5 | DP 1/1 | DSP 1 Umbaran Jedi

Gotal will comm his allies, "They are heading back to Mos Eisley, I was able to slow down a few but some are still headed back. I will stop and question survivors if there are any".

Gotal stops at the wreck to see if any of them survived and question them as to where they were headed within Mos Eisley.

Gotal

You did a fine job with the wreck it caused so much damage that both drivers are dead! You look back in the distance and see the water pouring out of the building where your friends went and them coming out toward your direction soaking wet.

HP 29/29 | Force 5 | F 14 R 19* W 14 Human Brash Pilot/Scoundrel 3

Rufus checks the status of the two dead drivers, then decides to check the state of the speeders, to see if either one is functional.

"Your handiwork?" he asks as he gets close enough to survey the destruction.

Repulsorlift Repair: 2d6 + 1 ⇒ (4, 6) + 1 = 11

You may be able to repair one but will take some time and resources for the parts to replace that got destroyed.

Static Defenses:
Dodge: 18 Block: 18 Parry: 12 Soak: 12(18)

Kagore keeps jogging back toward Mos Eisley, trusting that Gotel could stay alive til they could get back to him.

Male HP 23/30 | R 13, F 12, W 15 | DT 12 | Per +9 | FP 4/5 | DP 1/1 | DSP 1 Umbaran Jedi

Can all of us fit onto the speeder I have to speed up the trip to Mos Eisely?

The speed Gotal hijacked is big enough to fit all 3 of you and would definitely be faster route back to the city.

Where do you wish to go as the Bounty Hunters are long gone by now, the ones that survived.

Static Defenses:
Dodge: 18 Block: 18 Parry: 12 Soak: 12(18)

Do I have a way to contact Labria?

Kagore gets into the speeder as they make their way back toward the city. "We need to ask around to find Arno. Labria might know or we could check with the cantina. We don't know how much the bounty hunters know so we just have to hope Arno can stay safe until we can find him."

HP 29/29 | Force 5 | F 14 R 19* W 14 Human Brash Pilot/Scoundrel 3

Rufus hops into the speeder and waves Gotal away from the controls. He runs a quick check over the speeder's capabilities before pushing it to the red in an effort to regain some time on the bounty hunters.

"So back to the city? All right. Hold on tight, I'm not turning around for anyone."

Repulsorlift Ops: 5d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 5, 2, 2) = 16
wild: 1d6 ⇒ 5 =21

Rufus finds a way to get extra juice out of the speed and the three of you take off toward the city. None of you know of any way to contact Labria other than where you met him near the Cantina so maybe heading to the Cantina is your best bet! It's dark by time you get back and make it to the Cantina. Night time in Mos Eisley is not a pleasant place. Lot of scum, villains and bounty hunters roaming around.

Before you make it to the Cantina a young boy waves your speeder down and you have to stop else you would run him straight over. He's covered in sand and dirt and holds out a letter to Rufus (since he's driving).

[i]"Old Arno wants to meet with you tonight at the Cantina. He got some important information concerning somebody named Tallon."[/b]

Static Defenses:
Dodge: 18 Block: 18 Parry: 12 Soak: 12(18)

"Seems we are on the right track. Lets hurry to the cantina and be on the lookout for an ambush by those Bounty Hunters." Kagore leans back in the speeder rubbing his sore muscles. He was getting too old for this, letting some second rate bounty hunter scum get the drop on them despite checking for ambushes prior to the going into the meeting a short while ago.

Male HP 23/30 | R 13, F 12, W 15 | DT 12 | Per +9 | FP 4/5 | DP 1/1 | DSP 1 Umbaran Jedi

Gotal nods to Kagore, "So it seems. Perhaps we should separate again in case such an occurrence takes place again? They far outnumber us it seems".

Unless you state otherwise Rufus makes his way to the Cantina parking the speeder nearby.

You make your way into the cantina and it's buzzing, even more so than it was the day before Gotal.

How do you want to go about trying to find Arno?

HP 29/29 | Force 5 | F 14 R 19* W 14 Human Brash Pilot/Scoundrel 3

Rufus puts the speeder in a position good for a quick getaway in case it's needed, then hops out.

"I don't suppose anyone knows what Arno looks like? I guess we'll have to ask around, or wait to see if he knows us."

Static Defenses:
Dodge: 18 Block: 18 Parry: 12 Soak: 12(18)

"We need to play this smart but splitting up when we are trying to protect and meet Arno will split our strength. We'll scan the room when we enter, Arno will signal us when he sees us. If he can hire a kid to find us and tell us where to meet he can tell us where to go in the cantina. We also need to keep an eye out for the bounty hunters, especially that one in Mandalorian armor."

Kagore checks his blaster on hyis hip and puts his coat around him as he walks toward the cantina, scanning back and forth for any bounty hunters or their speeder.

You wait for about an hour when you notice your old friend Labria walk into the cantina. He appears to be in good spirit all smiles and good cheer.

Static Defenses:
Dodge: 18 Block: 18 Parry: 12 Soak: 12(18)

Kagore will attempt to walk up to him without spooking him and place a hand on his shoulder. "Hello Labria. Just the man I was looking for. Come...have a seat with my friends and I."

HP 29/29 | Force 5 | F 14 R 19* W 14 Human Brash Pilot/Scoundrel 3

Rufus looks up from his Tatooine Sunrise drink he'd been nursing and extends a hand out for a greeting. "Hello," he says.

Male HP 23/30 | R 13, F 12, W 15 | DT 12 | Per +9 | FP 4/5 | DP 1/1 | DSP 1 Umbaran Jedi

Gotal merely nods. He keeps an eye out for the Bounty Hunter Procurer he met earlier in the day. Perhaps he may know something based on recent developments.

"My friends — hiccup! — I am truly sorry about what happened to poor Slag. But I have located — burp! — Old Arno. He’ll be here — hic! — shortly to meet with you"

Everyone make Moderate (15) Perception rolls.

Kagor you notice a small, furry alien idle up to the bar near your group and Labria and the Cantina appears to be quieter.

Static Defenses:
Dodge: 18 Block: 18 Parry: 12 Soak: 12(18)

Kagore turns to look at the furry alien. "Arno?"

Labria stands shakily, pointing at your group.

He yells out "These are the hunters that — hic! — Slag wanted to
meet! You can begin — burp! — the attack!"

With that, you hear an evil laugh as numerous blaster safeties click to the ready. The band abruptly stops playing. Six bounty hunters point their blasters as your group and Labria and the small fury alien hoists himself onto the table.

You can hear the barkeep who is ducked under the table yelling "No blasters! No blasters!"

The short hair alien says "Money is tight, my friends. Competition bad for all. You understand, yes? Don’t be mad with Puggles. This is just
business."

Please roll init!

bh4 = 6

You see the short hairy alien duck behind the bar before the shooting starts.

Rufus up first!

HP 29/29 | Force 5 | F 14 R 19* W 14 Human Brash Pilot/Scoundrel 3

Rufus upends the table they're sitting at to give them some cover against the incoming hail of blaster fire.

"Hey! You heard the man! No blasters! Don't you understand Basic?" he shouts from behind his makeshift cover, although he doesn't mention that he's drawn his own.

bh4 takes a shot and hits Labria and the strange alien falls to the ground.

Gotal up!

Static Defenses:
Dodge: 18 Block: 18 Parry: 12 Soak: 12(18)

I assume you meant BH5?

Male HP 23/30 | R 13, F 12, W 15 | DT 12 | Per +9 | FP 4/5 | DP 1/1 | DSP 1 Umbaran Jedi

Gotal considers his options and takes a knee behind the table that Rufus upended. Taking cover. As much as he would like to use his lightsaber, in a place this crowded the idea is simply foolish.

Instead he attempts to use the force in a somewhatmore subtle way.

Telekenesis. Rip a Blaster from one of the Bounty Hunters Hands and throw it across the room. DC East Object weighs one to ten KG. I will choose one of the BH that has not fired yet this round.

Alter 3d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 3) = 13

Yes BH5 sorry.

Gotal reaches out to the force and you see the blasters fly from BH2's hand across the room a bit and he looks shocked at what just happened.

BH2 scrambles to try and find his blaster.

BH1/BH3/BH6 do the same as Rufus and overturns a table to take cover.

Kagor is up!

Static Defenses:
Dodge: 18 Block: 18 Parry: 12 Soak: 12(18)

Kagore thinking fast moves to a different cover then the table that would put them all together in one highly targetable area. As he moves he draws his blaster pistol and takes a shot at BH4.

Blaster Skill: 5d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 5, 5, 6) = 18
Blaster Pistol Damage: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 4, 3) = 14

Kagors shot strikes true to the one BH that didn't move fast enough to find cover and he drops to the ground.

Round 2
Rufus = 14 (cover)
bh5 = 14
Gotal = 12 (cover)
bh2 = 12 (scrambling to find weapon)
bh1 = 11 (cover)
bh3 = 11 (cover)
bh6 = 11 (cover)
Kagor = 8 (cover)

All cover is +2 difficulty to shoot for dodge TN. If you roll at least half the amount to hit you would hit the cover and damage it.

Rufus up!

HP 29/29 | Force 5 | F 14 R 19* W 14 Human Brash Pilot/Scoundrel 3

"All right, but you started it!" Rufus yells as he takes a shot from around his makeshift cover at the bounty hunter trying to find a weapon.

Blaster: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 6, 5) = 16
Damage: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 5, 1) = 14

Rufus blasts another Bounty Hunter who's popped his head up taking him out! (will say BH5)

Gotal is up!

Male HP 23/30 | R 13, F 12, W 15 | DT 12 | Per +9 | FP 4/5 | DP 1/1 | DSP 1 Umbaran Jedi

Round 2

Gotal will once again use the Force to disarm one of the BH.

Alter 3d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 1) = 6

The force is not so strong with you this time and unable to call upon it's powers to do what you wish.

BH2 perception: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 4) + 2 = 10
The unarmed bounty hunter still hunts for his weapon as the crowd is dispersing at an alarming rate as blaster fire goes off.

BH1 Blaster: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 3, 5) = 15
wild: 1d6 ⇒ 5
damage: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 5, 5) = 14
BH1 take a wild shot at Kagore and strikes true but his armor is able to absorb the blast!

BH3 Blaster: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 2, 4) = 12
BH3 takes a wild shot at Rufus but misses due to cover!

BH6 Blaster: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 3, 6) = 14
damage: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 2, 3) = 10
BH1 take a wild shot at Gotal and strikes true but his armor is able to absorb the blast!

Kagor is up!

Static Defenses:
Dodge: 18 Block: 18 Parry: 12 Soak: 12(18)

Kagore grits his teeth as the blaster hits him, somehow his armor taking the brunt of the blow. Still he can't rely on his armor to save him from another lucky shot so he pops out from behind the cover firing off two shots as he spins to another bit of cover. He primarily aims at BH who have weapons out and are shooting, perhaps at the few who hit him or and ally last turn.

Action #1 attack: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 4, 6) = 13
Action #1 Damage: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 6, 2) = 10

Action #2 attack: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 2, 1) = 8
Action #2 attack: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 4, 5) = 17

Male HP 23/30 | R 13, F 12, W 15 | DT 12 | Per +9 | FP 4/5 | DP 1/1 | DSP 1 Umbaran Jedi

GM, can you let us know when all of the civilians have fled the Cantina?

The first blaster shot from Kagor hits but doesn't seem to drop the enemy and the second one goes a little wide.

Not sure why you did 2 attack #2's

This place is really crowded so will take a long time to completely empty :)

Round 3
Rufus = 14 (cover)
Gotal = 12 (cover)
bh2 = 12 (scrambling to find weapon)
bh1 = 11 (cover - injured)
bh3 = 11 (cover)
bh6 = 11 (cover)
Kagor = 8 (cover)

Rufus up

HP 29/29 | Force 5 | F 14 R 19* W 14 Human Brash Pilot/Scoundrel 3

Rufus winces as the blaster bolt hits his cover. He tries popping out from the opposite side from the last time, to keep the bounty hunters from drawing a bead on him. He snaps off a shot at the first bounty hunter and retreats back under cover.

blaster: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 3, 4) = 15
wild: 1d6 ⇒ 4
damage: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 3, 2) = 7

The shot hits one of the BH but doesn't drop him.

Gotal you up again!

Male HP 23/30 | R 13, F 12, W 15 | DT 12 | Per +9 | FP 4/5 | DP 1/1 | DSP 1 Umbaran Jedi

Round 3

Gotal grimaces as he knows he cannot use his lightsaber in a place still this crowded, instead he opts to continue to try and disarm his foes.

Alter 3d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 3) = 8
