Xenobia looks at the books and sees they are of all sorts of topics from daemonology to humanoid physiology and no few magic tomes.
As Flinders removes a book and flips through them, he sees a shocking dark and morbid theme to the pictures and contents contained within. Also contained are scrawled notes filling most of the spare space in the margins. To fully get a grasp of this would require time and some skill. Appraise, Heal, Knowledge (arcana, planes, or religion), Linguistics, or Profession (merchant), any of those will do.
To Cairo's inquiry, the wall responds
A dreadful beast you should hope never to meet. Should you meet it, I suggest you forget your prayers of deliverance and simply run. Thurl is a fool to think he can trust him. Now if you shall excuse me, I have some other business waiting impatiently.
Cairo.

Cairo frowns as Aslynn excuses himself. He soon joins the others in the library to look at some books.
Heal: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
Arcana: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27

The DC was only 22, haha.
The first thing Cairo realizes as he himself starts flipping through the books is that Thurl has experimented for years in the creation of Abyssal hybrids — dissecting demon corpses, sewing pieces back together, soldering and animating them with essence derived from Abyssal larvae, and often discarding imperfect creations. Annotations and notes scattered across a dozen volumes reference how he has “devised a technique to rival the creative power of Lamashtu’s womb,” “gone beyond the limited theories he purchased from Aslynn,” and even “discovered how to harness the power of the marilith.”
In addition, the ledgers seem to track fluctuations in the price of larvae, the souls of those condemned to the Abyss, which the PCs recognize as valuable planar trade goods. In fact, the texts indicate that Thurl actively participated in the larvae trade.
Reading all of this and coming to this point takes 30 minutes.

"Who? What? Well, Thurl is seeming worse by the minute, what! Say, think we have enough evidence from here now, what? There were some doors beyond the larvae."

Cairo goes through the hall of larvae again. After the discoveries in the library and the circle, Valais has a paler palour to her skin... well, skins. "I am just... an experiment... no value... just another... experiment... Am I nothing more than one of these... these..." Her words fail as she stops, looking at one of the larvae. "I'm a Pathfinder. I am. Right?"
Cairo opens the door, a large chamber lying beyond. The popping and fizzing of bubbling liquid echoes throughout this rectangular chamber. To the west, a platform towers fifteen feet over the rest of the room. A steel grate extends from this platform like a bridge to a large metal cauldron suspended by rusty chains above the floor. Steep steps descend around support pillars to the level below and a pair of iron doors to the east.
F: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14

1: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (5) - 1 = 4
2: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16
As everyone enters the room, however, there is a disturbance in the pot up ahead as two odd-looking creatures rise up from the cauldron.
F: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20

Assuming Henry would have come through in the first line of people.
"Ho! What? Waman, my lance! Sound the charge! Ha!" The halfling and his sauropod go bounding over the steel grating.

"Honestly, if you can keep your attitude up as good as you have up until now, I'm pretty sure you could still be more diplomatic than most of the goons I've been on missions with. Life's all about attitude."

Sen notes Flinder's observation while cursing the inconvenient distance. "Right. That sounds bad, given how excited you are." Sen moves to the square parallel to the Nethys cleric on the opposite side of the hall, drawing both katana and wakazashi.

Sen moves into position.
Xenobia raises a blessing on her partymates.
Flinders catches one of the creatures with an arrow while Henry charges the other.
Both of the beasts float back across the surface of the liquid by 5 feet, dipping their hands into the cauldron as they pass. They both throw a glob of the bubbling liquid at Henry.
Glob from 1!: 1d20 + 12 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (7) + 12 - 2 - 2 = 15 vs Touch AC
4d4 ⇒ (2, 1, 3, 2) = 8 fire damage.

Don't forget, Flinders cast Heroism on Henry and Sen.
Attack: 1d20 + 6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 2 + 1 = 10

Flinders fires another arrow at the southern creature, but his flies wide!

So I think all my damage has been healed.
"Foul beast! By Shelyn, you'll come down!"
Using a challenge on the first demon (+4 dmg) and having Indy advance a step so I can reach him over the vat with my lance.
+1 Greenwood Lance power attack, heroism: 1d20 + 9 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 9 - 2 + 2 = 19
damage, challenge: 1d6 + 4 + 4 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 + 4 + 4 = 16
AC -2 against the second demon (at least until the first one is gone). My order ability only gives me a bonus to attack if I use a standard to offer surrender so no attack bonus for this fight.
Edit: I keep forgetting Heroism.

Henry lashes out with his lance, but now that the monsters are ready he misses.
The first beast withdraws up to the ceiling to set 25 feet above the floor (10 above the platform). He starts eyeballing Henry with a devious intent.
Meanwhile, the second eidolon full attacks Henry. Starts with a sting before stepping in to finish up close and personal.
Sting: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 11 - 2 = 29
Confirm: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 11 - 2 = 17

Ok, header updated. I'm now at 31/40.
Henry drops his lance for Waman to pick up later and draws his longsword on the beast, directing Indy to attack as well.
Indy:
tail power attack: 1d20 + 5 - 1 ⇒ (16) + 5 - 1 = 20
damage: 2d4 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (3, 1) + 2 + 2 = 8
Henry:

Fort: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18

Sen steps toward the creature and and swings his dual blades, focusing his might into an additional swing!
All include Heroism, TWF penalty
Katana: 1d20 + 4 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 4 - 2 + 2 = 121d8 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
Katana (Ki haste-like attack): 1d20 + 4 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 4 - 2 + 2 = 91d8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Wakizashi: 1d20 + 4 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 4 - 2 + 2 = 111d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
And likely fails to connect even once!

Flinders moves up and begins spewing insults at the creatures. "YOu sorry excuses for familiars. What are you abominations anyways!"
Intimidate: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (4) + 13 = 17
Move up and cast Blistering Invective. Probably not with that roll.

Cairo blesses the party, but it's not enough for Sen and Henry to hit. Xenobia readies her crossbow and Flinders shouts at the beasts. They appear taken aback, but they seem to rather enjoy the fire damage inflicted, so they don't even bother trying to avoid catching on fire. Indeed, they welcome it!
The first eidolon will swoop down attacking Henry from reach above him.
Sting: 1d20 + 11 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 11 - 2 - 2 = 15
He misses and keeps flying past.
The second full attacks on Henry reserving the sting for Sen.
Claw 1: 1d20 + 11 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 11 - 2 - 2 = 27
Confirm: 1d20 + 11 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 11 - 2 - 2 = 27
Damage: 2d3 + 4 ⇒ (1, 3) + 4 = 8 plus2d6 ⇒ (4, 6) = 10 fire damage.
Claw 2: 1d20 + 11 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (17) + 11 - 2 - 2 = 24
Damage: 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 plus1d6 ⇒ 3 fire damage.
Bite: 1d20 + 11 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 11 - 2 - 2 = 22

And on Sen:
Sting: 1d20 + 11 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 11 - 2 - 2 = 26
Damage: 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5 plus1d6 ⇒ 4 fire damage plus Fortitude save for Poison.
So if I do my math right, that's 18 to Henry and 15 to Xenobia.

Sen: 1d4 ⇒ 1
As Cairo starts summoning, Sen feels his strength waver slightly, but not enough to truly affect him yet (1 pt Str damage).
Henry and Flinders attack their targets, but only Indy and Flinders manage to land a strike on them.
Bite: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 11 - 2 = 23
Damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5 plus1d6 ⇒ 3 fire damage
The first beasty flies towards Sen to clamp on Sen's arm, its spittle burning nearly as much as the teeth, before tearing away and flying back to the lower room beyond. And we'll need another Fort save for poison, DC 15 or another 1d4 Str damage.
The second know's it's full attack time, but this time targets the dino that hurt it.
Claw 1: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (17) + 11 - 2 = 26

Mounted Combat to negate Claw 2:

Being the trained cavalier that he is, Henry is able to guide Indy away from one of the demon's attacks.
18 dmg to Indy, putting him at 8/26
Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Enraged that this thing would attack his dinosaur, Henry attacks back. "What! Ho! Leave Indy alone, you bastard!"

Edit: sorry, forgot it 5' stepped away.
Retcon:
Henry backs his dino up, hoping someone else can heal him, while he drops his sword and pulls out his bow, shooting the one who just hurt his dino.
Mwk Composite Longbow (+1 Str): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Not sure if any of his tricks (attack, come, defend, down, guard, and heel) would allow this, but if possible Henry commands Indy to go total defense.

Cairo finishes his spell, a glowing ball of light appears. It fires off two beams of light at #1!.
Lantern Archon, it'll be 20 feet above #1 which means the eidolons need to make will saves DC 13 versus it's Aura of Menace or they can enjoy a -2 to attacks, AC, and saves.

Pew!: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
1d6 ⇒ 1
Note, these are versus touch and overcome DR of any type.

The following rain of shuriken from Sen has slightly better luck as one of them nicks the beast where it stands in the air.
