Merisiel best bet is to stab the red one Ezren just blasted (if its still standing) and then back up between Raz and Ezren so Merisiel is not stood next to one. Other option is to try use acrobatics to get behind one but strong chance that will open you up to two attacks and if one hits then good chance Merisiel drops where she is taking fire damage from both

Ezren Sadly Ghiks ice armour tends to melt when fire damageis being dished out

GM as both are equally close to Ezren I have chosen red as the one he hit with magic missile

I started with a free action (speak) and was debating my next move, likely to hide behind raz and throw a dagger to at least distance myself. I was wanting party input since this is new to me. Do I not get my actions this round since i had higher initiative?

In a face to face game we would have stopped and given you your options. However in PBP the more usual convention is that turns go off in post order as 99 times out of 100 it makes no difference. Trust us to find the one time in a hundred it does in your first game. Given those rolls you are staggered I suggest your move action is to step away

Raz looks very much weakened, though her doggie is doing pretty well, all things considered. Raz decides to go for broke and try her best to take the skeleton out quickly. She swings her sword once more...

But she misses, then slumps over in her doggie-saddle. Was at 0 HP, then performed an action that made her pass out.

Valeros's blade slams into the remaining skeleton, but it seems that swords don't do as much to bones.

The skeleton claws twice at Valeros in anger.

Probably because of his ragged condition, he is unable to connect with either one.

Ghik raises his hand upwards and calls out ”By Pharasma’s grace” A barely perceptible spiral of cloud forms above the party and an equally faint rain shower falls healing everyone for channel positive energy to heal: 1d6 ⇒ 6

Was sure after all that description I was going to roll a 1 on the channel. Happy to do that again but may go with using up my 2 cure light wounds spells first. I’d like to keep one of my two remaking channels available for emergencies if possible

Ghik altered his post after I posted, and I did not find out until after the 1 hour edit window for my post passed. At this point, due to Ghik's healing work, everyone is at full health.

Merisiel is crawling along the floor when Ghik's healing takes place. She kind of just lays there for a moment, letting it soak in. Suddenly she's more aware of her surroundings again. Great, now everyone probably thinks i'm some weakling. How was I supposed to know those things would explode when Ezren shot magic at them? she thinks. She immediately gets back up her feat and pretends that nothing happened.

"Alright then, let's all forget about that shall we? Definitely didn't ask for help or anything." says Merisiel.

"Thanks for the healing though Ghik. I didn't need it but it sure didn't hurt."

Merisiel looks around the room to see if she notices anything

Raz guides Zora over to Valeros and looks over the spot he is pointing out. "Looks relatively door-ish to me. Meri? What do you think? Can I call you Meri? Or is long-ears still on the table?" she winks at the knife-covered elf.

You (as a team) carefully examine the secret door for traps and then open it. A living, moving fabric seems to cover the ceiling of this half-collapsed chamber. The pungent smell of ammonia rises from the droppings that litter the floor. As you open the door, the bats all over the ceiling come together into a bat swarm.

Okay, so how do i/we deal with a swarm?

swarms are either immune to weapon damage or take reduced weapon damage. The two most common ways to deal with them are spells which attack areas rather than targets and thrown weapons such as alchemists' fire.

Swarms are the bane of level 1 parties. We may honestly not be able to do ANYTHING to it without some alchemical attacks. We'll see if our cleric friend happens to have any area of effect spells on hand.

Ghik has nothing for dealing with swarms probably should have packed a couple of flasks acid. Beat a retreat through the door and close it behind us. Leave tower and sell the magical scrolls then pay for some healing and buy acid flasks with what’s left?

I'm not 100% positive on the roll here. Since there is no + for the attack I assume it's just a 1d20?

You'd add your Dexterity bonus to the attack roll (since this is a ranged attack), so you actually rolled a total of 12, and it's against the bats' Touch AC, so it might hit. Let's hope so. :)

As a positive energy channelling cleric he gets to turn any spell prepared into a cure of the appropriate level (with the exception of domain spells which stay the same. Ghiks domain spell was cure light wounds as he has healing domain) however used channel as Raz's pup would also have taken damage

Almost out of spells. I think the wizard is too. I can keep the group alive in the next fight but if they get hurt again may have to suggest coming back tomorrow. No point having to launch a rescue party for the rescue party. Especially as we have seen no sign of this missing pathfinder coming this way
