SO this should be fun. Final line up is 3 melee and 3 ranged magic. Should be interesting indeed. lot of hard hitters too. I really hope this ends up somewhat balanced, even if you guys end up steamrolling a bit.
She was a saint. Too bad the owlbear wasn't a religious soul but at least she gifted it with her holy touch before the end. The cloak we made from its pelt never did keep the rain out afterward though.

All finished up here and not sure on the PFS front. Does it involve adhering to the normal PFS rules with regards to what is allowed for purposes of character choices and equipment? If so, probably not.

Yeah, that sounds about right. So really all I'd need is your PFS number and at the end of each book I gove you a chronicle all nicely filled out.

Sweet. Looks like everyone's accounted for then. All I need now is a PC and we can get started. So in about an hour or so, expect the gameplay head to be open.
Looks like Demona and Arthrax are both Saranrae-worshippers without being clergy. Would you like to have them be acquaintances or friends? I said in Demona's backstory that she studied in Absalom, but that was just a place I picked out, and it's easy enough to say it was wherever Arthrax was.
Arthrax could even be hired protection that Demona's mother has paid to escort them safely back to the Holds of Belkzen.
It's all up to you guys. Its your backstories to create and if you want to weave other player backstories together so it doesn't feel so much like you all got shoehorned together, go for it. And actually, i think Arthrax has an issue with Sarenrae worshipers.
Well, Demona wouldn't. I can't vouch for Gruzel, her orcish mother, who's along for the trip and a fervent devout of Sarenrae (though not clergy herself).
But she's just for colour in the opening, and won't be along for the trip to Irrisen (I assume, though who knows if GM Sigma wants to use her for something else).

A quick google search of chocolate bar names and "fire" turns up either Hunger Games or weed bars, so I went with a Canadian Classic, Coffee Crisp.

yikes, we're really going and Merisiel has yet to post in the gameplay. I'd hate to have to shoehorn her into the woods or something if we keep going at this pace, its already going to be a bit difficult.
hrm... Merisiel if you see this before you post, how do you feel about being one of the healers attending to Yuln (the noblewoman's bodyguard)? I know your a hedge witch so healing would be up your ally i think. Just an idea though to get your character introduced, if you have your own go for it.

the way i see ability scores, int is book smarts wis is street smarts aka common sense. the lower the wis, the more brash they act without thinking things through.

Sounds right to me. She has a 12 Wisdom, too, but she's also playful, vivacious, and has the crude upbringing of an orcish heritage where the humour is bound to be a bit low brow. :)

they're really lax here. So long as I don't ignore any patrons in need of help I'm good. Next week however i start a new job and won't be around a computer during work hours anymore. I'll be bringing my laptop for longer breaks but all i'll have for most of the time is my cell. Still don't know my schedule, gonna have to call and figure it out. You guys are on my list of people to tell when i find it out so you can get an idea of how my posting habits will be changing.

Alright, this coming monday expect radio silence from me. I got orientation in the morning for my new job and then I'm expected there afterwards (orientation is in downtown and my actual employment location is in the outskirts of the county. Fun). All and all don't expect anything from me until monday night at which time I'll hopefully have a work schedule and you all will know when to expect posts from me.
Anyone oppose using the discussion thread like a chat room as well as a game discussion? I always try to do that in my other pbps but they always stick to game related stuff.
