OK lets start.:)
Your group is a group of new Pathfinders sent to investigate the dissapearance of Hieronimus Bosch, also a Pathfinder, who was last seen entering the underground ruins..........
Hunt For Hieronimus :Encounter 1
The group enters on the pathway at O-19.And is about to enter the ruins. If you post your location on the map or movement , you write :I'm in O-17, or move from B-11 to B-7.We always will be on a battlemap for this game,so full combat mode roll initiative right away. Then take turns.Godspeed Guys.:)

Sleet Storm |

Shiro and Van Olaf feel a faint ripple in the ground below them sensing the creatures below them. Before they can warn their Party members the ground cracks open showering them in a rain of dirt and dust.
Two tremendously sizeable , almost scorpion-like creatures emerge.Hissing at them and ready to attack
Monster 1 (Position M-N 11-12, yes its large sized:))
Initiative 1d20 ⇒ 20
Monster 2 (Position H-I 17-18)
Initiative 1d20 ⇒ 3
Van Olaf and Shiro recognized the threat and act normally, Jake and Rotton are surprised and only get a move or a standard action and are flatfooted, they also automatically act last .Shiro`s turn is next.

Delsir |

sorry...been busy a bit
From wherever Delsir is (I assume a bit behind the others), he chooses the one that's farthest away as his favored opponent and takes a 5' step toward it, defensive at the moment.
Please let me know where I'm starting, as I didn't get a previous post in.
Wait...am I not in the group?

Jake the Brawler |

Probably screwing myself by saying this, but Jake is at M14, which would put him right in front of Shiro (as in between Shiro and Monster 1). No big deal if the monster has reach, but if it doesn't, it's either provoking an attack of opportunity from Jake or attacking Jake.
Jake breathes a sigh of relief. He wasn't expecting underground, seemingly unintelligent creatures.

Damned sorry but its very hectic right now I'm constantly running to my router to look whats wrong. Having connectivity problems alot lately but its pretty bad right now. Rectified my mistake.

Sleet Storm |

OK just to sum up Monster 1 missed Jake, Van Olaf hit Monster 2 for 16 damage. Monster 2 is up.
The second monstrosity ,hisses in pain as Van Olafs blade cuts its carapace open. Bringing distance between itself and the mad human it lifts its hind legs and releases a torrent of acidic bile.
Five foot step back to H-I 18-19 then attacks with acid
4d4 ⇒ (4, 3, 2, 4) = 13
13 damage for Van Olaf DC 14 reflex for half

Sleet Storm |

Rotton's turn, but he's surprised and can only take a move or swift action.
Thing is, he's perfectly situated as far as he's concerned, so he takes no actions.
Rotton pulls out three pinches of colorful sand from one of his labeled mini-pouches.
No sorry you can take a move or a standard action but you act after Monster 2

** spoiler omitted **
13 damage for Van Olaf DC 14 reflex for half
bloodragers have uncanny dodge
reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
...not that it matters in this case

Rotton the Wizzard |

Rotton's turn! All non-surprised PCs and monsters have gone.
Rotton pulls out three pinches of colorful sand from one of his labeled mini-pouches. He silently thanks monster 2 for backing away from Van Olaf. That makes things easier for him.
Rotton tries to shout out the incantation for Color Spray but loses it halfway through, barely getting the rest out through a coughing fit. He tries to aim at his eyes, but knowing his aim...
Color Spray, Will save DC 16, monster 2 is caught in the cone. Effects vary based on Hit Dice, so I can't roll for durations.

Rotton the Wizzard |

I can't "shift" as I'm restricted to a single action.
Rotton opens his hand and snow appears in it. He silently thanks monster 2 for backing away from Van Olaf. That makes things easier for him.
Rotton tries to shout out the incantation for Snowball but loses it halfway through, barely getting the rest out through a coughing fit. He tries to aim at his underside, but knowing his aim...
"Ha! Olaf, take revenge!"
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
5d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 1, 2, 1) = 9
Ranged touch attack at +4. If he hits, the monster must make a Fort DC 18 save or be staggered one turn.

Jake the Brawler |

Jake spots a weakness in the beast's movements. It raises its softer underside up.
Jake is also surprised and only has one action, so he tries to trip the thing. Target is monster 1.
1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15
I can't seem to label my dice. Trying that breaks the template, somehow.

1d20+10

If you want to label your dice just write it before the roll not into the brackets.
Jake finds out that tripping a multilegged monster of this size is rarely succesfull and sometimes risky, instead of the monster it is he who lands on his back.
You failed this trip attempt by 10 or more and are knocked prone

Sleet Storm |

OK Summary:Shiro cast Aid on himself, Van Olaf Hit Monster 2 for 15 damage,Monster 2 caused 13 damage to van Olaf, Rotton missed his snowball, Jake fumbled his trip attempt and is prone, Monster 1 missed Jake, and Delsir chose Monster 2 as his favoured target.
SECOND ROUND :Shiro is up. SURPRISE ROUND IS OVER EVERYBODY ACTS IN INTIATIVE ORDER FROM NOW ON

Delsir |

Delsir wrote:Ah sorry I thought you already had a turn,... very well then.Sleet Storm wrote:Not sure what you mean, yes you have chosen a favoured target, and since everyone already had their weapon drawn you have yours drawn as well.It takes a move action to set a favored target.
You started me with a surprise round, which is cool. I got Init 12, if you wanted that...so it's all I get this time.

Jake the Brawler |

:( It's getting close to midnight where I am (EST). I'll finish round 2, but then I'll have to go. I was hoping to do the first encounter.
I think we should all decide when we can game tomorrow. I'm available from 11 AM to 4 PM EST.

Jake the Brawler |

It's been half an hour, so there must be an internet problem. I hope we can game tomorrow. I had a similar internet problem a few months ago, right when I got a job where I needed the internet. Good thing that got fixed.

Sleet Storm |

Van Olafs second attack skewers through the side of Monster 2 and it collapses with a high pitched screeching noise, but still twitching and secreting acid from its mandibles.Shiro manages thrust his Longspear between Monster 1 armored hide.
Monster 1 tries to capitalize on Jakes predicament and snaps at him,...
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
2d6 + 4 + 1d4 ⇒ (6, 3) + 4 + (1) = 14
...but misses, before seeking shelter by burrowing in the ground.
Monster 1 burrows underground wich provokes AoO's from both Shiro and Jake ,Jake takes a -4 to his attack roll for being prone.
