Male Silvanesti Elf Wizard (5)/Wizard of High Sorcery (10)/Archmage (5)

I am assuming that Amren is attacking the yeth hound that is after him.

The half elf hits but again not as hard as one would think.

Lokien your hit finally takes out the yeth hound.

Male Silvanesti Elf Wizard (5)/Wizard of High Sorcery (10)/Archmage (5)

Pally's turn.

Very good blow.

Total Defense adds how much to your AC?

Male Silvanesti Elf Wizard (5)/Wizard of High Sorcery (10)/Archmage (5)

AC 23 then.

Male Silvanesti Elf Wizard (5)/Wizard of High Sorcery (10)/Archmage (5)

The dog attacking Calin is looking beat up but not too badly. The dog attacking the halfling is not looking bad at all.

Male Silvanesti Elf Wizard (5)/Wizard of High Sorcery (10)/Archmage (5)

Round 4: The party has been able to rally. After several rounds of smacking the yeth hounds around, the dwarves were able to dispatch one of the yeth hounds. The one attacking Calin, who is still prone, has been hurt but the damage does not look to be much. The same is true of the yeth hound that is attacking the halfling.

The elf is stable while Garridan is still running in terror.

Begin Round 5.

Amren maintains total defense until an ally can come to his aid. He doesn't ask for anyone to help because he's confident he can evade the thing until someone can distract it long enough for him to strike a vital organ or six.

Male Silvanesti Elf Wizard (5)/Wizard of High Sorcery (10)/Archmage (5)

Garridan finally regains control of his senses! Deeply ashamed, he turns and begins running back to his comrades as fast as he can!!!!

Double movement back towards comrades! It'll take me 4 rounds to get back... You guys can skip my actions until we get to round 8... if combat makes it that far.

Casting a glance behind him to see how the halfling is faring, Jarkralzak again strikes the beast harassing the prone half-elf.

You could just take the run action. I believe it is a lot faster than a double move.

Run Action:

You can run as a full-round action. If you do, you do not also get a 5-foot step. When you run, you can move up to four times your speed in a straight line (or three times your speed if you're in heavy armor). You lose any Dexterity bonus to AC unless you have the Run feat.

You can run for a number of rounds equal to your Constitution score, but after that you must make a DC 10 Constitution check to continue running. You must check again each round in which you continue to run, and the DC of this check increases by 1 for each check you have made. When you fail this check, you must stop running. A character who has run to his limit must rest for 1 minute (10 rounds) before running again. During a rest period, a character can move no faster than a normal move action.

You can't run across difficult terrain or if you can't see where you're going.

A run represents a speed of about 13 miles per hour for an unencumbered human.

Male Varisian 2nd level Monk | HP 20/20 | AC 16 | T 16 | FF 12 | CMD 20 | Fort +5 | Ref +7 | Will +2 | Init +4 | Perc +7 | Sense Motive +6

Only problem with the Run action is that it has to be in a straight line... Otherwise that would be awesome, Amren!

Male Half elf Male Half Elf Fighter 20 AC , touch 12, flat-footed 18 HP 17/24, Initiative +2

Crying out in pain he redoubles his effort to end the beast mauling him. Die already you damnable foul beast!
